I can not say enough about Jen! Our dog is elderly and having some health issues. She is very reluctant to be groomed any longer. Jen did an AMAZING job with her and our sweet girl looks amazing. I would highly recommend Jen and Doggy Day Spa.

Latte LOVES Doggy Day Spa! She runs in and would jump on the table and into the tub if we let her! I love taking her there because she is soooo happy to see Jen and get groomed! They are very accommodating with appointments and often take her as a walk in. She just wishes the floor was not so slippery but she understands the need for easy clean up after cutting so much hair!She always smells good and has no nicks or cuts and looks great.Dogs come first at Doggy Day Spa. They are always wonderful to owners.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jen has been grooming our dog piper for years and she's now 16 and crazy. She does her best considering Piper is so naughty. Jen is the only one we're able to take her to now.

I took my dog Buddy there first time. Five stars is not high enough more like 10+ starts. Great price for great service. We got the deshed treatment and so happy. I don't have hair everywhere. Buddy was relaxed all day and slept great.

DO NOT DO THIS TO YOUR POOR PET!! Owner SLICED my dog - it was a 1.5 in gash right on his side. When I asked about it, she told me she didn't even notice (how do you not notice that you just injured an animal??) and insisted that he must have sharp claws and did it to himself (she also did his claws, suggesting that she leave dogs with such sharp claws they can hurt themselves). She never once asked if he was okay - that was so shocking to me! I didn't ask for a refund (money was the furthest thing from my mind at that point) but she offered one and I told her I thought that was appropriate. No refund ever came, instead she text me 62 times in less than one hour (I counted them) to tell me that if I left a review based on this experience, it was only because I wanted to ruin her business.On top of that, she quoted me $40 over the phone, $45 when I dropped him off, and $60 when I picked him up. She could not justify any of the price changes. Also, her CC machine has a screen that DEMANDS you tip her before you can proceed.She mentioned money a dozen times. She never once asked about my poor doggy. I have never seen such negligence. Doggy Day Spa does not care about animals, they do not care if they injure animals, and they take no responsibility once they have. As long as they are paid they just do not care.PLEASE TAKE YOUR SWEET PET ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR PETS OR HUMANS.
