Just left this location at 4:30pm today to pick up some soup and freshly cooked chicken from the Deli. Soup bar was already shut down and all that was left in the hot food case was some old, burned macaroni and cheese. So I went over to the one on green bay road and they had already shut the whole case down there was zero hot food. Guess I will be going to Festival Foods from now on.

Employee asked me for identification for my service dog. I let them know that it is illegal to ask me for that and they continued to argue with me. Awful experience.

Went in and half the self check out lines were out of order... The other half were blinking that they were waiting for an associate and no open human checkouts.The associates kept waiting back and forth not helping anyone. There was a man that I assume was management telling customers "I would like to help you but I don't have codes". This place is a JOKE

Bad customer service. I filled out their survey on the receipt and asked for a phone call to discuss the matter, but no one has called and it's been two weeks. They don't care in the building and they don't care to call you either.

I shopped at this store today at 11:00. The shelves were well stock and organizes and it look so clean. EVERYONE I encountered (staff and customers) had masks on!!! Thank you, Pick and Save staff. Good job!

I went In this morning to buy a bunch of stuff for my sisters baby shower, including some balloons. The balloons were taking a really long time to fill so I went to pay for them instead of waiting and the cashier said not to worry about it – they were free. I thought that was a really sweet gesture. When I went to pick them up from the service counter, however, I was called a liar and told to pay. Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem paying for the balloons – but don’t call me a liar when I thought the store was trying to do a nice thing.

Ruth, the upfront manager is sooo nice. Thank you Ruth for taking the time to help me take a few items off my receipt. Your help and patience was greatly appreciated. Gavin is also a way nice young man who I would gladly trade hair with! Another person I want to give a shout out to is my girl who works in the deli. My memory is going so I apologize for not.remembering her name. It is nice to see her on a regular basis too. Thanks everybody at Pick n Save😊

I think this store could use a refresher course in how to speak to customers. The signage on the side entrance clearly says it is open until 7pm. At 5pm I walked in and was told it was going to be locked. I asked what time, and before I could finish my sentence indicating the signage, the manager snapped "Right now" in a tone like she was speaking to a 17 year-old bag boy. I left without buying anything, and I won't be back. There are other grocery stores in this town that also sell food.

Until about a month-month and a half ago, I loved shopping here. But three times since then I have bought beef from here, and either the inside, the bottom, or other pieces under layered chunks have been grey. I understand it being grey under the label, hence why it's not added in that list. Hoping it was a fluke, I gave them two more tries after the first. Sadly, each try was progressively worse. The last piece I bought was grey to the point of being blue. After the first time I gave up trying to return it due to a snide remark from an employee saying- "You should know better", and because I don't want to be 'that person'. For these reasons I will not longer be buying beef of any kind from here, and I won't risk the pork.

The Commercial St. bakery was terrible today. Yesterday I ordered a pumpernickel rye round loaf. They said all they had was marble rye. Today they "said" that they forgot to make it and offered me either a pumpernickel regular loaf or a white round loaf. Also only had regular or long john only donuts. No other choices. I'm very disappointed.

The checkouts are a never ending issue. At 4:00 p.m. they never have more than two registers open. The lines grow but they never open more. Their answer seems to be self checkouts. I have never been able to go through the damn thing without an issue. So you wait for help. Most of the time the service desk is unmanned. So you wait. Is it so hard to staff the front end?

Most employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help if you need assistance. The food and prices are competitive with other stores. Their food is good quality too.

This is not my normal store but I was on that side of town! What amazing staff they have there! Everyone was so nice! Things were easy to find! The butcher was amazing to get me exactly what I wanted! Will go back again and again!

Nice store, not as popular or busy as others in Neenah WI, but I like it.E Coupons are a huge pain in the ... neck! Pick N Save has made a lot of work for shoppers to take advantage of their weekly specials. Do I really want to scroll through 240 coupons on my phone, click on the items I will buy, just so I can get the deal at checkout when my loyalty card is scanned? NO I DON'T.Just give me the deals when you scan my card, and don't make me use my phone to select the items!

Any day before this I would have rated this store a 4 or 5 until tonight. After a long, hard day with my 2 toddlers being sick amongst many other very troubling things going on, I rushed and got here about 15 mins to closing (waited until I got them both to sleep) to get a few things I needed and it was the last day of the sale. From the second I walk through the door, the older man with glasses, who is one of the managers, was near the doors and instantly was giving me an angry and "are you kidding me look". So I tried to hurry through the store, and a couple times I see him at the end of the isle glaring at me, then I'm in my second to last isle and he starts walking toward me with the same look. So I say kindly I'm sorry, I'm hurrying. Then I literally RUN to 2 or 3 isles over for the last thing and then here he comes around the corner and just stares at me and stands there with that awful glare until I walk past him and head to the register! I felt so incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcomed. He never said a word to me. Didn't need to. His body language and facial expressions said it all. Completely unprofessional. Sorry I spent my $60 in 15 mins here than somewhere else. I have gotten here close to closing a few times and I was always treated so kind and was only very nicely offered help or was told no worries or whatever else along those lines. Now lost a very consistent customer whenever he's working. From here on out, any time I see him when I come in, I will sure walk out and go shop at Wal-Mart where I won't ever get harassed for the time.

Awful playground, didnt even have a slide or monkey bars. Manager even yelled at me for spilling clearance bread I bought and picking it up. Granted, some hooligans with me were goofing off. Bread was delicious

I like their produce and meat better than Walmart. I wished they wouldnt have shrunk the bakery but its still good stuff. Slightly more expensive than Walmart but less busy and higher quality on fresh stuff.

I was at your store in Neenah on Commercial St. Went to the deli and asked for some creamy cole slaw. The employee was very rude. She asked me how much I needed and I told her around 2 lbs. She abruptly told me that I was ruining her day. There wasn't alot in the bowl and she preceded to tell me that until someone comes in to make some I am making it that there would not be much left. Then she said that she doesn't have time to make any but she just might have to stop doing what she was working on and making some more. I just got done doing a 5K, was tired. If I wasn't so tired I probably would have walked out and went to Festival. I have worked for Pick n' Save for 18 years, and Festival for 3 and no way would we have ever treated customers the way I was treated. It will bea long time before I go in by the deli. The coleslaw we served with our fish fry and we could tell it wasn't the freshest. I hope someone talks with her. She needs to change the tone of her voice.

The employees are the best but the store is run by complete morons. Good employees leave because copps treats their people terribly and the store selection changes verify the mentality of the management in charge. Blind leading the faithful.

Newly renovated grocery store is awesome. Clean an up-to-date new look with expanded foods and liquor department. Very nice people working as well.

This store should say it opens around 6am. Because many times the doors are locked past 6am. Today at 6:15am I had to unlock the exit doors myself while trying to leave the store.

The Best thing about this place is there Restrooms. There prices are to high on most things in this store. They no longer have the things on there shelf's that I want to buy. They refuse to stock them when asked several times. So I have to drive to the Piggly wiggly

Wonderful store Pat and Mike in the meat department are so helpful and their fruit salad man truly delivers on freshly prepared items. Staff is friendly here
