Worst pharmacy ive ever experienced, and it wasnt even me who experienced it. Multiple doctors told my partner that her prescription, Naproxen (an over the counter drug) was ready to go. We arrive at the pharmacy while my partner is in nearly debilitating pain and we find out that not only is her prescription not ready after 2 days, but they dont even have the dose, and had to move the order to a different pharmacy. Either they are completely incompetent, or Naproxen suddenly got reeeally hard to order.

I am not sure why you are no longer open on the weekends for picking up prescriptions but it is frustrating and ridiculous. According to your online thing I can't get my prescriptions refilled that I need tomorrow and I can't talk to anybody today? Are you kidding me? Does pharmacy is gone so downhill. I might have to change.

So there was a sign saying walk in flu shots available which I thought was great and there was no one in the store they said you need to make am appointment I said there was a sign stating walk in welcome they said things have changed since civil that's been 3 years why is the sign still up? I wasted 20 minutes of my time plus the drive and gas and they have me a number that didn't even work I'm unhappy with how I was treated I'm unhappy I was given a phine number that don't work and I feel like they just didn't want to do there job and it left me with a sour attitude

This pharmacy has been getting progressively worse over last several months. First reduced hours, then drive through closed. This week I went inside to pick up my prescription and there were 12 people already waiting, I turned around and walked out. I called today to see how long it would be to fill my prescription and they said WEEKS. Not kidding, WEEKS! Needless to say I transfered to another pharmacy. I get staffing problems, but this place is hurting bad. Don't go here if your life depends on that prescription.

Worst pharmacy ever. Always long waits for easy pickup and today was the last straw- will never be filling here again. I waited almost 30 minutes with a screaming 1 year old in the car for his antibiotics only to get to the window and be told the prescription wasn't ready- but *might* be in another 20 minutes (6pm). At that point I left- deciding that we'd come back later. They failed to let me know that they closed at 6pm. Found that out after going back (more time wasted). Save yourself and get prescriptions elsewhere- this place takes over an hour to fill a prescription and at least a 20 minute wait in line.

Pharmacy has been closed more than its open lately.. Haven't been able to pickup my prescription for almost a week now. That being said staff is very pleasant. Would just advise using different pharmacy until they get their stuff figured out.

Wrote a 1 star review for a product I didn't like because it contains an ingredient I don't like, and they rejected my review. This means that all customer ratings on their website are fake, since they can remove whatever reviews they don't like.

This Walgreens location is so nice. The employees are always very helpful and kind. They have a very neat store as well and they keep the shelves stocked with new stuff weekly. CVS should take notes.Overall Rating: 10/10

9:57 and doors locked. Bad business, we all appreciate leaving work early but closing the doors before the actual closing time is bad business. I would be incredibly upset with my staff if they locked the doors even seconds before closing time.Customer comes first right? GM should definitely talk to the management at this store. 4/23/15

just unprofessional. I asked why my med was delayed and her response was it's only me and 1 other pharmacist and we have 700 scripts to fill. I was just trying to ask cause it says there's an insurance issue. I'll be switching to a different pharmacy.

Employees are always so nice! Wish I could say the same about the one in menasha. Doesn't seem like the personal hygiene of the employees working in pharmacy is enforced either. Ick

I don't have a problem with the pharmacy however- there is a manager there, female, long hair, brunette- I think her name is Sonja- incredible snotty- snobby B!! She complains about her job to customers- compkains about other customers to customers. Whines about her job- I tried to do a simple return and she straight up refused saidsaid it eas late and I should come back during the day when someone else is working to do return. I was Shocked. I cant believe she's a manager- she shouldn't even be in customer service- and a manager?? She sucks!! I live a block away but Id rather drive across town than share her air

I WILL NOT SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE SNIPPY ATTITUDE OF THE PHARMACISTMy sister is very ill and, like everyone else, is scrutinized for their pain medications. The new pharmacist, (Liz I think.), was reluctant to fill a pain prescription early this morning because she thought the prescription was “odd” and needed to check with the doctor that wrote the script. Because my sister relies on her medication, like all sick people, so she had given them the written prescription on Monday to make sure any problems were resolved and it had already been approved by Medicare. It wasn’t until I was there when they opened at 8:10 and told that it wasn’t ready yet. After 2 hours of my sister making calls, during the last one the pharmacist said SHE wasn’t satisfied, with the written script, the past history of prescriptions, the call to the issuing doctor’s office, Medicare approval , also with 4 days notice that she wasn’t going to put here license in danger. Who’s health is she really concerned about?After 2 hours it was still not filled. When my sister told her that she had to use Shoko Pharmacy once, and her reply was then go to Shopko. So I had to drive back to the drive up window and she told me it still wasn’t and put the written prescription in the chute. I went to Shopko and was done in 20 minutes.

Stop here at least once a week. Always great deals. Clean place. Friendly staff. The candy aisle is amazing. I always check here first when I need something. Also use the Walgreens app for even more savings.

I have been coming here for years. The staff know me when I pull up to drive through they are friendly, polite, and always answer any questions I may have. They are all hard working people.

Friendly, but very poor customer service in regards to having prescriptions ready or verified with insurance. Extended wait times. Poor communication. Once was on hold for 20 minutes, was hung up on and then on hold for another 20 minutes.

I just called store and they said pharmacy was on lunch - they have sign on door - temporary hours pharmacy closed all weekend - thanks for not updating your hours or informing your employees what’s happening across the store

I dont mind this Walgreens. They only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it was pretty basic, cut and dry customer service. Nothing spectacular

Walgreens pharmacy is the best they are always willing to help and are able to deal with problems. I wish I didn't have to use Cvs/Carmark mail-order for my prescriptions.
