CVS is my favorite drugstore, because they send me unbelievable coupons and rewards. I’m a rewards member, which costs around $5 a month, and I save many times that amount.

I called to have a prescription filled prior to having to travel to another state and the gentleman that works in this locations pharmacy was sarcastic and unfriendly and unwilling to work with me at all. My prescription has been there since 11/6 and I called at 7:45AM on 11/8 and asked if they could please have it ready by 8:30-8:45 so I could grab it before I have to go on my flight at 10:30. I told him I had to be at the airport at 9 and he told me the absolute earliest I would be able to pick it up would be 9. Then when I asked again if there was anyway he changed his answer to 10. I already hate going to this location because he’s been rude to me before but I’m so sick of being treated like I don’t matter to this guy when I’m politely asking him to work with me. I get this script every month and in the past it’s never been a problem… but with HIM it is. Wouldn’t tell me his name when I asked but there are SEVERAL Google reviews about this guy so it seems to be a real issue.

I needed clarification about a medication from the pharmacy and the tech asked the pharmacist for advice, he literally said “I don’t care” walked away and assisted someone in the drive through. This location has awful customer service. Older employees still need to take customer service training.. this will go a long way.

My doctor sent a new prescription for an increase in dose and quantity to CVS. They mistakenly filled the old one. When I pointed out the mistake, they refused to fix the problem. They said that they couldn't fill the new prescription until next time! The My prescription will run out in 21 days. Seriously 😳

Wow. Can I give minus five stars? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No, make that NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Three times I 've been in here and walked past the shift lead and another worker who were laughing and chatting with each other and never even looked at me as I stood next to them, much less ask if I needed anything. I asked for her name, she said "Jen" then demanded to know why I wanted her name. Again- WOW. I WILL say the pharmacy is the complete opposite and I would give them a separate five star review if I could. Since front of the store staff make the first impression, gonna stick with minus 5. I used to be a shift lead at CVS and this decline is such a sad thing to see.

Employee literally said "We don't care what corporate rules are, we have our own that we follow" while denying my sale of gift cards.He also said it was a "Loss prevention rule" which implies he thinks I was trying to do some sort of scam.

Went in to get my flu and COVID vaccines. Accidentally booked an appt for the wrong CVS because this location would not show up on my phone for some reason. The first pharmacist I talked to helped me cancel my appointment at the other pharmacy and let me get my flu shot as a walk-in but didn't have an answer for me as far as the COVID shot was concerned. The pharmacist who gave me my flu vaccine though was super helpful and booked an appointment for me using his personal device since mine wouldn't show the correct location. When I came in the next day he remembered my name and said hello and goodbye to me. Very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff overall just wish the technology side worked better!

I’m displaced to Neenah because of hurricane Ian. Some I called December 26th to refill a prescription. I spoke to a young man and explained my situation and that I was out of a medication. He took my info and said it needed an approval which I had already told him. He took my doctors information and said he’d put in a request and would get it filled. One week later I called and was connected with the same guy to see if it was filled. He looked up my information and said that needs to be refilled at the pharmacy on Fort Myers Beach and I’d have to call it in through that store. I asked why he wouldn’t have told me that when I spoke to him the week before. He muttered something I couldn’t understand, I told him I was disappointed and do I need to use another store and he didn’t seem to care and I believe he said, sure. End of conversation.

I transferred my prescriptions here from another CVS location, and after a single month I've sent them right back to my old pharmacy. I've never been treated so poorly at any CVS as I have here. I've also never had any other location put your diagnosis on the med label for all to see, which sounds like a violation of privacy and excuse for bigotry if I've ever heard one.

I switched over to them from Pick-n-Save because they responded to a need for an OTC and were helpful. Since then, I've had four prescriptions sent there, and ZERO picked-up because they 1) don't know anything about the script, 2) filled it (not) and SOMEBODY picked it up (not), 3) denied they could provide proof of vaccination after I called and asked if I could pick it up, but they could not find proof of not one but two vaccines. I'll go elsewhere for my vaccine and scripts. Unfortunately, we don't have [enough?] good choices in Neenah.

Whoever the gentleman was working at 6pm on 3/13th in the drive thru needs to cross the street and get a happy meal, was extremely rude about me being on the phone with the person I was picking up for incase they had questions and told me I needed to come back and wouldn’t help me even though my phone was in my lap. Never had this problem with any other workers as it’s a much more efficient if there’s any questions for the one I’m picking up. Two stars since it’s the person not the company

I am changing my review because of someone awesome that works there! I have never been so happy to talk to one of your pharmacy staff members. Not only was he polite but he also apologized for the lady’s behavior that caused me and the Nursing office a big head ache. He deserves fives stars for having to go through that and so does this CVS. If you reading this and have also had a bad experience there please give them another chance! They are working really hard on selecting the correct people and nice people to work there. These people understand what it is to be human. I have never had any other problems with them as they are amazing at there job and should be proud of what they do.

Went in to buy two Covid tests and have them run through our insurance. Pharmacist was nothing but rude, and was that if we wanted to do that we’d have to come back tomorrow because he was too busy. Disgusting.

The store is very nice and always helpful! The pharmacy staff however act so ignorant and are constantly making mistakes. They don’t take time to fix their mistakes either. Very careless and several staff members don’t take the initiative to solve the problems or even show they care about the situation. Taking my families healthcare into better hands.

On August 24, 2014 I went into the Pharmacy to pick up medications. The Pharmacist was on the phone. I paid for my prescriptions and waited and waited and waited for the Pharmacist. I asked the clerk to interrupt her so I could get going. In Wisconsin the Pharmacist is required by law to ask you if you have any questions before you can have your meds. The clerk refused to interrupt her. I asked the clerk for the store manager, they don't have one, so they have a supervisor. They paged her she did not show up. So I had to wait and wait and wait for my prescriptions. When the Pharmacist got off the phone to give me my prescriptions she pulled them close to her body away from out stretched hand so I knew SHE was going to give them to me when she was ready to. The store is always was empty. I moved my prescriptions to a competitor.

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The store itself is wonderful but the pharmacy is awful. Most of the people you speak with are rude especially one of the female pharmacists. The prescription status they provide is almost never accurate and they don’t communicate well with the doctor’s office.

This pharmacy has been awful. They have given a different type of medicine without consulting patient or doctor. They keep refilling prescriptions that have been canceled. They gave multiple doses of the same medication on the same day without catching the error. I've usually had a great experience with CVS until this location.

Basically go anywhere else where the pharmacy staff don't share one collective brain cell. I had a prescription, but then the daily dosage was upped. They wouldn't let me pick more pills up until a certain date, even though I was out of town for a week and my doctor's filled out the correct paperwork, stating my 60 pills would be enough. FYI: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + (6x9)= 69. 9 pills short. Have to figure out my own titer for the meds to last me until I get back into town, which now means I will be in pain from neuropathy. I remember the days where I couldn't do simple math...

I'll start off by saying I love CVS STORES. I worked as a pharmacy tech for 10 yrs in 3 different states. So, it goes without saying I am aware of the "Do's and Don'ts". This place is just plain rude and I'm so elated that they will no longer be part of my insurance network! I just called with a simplequestion about a medication I have been taking for almost 10 years. Not ABOUT the medication, but what manufacturer they currently have. I have an adverse reaction to the INACTIVE ingredients of a certain manufacturer. I didn't want to waste my time driving there.. getting it filled, only to find out I can't even use them. Let me add that I'm also battling a cold which is affecting my voice for which I apologized in advance for when speaking to her on he phone.. " Katie" or "Caryn" felt the need to rudely interrupt me to tell me how terrible I sound and how hard it was to hear me; she also objected to telling me the name of the manufacturer of medication they carry. THE MANUFACTURER!!! I wasn't asking about dosage or how manythey had in stock ... again she RUDELY Advised me to come in and get it filled, only then would they be allowed to tell me "what they have in stock." Rather a pain in my butt!Are you kidding me? Can you say bad customer service and all around bad PEOPLE SKILLS?! If I would have spoken to a customer that way while I worked at CVS, my supervisor and store manager would have been fit to be tied! I say stay away from these rude people. Now I remember why I left in the first place!!UPDATE: Since I am sick, my husband went for me. They didn't know he was on the phone with me when the cashier told a straight up lie! She knew my husband wasn't familiar with the process, and told him the doctor needed to specify "Brand only" which, if she knew her job she would have said it correctly "dispensed as written or DAW" for short. I digress, he quickly handed her the phone and I let her have it (assertive) I just couldn't stand how quick they are to drive business out. I asked her to run my script, fill it with brand name medication (since they ended up having the manufacturer that I can tolerate) and I will pay my copay and he'll be on his way! Her reaction..." ok, I've just never seen this done before but I can try.." um duh! If you don't know the answer, don't make up your own answers!!! CVS.. you have gone down in your customer service, values, and hiring standards! Someone PLEASE fix the personality test on the applications these days!

I've had nothing but great experiences, at CVS. The pharmacy staff are always fast and friendly. The coupons are quite lengthy, but if you use them you save alot of money. Keep up the great work, CVS Neenah!

I had to transfer an antibiotic prescription from Walgreens to CVS the day before Thanksgiving as Walgreens doesn’t take my health insurance. CVS told me it would take over 24 hours which was unacceptable. I went back to Walgreens and they said 24 hours was crazy and that I should transfer it somewhere else. Wal-Mart was one hour. CVS is awful chaos.

Okay I am not sure what was going on there, but I waited at the front checkout for 10 minutes and no one came. No button to push and at the self checkout, no bag’s. Went back to Pharmacy finally to get checked out and all she did was shrug her shoulders.

What a joke! I scheduled an appointment to get a flu shot... They couldn't process the flu shot because Walgreens has my insurance info. Take my insurance info and give me the shot, how hard is that???? WHAT A JOKE!!!!
