Truly, the people here are amazing. We rounded the corner on an 18 month kitchen project, only to find a major issue with the plumbing under the sink. Of course, right after installing new cabinets and countertops. My husband went over desperately seeking a solution, and didn’t leave empty handed. The gentleman who helped him spent almost half an hour working through options and finding a solution. This was just the most recent visit in a string of amazing experiences. Cannot recommend Brazee enough!!

Brazee Ace Hardware is a good Ace Hardware store. A bit older than most but has everything I want. The isles are cramp but well stocked.They had the sale items I came in for.

Best hardware option in Neenah/Menasha. In contrast to others, they are very helpful and attentive employees, the selection is better, and there are no bare shelves. I prefer Ace overall to other traditional hardware type stores, and this location is great.

After doing a bit of online research, my mom and I decided to order one of the Little Giant Ladders, for my Dad as a birthday gift. He's always doing home improvement projects and these were advertised as being extremely durable and safe. This Ace Hardware location had an excellent price on the model we wanted and it was shipped to the store for pickup for free. Our ladder arrived right on time and I received the email notification that it was ready, just like I was supposed to. It was in perfect shape and securely wrapped in clear plastic. The customer service was the best! Very nice and professional and personable!! Would definitely order from them again!! No wonder they've been in business there for so long! I highly recommend getting anything you need in regards to home improvement projects or tools, right here. Give them a try if you haven't already! Support a great local business!!

Absolutely love coming here! The staff here has made my home makeover much easier. I had quite the paint project when I bought my home and had no tools, nor the experience to get the job done. They walked me through every step of what I needed to do and answered every question I had, in addition to personally showing me the tools they'd suggest to make the job as quick and easy as possible. It was really comforting to have knowledgeable people to give me such great customer service!

Great locate hardware store with great employee that are very willing to help you. You can go in and get out very quickly if you have a project your in the middle of doing. Be careful you do out with more than you plan on getting for you will always find things you didn't know you needed until you show it. They are will stocked to you will leave getting what you when in for. They are very fairly price. It will be your neighborhood go to place vs traveling miles to get that one more of something you need quickly.

Lady at the counter was very helpful, and knew exactly what we needed. I do recommend this place if your looking for anything related to hardware I can almost positively assure you they have it here! I got a nut for my fishing rod easily and very cheap but it worked like a charm! Would appreciate a like on this review, thanks!

I stopped here to get some keys made. The young man behind the counter was very friendly. I didn't have a lot of time to shop around but it looked like they had a good variety of merchandise and it was good prices. They even had Butter Rum Lifesavers! I thought they quit making those! If you are in the area, stop in. You won't be sorry.

Not any more expensive than the big stores for a lot of stuff, and close to home. Paint is very expensive here however. Beautiful, but pricey. Most everything else is comparable to home depot and menards for pricing though, and the staff will assist you as soon as you walk in the door!

This is my closet hardware store and they are great for customer service. As soon as you walk in someone will help you and the people there will know where to direct you. They will also give advice and get help if they don't know the answers to your questions. They don't have the fixtures and whatnot of a big box store, but they aren't that and that's fine.

Unsafe for COVID-19. I’ve been fond of this place in the past and have chosen to do business with them over the local competition until this weekend.Not a single employee masked. No signs on the door encouraging any safety measures - just business as usual. I have in-home family with serious health issues and feel like I put them and myself at risk because I needed painting supplies.The management and ownership should be ashamed of pretending like nothing is going on. If you or closed loved ones have health conditions, steer clear. It is abundantly obvious that they don’t care about their customers’ safety and well-being. Disgraceful.

Wow, very impressed with the customer service at this store! It started with us needing to repair a screen door. Dallas got it done the same day and called to let me know I could come get it. Originally was quoted a few days but after explaining we had company coming this weekend, he said he would try to get it done as soon as possible. I was sooo thrilled and the work completed was great.When I went to pick the screen up my 2 year old had just fallen asleep in the car (basically I was going to be held captive in my car for the next hour). I happened to see Richard helping another customer load stuff and asked him on his way back if he could tell me the process of picking up a screen door. He offered to go pull it from the back so it was ready for me. We ended up taking care of everything right in the parking lot and they even loaded for me into my truck without waking my daughter!On top of all this, Richard was able make recommendations for the right sanding and paint for a litttle table I brought in and wanted to refurbish. :)I love that these guys were so welcoming, proactive and accommodating! Exceeded my expectations; you cant find service like this much anymore. Thank you!

I went there to look for a specific bug trap but no one knew where to find it and when we are finally in the right area it wasn't in the spot that It was supposed to be. And the guy helping us just kept on telling me to shush and that I was wrong and he knew what he was talking about and yet he had to call for help. not all of the employees are rude but you can definitely tell which few don't want to be there.

This is a small town hardware store. Considering I live in Tampa Bay Florida this type of small and limited supply store would never work successfully in my hometown. But for this area and for the customers that frequent this hardware store at work so well. Also from what I have understood this Ace Hardware has been here for many many years. So they are obviously doing something correct because if they weren't they would not have been open for business this long.
