Said prescription would be done in 20 mins. Ran errands for a few hrs and returned only for them to tell me it was going to be 30 min before it was ready. They had a distilled water machine cleaned between the first and second time I came and did not have the courtesy of filling the prescriptions before or informing me of the delay. It wasn’t until after I came back they let me know. Very inconsiderate. They also tried to blame it on the order coming in around lunch time ~12:45, however it was ~3:30 when I came to pick it up. If I was informed earlier I could have switched pharmacies and had my prescription filled in a timely manner.

The only thing I buy at Walgreens is the eye drops, their Walgreens brand works very well for me, but the experience of shopping at Walgreens is always a disappointment. Most weeks they have their brand eye drops on sale, buy one get 50% off another. Typically there is only one box on the shelves. Today for the first time in over a year, there were two. So, when I get to the checkout I figure I will log into my app and they can scan the coupon or barcode or QC code, nope still in the stone ages I have to put my phone number into their card reader, not only touching where many have touched and likely never gets cleaned, but also triggering another barrage of robocalls as my number is sent out into cyber Hell. Walgreens can build new facilities in every neighborhood, but can have a scan system on their app 😜

If you need you perscriptions, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. The pharmacy is NEVER open anymore, and there’s NO WARNINGS. Pharmacy is closed the ENTIRE weekend. Had to go to urgent care for Covid testing at 6:00 pm, tested positive and got a prescription for nausea as Covid symptoms have prevented me from keeping fluids/ food in, and now I’ll need to go into the ER again for iv fluids. Could have been avoided if the pharmacy was open 24 hrs like it used to be, or at LEAST 8 pm, these reduced hours are absolutely ridiculous. Also cause long lines to pile up right before they close because most people work past 6:00 pm so how are you supposed to get your prescription? This is seriously UNACCEPTABLE you guys are playing with people’s health.

The pharmacy seriously needs some help. I went to get my Covid booster and it was just chaos behind the counter. People who were supposed to be picking up their prescriptions and it wasn’t ready, others waiting for boosters etc.One girl came to the counter saying she had an appointment there to get a shot and she was told by the incompetent staff that they didn’t offer it.I get to the counter, and with my unchanged insurance I was told that my insurance didn’t cover the shot when I knew it did. Ridiculous. Somehow they were able to get it rectified but still. The process of actually getting my shot was faster than getting checked in.Go somewhere else for your boosters/other vaccines

ONE star because the employees who DO show up for work deserve some credit. Otherwise, this place is a joke and deserves zero. Screwed up RX's, wrong quantities, only partial refills for NO reason, RX's not ready despite 12 phone calls saying they are... And now today I drove a half hour ONE WAY only to find out that after 50 phone calls, texts, emails, etc to tell me my RX is ready that the pharmacy is "temporarily" CLOSED due to no pharmacist!!!! Are you f'n kidding me? All those annoying reminders and not one that mentioned they're now closed. It' Friday and I could have gone home at noon but NO - I stayed at work when I didn't have to because I had RX's to get and didn't want to drive 45 minutes one way instead. I didn't even end up getting my RX and now have to go back on Monday to another location. I hate Walgreens.

I’ve been using this specific Pharmacy for the past 11 years and I’ve never had any problems until recently. My prescriptions that I’ve been getting filled without fail are now suddenly delayed, showing as not being covered by my UNCHANGED health insurance, and aren’t being filled in a timely manner anymore and they’re important mental health medications that absolutely NEED to be filled on time for my children and myself. I’ve gone to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacy was closed when it should have been open. Now they aren’t open on the weekends anymore. I called for refills a few days ago, that still haven’t been refilled and I found out this morning they aren’t even open. I’m so disappointed.

This location is becoming increasingly unpredictable with their pharmacy hours. For weeks I've tried to update my insurance information so my wife and I can actually pick up our prescriptions without needing to sell a lung or a kidney.For weeks they've been consistently closing early, and have been closed on both Saturday AND Sunday.At this point, if you need lifesaving medication like antibiotics or diabetic medication, just take it to CVS down the road - their service is prompt and courteous; unlike this store where it's a toss-up of if you'll get a pharmacy tech who looks at you like your brain is as flat and smooth as a granite countertop for asking a question.

Most recent pharmacy experience here has been a total letdown. 6 hours to fill a very important prescription that was needed ASAP. Completely incompetent employee working the drive thru. Much wasted time in line (30 mins) and more wasted time with follow-up calls to customer service to fix this pharmacy’s mixup. They did not follow a prescriber’s directions. Also they did not mark an order as “picked up,” so I kept getting annoying emails and text reminders to pick up something I already had in my hands. Searching for a new pharmacy.

Don't bother getting your prescriptions filled here. I got the run around all day. Started around 11:30am. I went to the doctor. I have a double ear infection. Medication would have been nice. I went around 12pm to see if my prescriptions were ready... they weren't even sent over and the pharmacist said it wouldn't be at least an hour till she gets them. Fine, I go home and try to take a nap with a heating pad on ears. I go back around 3:40pm after getting my children from school. Same lady says, ohhh, it will be about 15 mins. I say, I'll come back because my kids don't want to wait they are hungry and what not.I go back at 6pm, unaware that the pharmacy CLOSES at 6pm. I am in so much pain at this point, I go inside because there's a bunch of people still back there. I did get my prescription but that's not the point. People get sick. That pharmacy should be open until at least 8pm. Do better Walgreens!

Due to the Adderall shortage I have to call individual stores to find out who has what in stock.No idea why Walgreens has never created a system to see what inventory other stores have so techs at the store I call can check to see the inventory of each store.. But no, I have to call each store.I called and spoke with a technician. I asked if they had a specific dose and type of Adderall, they said no and TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN A WEEK!!! Obviously I'm going to run out of this medication now.I then asked the technician to see what other doses they had in stock in case I could have my doctor adjust the dose due to the shortage.The technician failed to put me on hold and I could hear her RUDELY ask the pharmacist "ugh now he wants to know what other doses we have..." like I was asking an annoying question when in fact I'm trying to get the TRUTH AND FACTS about this shortage.Im tired of these rude technicians when I call a Walgreens. When the pharmacists answer they are INCREDIBLY polite.I will not name this technician but if she is going to be rude to a customer maybe she needs to put that person on hold.Do you think I like calling 4 Walgreens to find a medication????

Had Back surgery on February 15th. Hubby picked up my muscle relaxer and pain relief .. They shorted me on the muscle relaxer, Only gave me half Of what I should have gotten, and when I noticed that I called and they were closed. Now it's the weekend and The pharmacy Is not open Saturday or Sunday... What in the world do I do Now?? This pharmacy is in a different city and my personal Walgreens pharmacy where I live said there's nothing that they can do about it To help me . Extremely frustrated

This is more of a public service announcement than a review. If you have an illness where you need your prescriptions to live another day, LOOK ELSEWHERE! Because of my busy schedule, the only day I can get my type 1 diabetes medication is on Saturdays. However, they're almost ALWAYS closed due to having not enough workers. So, that means, if they're closed on a Saturday, I have to wait another week to get my meds, meds that I literally cannot live without. If you cannot afford to wait on your perscriptions, get them somewhere else.

Ordering refill prescriptions on the app at this location should be disabled because this location will not fill them. The only way you’ll get your medication is if you’re able to stop in & then wait for it. Unfortunately most won’t be able to do so because they are only open 9-6 Mon through Fri.

Took my mom to urgent care and found out she had covid. Testing and doctor exam took maybe 30 min then they sent us to Walgreens right down the road. We have been here two hours because they can't fill a prescription. They tried telling us they didn't get it. It was in the fax machine that they hardly use.I just want to get my sick mom home to rest. Not a good experience.

Was told at the pharmacy that my husband’s prescription was going to be ready in 20 minutes, thought this was no problem. We waited, and once we came back to the counter we were told that they were not going to have that prescription for awhile. Why would you tell someone to wait just for you not to have the prescription? It’s beyond me how there is no coordination in a professional setting. No regard for people’s time nowadays, could have gotten the prescription sent somewhere else but our doctors office closed not too long after.

Waited 20 min in pharmacy drive through to hand them script. Waited again 25 min (6 cars deep) to pick up prescription. Asked pharmacist if she could grab me an over the counter med as well and she said no they were too busy and it is like 4 aisles over. I guess they would rather have people who are in covid quarantine come into the store instead of trying to be responsible. Rude and not accommodating. Won’t be back.

Review is for pharmacy only, the rest of the store was great. I don’t even know how to explain this easily, so I will sum it up quickly by saying that something fishy went on refilling my daughter’s ADHD medication and it took quite a lot of effort to get it fixed. After four days, multiple phone calls and waiting in the store for an hour we finally got the pharmacy to fix the issue. They never apologized or admitted they screwed up. They didn’t even offer solutions to the problem until I started to cry after becoming very frustrated, they just kept stating policy. I do not care what their protocol is or how a pharmacy works, I just want the correct medication for my child with the correct dosage. It terrifies me what could have happened to my kid. I’m glad I noticed the pills didn’t look right, but we will not be filling anymore prescriptions here. It’s not worth the risk of getting the wrong medication and dosage again.

I went to pick up my prescription, as I got an email and a text saying it was ready. When I arrived it seemed as everything was good to go until the pharmacy tech named June, at the counter told me there’s a problem with my insurance. She was very rude and was yelling at me saying it was my fault when clearly it was an error. I shouted back as I don’t like getting screamed at as a customer and walked out. I got my error taken care of myself and will be going back to pick it up in 3 hours, and if she is still there I am going to request to speak to a manager about her as she has no business working there. It is not the first time I have had an encounter like this with this lady and am disgusted she still works there. Unless things change, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Pharmacy: I’ve changed my prescription to three different Walgreens due to locations changing their hours. Not open on weekends when it’s convenient for most people, I leave for work before they open, don’t get out of work until after they close.

Went to get doubles of some old photos. Was told I had to scan them in at the kiosk and the kiosk would print them when I'm done. part of me wishes I would have sat there with my 2year old and scanned in 50 picture to see how well that would have gone over. Anyway called Walmart said I could drop them off and they would call me to pick them up when ready. Walmart was cheaper and nicer anyway. So sick of getting sent to kiosk or self check out or websites when I'm in stores.

I go to Walgreens with a prescription from my doctor to get filled. There was an issue refilling it that took extra time and a phone call to sort out. OMG you would have thought i asked the tech to give me her kidney!!! Not only was she snotty, she acted like I was an inconvenience. One of the techs called in sick and she spent about 20 minutes calling other Walgreens stores to find a replacement. That was 20 minutes she could have spend figuring out my prescription issues. I'm sure she was angry working on New Year's Eve and all. Finally, I was able to get my meds and she rolled her eyes and said "And try to get the right prescription amount from your doctor next time". She then walked away. Also, she never called my doctor as my doctor requested Walgreens to do. If she would have done that, I would have been in and out in 10 minutes. Its really sad because I chose walgreens over several other pharmacies in the area because of how "kind and helpful" their commercials say they are.

Pharmacy closed early today at noon, website stated the pharmacy was open until 6pm. I called the pharmacy prior to going, was on hold for 20 minutes and told repeatedly that 2 callers were ahead of me…. They were closed the entire time. Poor communication and a waste of my time, the phone system should notify when closed.

Tried to refill a prescription and could not get through on the phone. Tried at least 10 times at different times of the day. The web site said they were open. I also tried another local Walgreens and could not get through on the phone at that location either.

1hr 5 minutes and 57 seconds waiting on hold for someone within the pharmacy to be available, to have someone pick up and hang up my call 10 minutes after 'pharmacy close' so even if I call back and got someone they would just say sorry the pharmacy closed at 8. My recommendation, hire some high schoolers to answer the phone and answer basic questions.

Went there to buy stick matches for our furnace. This SUPER happy to be working lady behind the counter ignored us like we weren’t standing there while she continued on a conversation about what must have been the secrets of the universe with a group of people because why else would she not be doing her actual job, right? We had do tap on the counter repeatedly to get her attention at which point she of course looked like she wanted to smack us. We asked for stick matches. She looked snarky at us and said they were ILLEGAL in Wisconsin. Ummmm what? She then fought with us over what we were even talking about and kept repeating matches are illegal.Long story short, we got stick matches from Walmart.Never returning there again. Thanks for the “service” hire less jerks.

As many previous reviews have stated the pharmacy service is horrible. Customers are treated rudely, billing errors will not be corrected. The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. Walgreens needs to clean house at this pharmacy or at least train their staff on customer service. I wont be back but they clearly dont care.

I gave this location a bad review a while ago for it's awful customer service. I was in today to pick up a script the line was long because of the computer issues at the other location. I want to give props to everyone working behind the counter they were all calm, friendly and professional. Nice to see the change.

It is a shame that the quality of the pharmacy service has gone down the tubes. Too many failures to bother with details. I feel bad for the pharmacy workers at this location.
