I would have given it 5 stars but the judgement that you feel coming into a boutique like this I had felt. I came into the boutique in my work clothes & yes I work in a factory but because I'm not your average upity customer doesn't mean I don't have money. I kinda felt outta place with the treatment I received. Little do they know my 1 paycheck probably equals there months paycheck. You can never judge a book by its cover is the truest statement. But then again down town Neenah has a stereotype 😉 IDK maybe its me being sensitive but you notice individuals pay attention to others who meet there stereotype

I like the store and the staff, but the prices!!!Caveat Emptor!On January 9, 2024 I spent $22.05 on FOUR ounces of tea in a can repainted black, and with "O'Paddy...etc. on it !!!I found the price shocking!Although, I suppose -- prices are what the market can bear....

I have been going to The Natural Boutique for many years and absolutely love it there. They are my resource for teas, esstential oils, and so much more. You always receive a welcoming greeting by the wonderful staff. You are offered a cup of tea to enjoy while shopping, and they are a wealth of knowledge. I have also taken advantage of their classes and always leave feeling inspired and empowered. The staff treats you like family.

Love this place! If you are stressed or not...going here will brighten up your mood. I knew Sandy since I was a teenager. :) It's so awesome that she has her own store in my childhood city. Will be stopping by more often. It's worth the trip coming from kimberly.

I love this place! I've been going here for years, and Sandy goes to great lengths to stock her beautiful shop with quality products and charm. You'll be offered a cup of tea when you arrive and, if you like, these lovely ladies will be happy to broaden your knowledge of tea (I've learned so much and enjoy it so much more!). You'll also find wonderful skincare products, aromatherapy, unique jewelry and gift items, natural cleaners, etc., there's always something new and interesting. Just go and enjoy!

Love that you are handed a cup of tea when you enter the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing atmosphere when you come in. They quickly made the product I needed and took a genuine interest in my day and helped me to find what I needed. I will definitely be back!

The Natural Boutique is a shop that works with local, national and international vendors to provide various healing items such as loose leaf teas, natural beauty & cleaning products, essential oil diffusers, sound healing items, jewelry and much more. They do not have a restroom but are happy to point out the public restrooms in The Marketplace right the street with a handy pedestrian walkway mere feet from their front door. Sandy White and all of the women who work for are fantastic. They always have a welcoming smile and always offer a cup of tea to enjoy while browsing the shop. They are never pushy and only direct you to what is asked for. I've been a patron for over 10 years and will continue to be a lifelong patron. Got some amazing herbal blends for myself and my rescue dog! Also, was served a hot cup of blueberry hibiscus tea, so many to choose from! Mix your own essential oils here too! The team is so knowledgeable and friendly.

This store is absolutely AMAZING!!! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and down right pleasant to be around. They're always able to listen to whatever it is you may be searching for, and offer a PERFECT solution. I've been here MANY times and I have NEVER been disappointed. I would highly recommend this store to ANYONE! Even if you aren't in the market for their specific goods/services at the moment, stop in anyway! I promise you'll find something you didn't know you needed!

I had been a customer of this store since they were on Commercial Street in Neenah. I had always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. UNTIL recentently when they were having a sale for a jewelry line they were dicontinuing. I had received a notice about the sale so I got there early planning to buy pieces for both my mother and I. Yes it was crowded but one staff member was horribly rude. I picked up a pair of sunglasses and the staff member said Are you buying those? I said I may be and she took them and put them behing the counter. A short time later a gal came in and said oh I wanted those sunglasses and sure enough the staff member said oh here I saved them for you.Twice the staff member asked me to move, a customer standing next to me finally spoke up and said, she is not in the way let her look!It seems the owner had always gone out of here way to welcome, but this time I left feeling like I did not belong there. I have not been back.

Great service and wonderful for certain income levels. Not exactly practical for every day family of more than two to four if on a strict budget. Beautiful place..... wonderful luxurious feel. That is it’s strength. At the same time it is a flaw preventing me from returning.
