Zach Yedynak and his crew were phenomenal! We had all of our windows and patio door replaced, and they were done in less than a day! Super efficient, friendly, and did a great job on the walk through when the installation was complete. You can tell they really took their time, and cleaned up well when they were finished. I’m so pleased with how nice the windows look as well as the ease of using them. Would absolutely recommend Mad City to anyone in the market for new windows, and if you happen to get this particular crew, well then that’s just another wonderful added bonus!

Mad City’s sales person stopped by and gave us an estimate for a new shower, that we couldn’t refuse! They took measurements and scheduled a day to come and install. The installer was excellent, came in, took our old unit out, installed our new walk in shower with in 6 hours top. He cleaned up and left. There was nothing left behind, it was like he wasn’t even here, but our new shower! We absolutely love our new shower!

I love my new windows. I had 7 windows replaced. The team showed up on time. It took under 4 hours to complete the job. The windows look great inside and outside. They were friendly and answered my questions. They cleaned up really well after the job was completed. We walked through and looked at every window. They game me the numbers to call if I have any issues with the windows and how to maintain/clean them. I'm very happy I chose Mad City Windows. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I enjoyed working with Bryce- my salesman with Mad City but I was overly impressed with the quality of work the Installer did. You can tell he took his time and paid attention to all the details! From beginning to end this is a top notch company. Our installer Tony, was amazing, as were the crew with him. he told us everything they doing, made sure the floor and wall structure were in the proper condition. Minimal water shut off disruption. Not one ounce of dirt or rubble left behind. They took pride in their work and our home. And they didn't mind our barking dogs, lol. The finished product is beautiful, so so happy!!!

Mad City came and installed our windows in one day. They did a great job. There was no mess to clean up. They told us how the process would look and it was seamless. Mad City did a great job replacing 4 windows for us. There were no hidden costs or additional fees added on, even when the window replacement was not as straightforward as we initially thought and the project took a little longer than expected (though it was still done within a day!). They also kept us updated throughout the time they were working about what they were doing, the issues they encountered, and how long they expected to take. Our windows look beautiful and are extremely efficient!

Gage Borah thank you so much for the great job and for cleaning up after himself and for being so friendly. 3 star. I am taking back my review. Gage was great but the screen that was put in is the cheapest I have ever had. Second day my fog just bumped into it thinking it was open and tore it out of the side snd ripped it. People with kids and pets should have an option to pay for the heavier screen, they said it is owned error and would put the same one back in as a favor. That won’t work. Very, very cheap fabric and very disappointed. We were going to do another set of windows and won’t now.

We just had Mad City Windows come and replace 3 large original windows in our 1917 farm house and I cannot recommend them strongly enough! The installers, Gage Borah and his dad, , did an outstanding job! They ran into a few issues with our old walls, and had to cut out the old window weights and do a full frame installation, but took it all in stride, were very professional and thorough, and even my DIY expert husband was impressed with their work! While they worked, they chatted with my kids and explained the process to my curious little man. :) Will definitely be calling them for any future installs we need!

I'll give them this, their salesman is an expert on selling their product even throwing in 'my wife and I have a walk-in shower and you'll love it'! The product itself is not worth the huge price tag plus when (yes when) you find issues forget about them giving a crap. My parents were told that the bottom was slip resistant however that's not true and we had to put an anti-slip mat in the shower pan so my dad didn't slip and fall. Next, the shower curtain rod is too high and curved up instead of out so the shower curtain barely covering the bottom of the shower tray, so yes water gets on the floor, did they care? Nope their answer was to get a longer shower curtain even though my parents were told that a standard shower curtain would work plus the rod must be cemented in place because although it looks like a tension rod it's not, so we have the old rod just below the one they installed. My parents requested they leave their shower head off so they could use their own, which they did not and the shower head they put on is way too tight and we can't get it off. Oh and before the company rep replies to this post to call with any concerns, we already called this morning and basically your representative gave a "too bad there's nothing we can do" response. All this leaves no hope that when (yes when) something goes wrong they will not stand behind their supposed double lifetime warranty. Once they cash your check they can continue to make more commercial, so good for them. When choosing anybody to install or fix anything, please ask lots of questions and make good notes so you don't get snowed.Follow up:I see the reply from "the owner" funny he/she should say it's not the norm, then what about the other posts complaining about various things and getting no where with customer service?

TONY Ambrose’s and Zack showed up promptly and.went right to work. Showe and bath are beautiful and installation was perfect. In at 8 and done by 3 or so. Matt and Nate did an absolutely amazing job! They not only removed our old door and put the new one in, but they also removed some rotted wood that was uncovered after removing the original door AND helped with a carpenter Ant problem that was also uncovered! They cleaned everything up so well and were so friendly to my kids and pup!Very pleased with all the service from start to finish! Would absolutely recommend going through Mad City!

The installer was prompt courteous and did an exceptional job putting in the tub in one day.He cleaned up after the installation and got rid of the old tub. We had our 50-year-old kitchen cabinets refaced and new countertops installed. It’s been a pleasant experience all the way through. John Rach handled our installation and did a great job. He arranged for a plumber and an electrician, kept us updated every step of the way, and thoroughly explained how everything works and about our lifetime warranty. Extremely expensive and extremely low quality windows! On day one they already had to order replacements for 3 out of my 5 windows because they were scratched right from the factory, then the replacements were also scratched so now they’re back for round 3 on window replacements where we have even more issues! None of my screens stay in on their own so I have to tape the corners to hold them in for the awning windows, my 2 standard sliding windows the holes looked like they were drilling with the bit in reverse because they’re melted and the latches won’t latch. On one of the replacements they completely forgot the latch on the top and the other is so warped it can’t latch. All the mitered joints are way off and look terrible with huge gaps in them, not what I expect when paying $2500 a window! The installers and service guys were great, but the company is garbage along with their product! Now I get to wait for a field manager to come and look at everything again before moving forward! I highly recommend going anywhere else for windows, to say I’m frustrated is an understatement! I feel like I got scammed!!!Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

Travis was GREAT to work with! On the day of installation he was so personable & down to earth! He was great when it came to asking us what we wanted at different points of the project, we had an especially tricky shower installation b/c of our home being old & therefore not exactly level. He was AMAZING at giving us options and being patient with us while we made decisions. When we came to the end he even triple checked with us on the shower curtain as to the kind we wanted, went out of his way to be sure there was no additional cost, then switched from the curved to the straight rod! We would HIGHLY recommend Travis as someone to work with for our next project as well as your next bathroom project! Thanks Travis!!

I wish I would have read more reviews before using Mad City to replace our shower. If you don’t have another shower that you can use, you may not want to use this company. The installation of our walk in shower took 10 weeks! (See photo belowI) The pre-installation assessment was done by Mad City and they noted they would replace our shower in a day, two at the most, if there was a unforeseen problem.My biggest complaint I have is the lack of customer service. It appears once you sign the contract, you are no longer important. I tried calling numerous times to find out where we were in the process, but my calls were never returned. It was very frustrating not knowing what was going on. For 10 weeks, we really did not know if this nightmare would ever end.Even though the pre-inspection was done, the current shower was taken out before they found that the drain hole in the base had to be moved. There was a floor joist in the way, so a new base had to be ordered. This is what took 10 weeks.The other issue I have is about the lack of transparency of this company. We were told that the stone base they had to order was more costly than the base that was initially ordered, but they would cover the difference. Yet no one could tell me what the difference in price was.I finally reached the sales representative and he said he would get me an answer, if I would text him as well, which I did that day. There has been no response and that was 6 weeks ago.In the end, we love the shower. Dylan and Travis did a great job of installing it and we are happy with the outcome, but the extended time without a shower and the lack of customer service is why Mad City only gets 3 stars. I will not use Mad City again or recommend them to my friends.
