Tailored hide is fantastic! I’ve gone there several times and their service has always been amazing! I dropped my Harley seat off in January to get it redone with leather and a gel pad in the seat, they said it wouldn’t be ready until April/may which is understandable giving the quality of their work but they called me Friday (way ahead of when they initially said I’d be done!!) to let me know it’s ready and it came out amazing! It’s way more comfortable and looks way better than it originally did! 10/10 will only go there for all my leather needs!

I bought 2 amazing jackets here for an incredibly fair price- both are of amazing quality that’s darn near impossible to find. My son wanted a different collar made so they created a custom shearling collar that is absolutely incredible. Quality and Value is off the charts at this shop

This place is the best! Quick and reasonable to sew patches on, will do alterations on preowned leather items and great prices on all different new leather merchandise. Not only that but they will custom make you a one of a kind jacket, etc. Was told to come here before buying leather riding gear and wish I had listened. Don’t be me, shop here first!!!

I had a pair of vintage leather knee high boots that had seen better days and had a sole falling off. They also were about a half size too small. The Tailored Hide not only repaired and refurbished them, but also performed some sort of magic to stretch them to my size! All for just over $30! The quality of service was exceptional. The store has a lot of neat products, too, I’ll have to come back for some leather gloves!!

The Tailored Hide is the only place left in the area that will make clothing from leather you bring them. My dad had been collecting deer hides for many years and wanted to get me a coat made from them. This establishment was not only friendly but their quality of work is unmatched. Both my father and I highly recommend this place if you'd like custom work done 😀

Excellent service. A zipper came off a relatively new backpack and they were able to put it back on without replacing the whole zipper. Friendly service. They had it for less than a week and only cost $8. Lots of fun things to buy too, home decor, hats, purses, wallets.

I brought in a leather jacket to be repaired, along with my vest and a bunch of patches to be sewn on. I asked if they could have the work done in a week so I'd have them for the Fall Ride. They finished the work in TWO DAYS! Always great service here and a beautiful shop. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in this repair! I brought in the 2nd boot and told them to replace both zippers in the event they could not match the original. The top boot is the repair. It very clearly doesn't match the smaller zipper on the bottom. Plus it was not a very nice, neat job and would it have killed them to oil the other boot???!!! I am surprised there are so many good reviews. Almost $30 for this zipper and I probably won't ever wear these boots again. :(

They know what they are doing there and they know their leather. Lots of great choices. We've gotten a couple pairs of chaps and they're great. Service is very helpful. They could be a little more friendly though. Overall a good experience and a good value. I'll keep going there.

I recently needed to purchase a pair of quality motorcycle boots, and had seen a pair I liked here. Unfortunately, the size I normally take was a bit tight on one foot but they were willing to order me the next half-size up. When those boots were too big, they suggested they could stretch the boot for me. They were able to make the boot that was tight fit comfortably, and I wore them both days this weekend on my motorcycle. I also purchased a great little purse that fits nicely in my saddlebag. Bonus: no charge for great personal service (try getting that from an internet purchase!). I always love this place, as it has unique items you don't find anywhere else.

Eccentric little place that has a special aurora to it. Much of the lovely trinkets and candles are locally sourced or internationally (locally) sourced, if you know what I mean. I was told it's deliberate and that's what they go for. The Tailored Hide is the only leather alteration service within 4 hours of me. Businesses that provide these services just don't exist anymore, and I'm sincerely glad that smaller businesses like them are still around.I have an original NYC Schott 618 Perfecto, and had been seeking out an alteration place for a while now. I wanted the jacket to be slimmer around my torso and waist, like the style of Marlon Brando. The seamstress who fitted me went straight to business, and was direct and down to Earth about doing what I needed. She was quick with assessing the right way to go about it, and I was out of there fast. Nonetheless, I stayed for while anyway to appreciate the place and contribute more patronage. Jacket fits much better now, and my belt on it actually tightens correctly. Would highly recommend this place for any and all.

This is the Best shop. So friendly and they really know how to make you feel special. I got there today 1 hour before closing time they were very busy I had 9 patches and 3 different vest to have decorated the gal that sewed them on didn't think she'd get them all done but she did great, all got done and the prices are great too. I never saw their tip jar before but I did tonight and I showed them a bit of gratitude. Thanks so much ladies had a great time. Leanne I know you style show will be great the outfits you put together were spot on. Glad I got to see them come together. I salute you wind sisters.

A small storefront, a dozen patrons, 2 staff; yet, I was greeted, guided, and said goodbye within 10 minutes of my arrival. An eclectic collection of home decor accompanied the smell of leather and sense of peace I felt upon entering the store. I will definitely be returning to shop more, especially when buying gifts.

I’ve had the straps replaced on two of my favorite purses. They turned out better than when I bought them. Excellent stitch work and the leather matched perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for better work and service. And it’s always fun browsing through the interesting and fun gifts!

Saw a billboard off 41 1 day. Had a deer hide blazer made 25 years ago that got a good size scratch. Took it in 2 them 4 repair and I was amazed on how busy the place was.They called me back a week later and said it was fixed. Scratch was gone, put the button back on, good as new. Best part was the cost, very reasonable. I also had a reallyNice leather boomer jacket that the zipper went 2 hell on, yep took that in . Bottom line is this place is top notch at a reasonable price

This place is pretty awesome. I got my first leather vest here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out the appropriate size. They have chaps, jackets, vests, has, gloves, wallets, and a nice size collection of patches. There is also a discount area so it dont hurt to stop in every now and then to check that stuff out.

I brought in my cowboy boots from Montana for repair. They said there was a slim chance of repairing them because I had walked the soles out of them.Within 2 weeks they were repaired and looking marvelous! Soles and heels repaired for an amazing reasonable price. Will undoubtedly return there and pass on this gem of a store to other people!Thank you!
