Wow, store is awful now. Prior to the summer 2023 remodel, and apparently store management change, this store was a GEM. Now it is a chaotic mess. Horrible music blasting. Stuff thrown everywhere. Totally terrible store flow. What a shame. The only thing this needs now is some constant criminal element in the parking lot. Seriously, get it together. What a downgrade!

Clean, well organized, well stocked. Lots of nice plants that are watered and aren't dead yet, that's nice to see. Even the clearance aisle is kept nice, that's rare.

Super clean and the staff was super helpful!!! All the produce was fresh and they weren't out of stock on anything I needed!!!! I finally didn't have to go to more than one store to finish my grocery shopping!!!

I've done grocery delivery weekly from here with no issues until this week when I placed a $350 online order to feed my family of five for the week. When it comes time for the delivery I get a text message saying that the driver attempted to deliver my order but was unable to so it was going to be returned to the store and I wouldn't be charged. However my money was still unavailable to me because of the hold they had placed on it. So I called up the store to ask them if I could still come pick up my order instead and they told me that they didn't actually have my order anymore and that I should call 1-800 Walmart. So I did not receive any groceries and they essentially took my entire grocery budget for the week by tying it up unavailable for me to go buy groceries. After calling 1-800 Walmart and explaining this they told me they were sorry there was nothing they could do until the hold expired. I told them that I had three hungry children that wanted to eat and I live paycheck to paycheck so they said that they would forward it on to their technical team to have my order officially canceled which would take up to 48 hours. It has now passed the 48-hour mark and they are still tying up my money to feed my children this week. I've talked to multiple employees and supervisors and nobody has corrected this for me for made things right. Oh and I am also a Walmart Plus customer paying for their subscription! If I could leave zero Stars I would I have never been more disappointed in a company in all of my life. They have yet to rectify the situation, I feel like I've been robbed of my paycheck, AND MY CHILDREN STILL HAVEN'T EATEN IN THE LAST 72 HOURS!!

Many of the locations have been reorganizing and making it look more like a department store with nice displays. If you're a Christmas lover, this is the store for you! So many beautiful things to decorate and purchase for yourself or someone else.

The nicest Walmart I have ever been to. It was not ghetto at all, and everything was organized. For some reason, this is the only Walmart I have ever been in that did not have a subway in it, which sucked. I get a craving for a sandwich every time I go to a Walmart but it is whatever I guess.

An employee help me husband and I trying to find a pair of men's PJ pants and we couldn't find the right size. We went about the rest of our shopping and as we were walking to the checkouts she was walking towards us with the right sized pants we wanted. She walked around looking for us with these pants. That is what is called excellent customer service!! She went above and beyond what was asked of her! Extremely happy with our experience!!

This location was in better condition than many of their stores. Stock levels, appearance, and staff were better than any of the Milwaukee County stores. Worth the drive from Oak Creek to shop here.

The fresh produce department is awful!! The corn was old and was infested with FAT grubs. We showed it to the employee and the only response was yuck. We went back a week later thinking they would have removed the batch but they didn't. All the produce is old like it has been sitting in a basement for months. Limes yellow and moldy, onions moldy. I am not sure who is responsible for the quality of the produce, but someone needs to be held responsible. I will not buy produce from this store. The reason I gave two stars is that the rest of the store seems to be ok

Usually fine experiences. However today (11/9/23) I went in, and as I was leaving one of their delivery men had a dolly behind me and made a snarky comment that I "can move faster." When I said "what" he said "You're the customer, man," in a tone clearly meaning that I was one of the infuriatingly slow walkers. Extremely rude, and I wish I had been able to get his name so I could properly report him. He does not belong anywhere near customers.

The store wasn't bad; a nice lady rushed right over to authorize something on the self checkout for me.. But the parking lot - For the love of all things holy I hope you people got your money back plus a substantial settlement from the absolutely blithering, bumbling MORONS that are responsible for not only designing, but actually fully implementing and constructing that CATASTROPHE of a parking lot. As if the straight-in parking weren't bad enough, they had to add the little mulch covered median things between rows so it's impossible to return your cart... just wow. Fail.

Negligent. That is the nicest way I can say it. My dad JUST had four new tires put on his truck days ago at the Walmart in Mukwonago's Tire Center. Today, (11/16/23), he's driving up north for hunting season and had to pull over b/c his truck was shaking and pulling so bad. Turns out, the lug nuts were not tightened. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! This shop and their negligent staff could've killed my dad or someone else due to their lack of attention to detail. Absolutely unacceptable.

I love the grocery pick up but over the last 2 months the service has gone from outstanding to atrocious. I waited 53 minutes one day with out one single employee making contact with me! No, "I apologize for the wait" "We will be with you shortly" no explanation for the wait or even option to come back. Then I get charged for a substitution that I didn't take (because it wasn't even close) and am told I have to come back inside the store to resolve! So in store with a 3 year old (the situation I was trying to avoid) and I wait almost 30 minutes in line at the service desk while 3 employees ignore me to fill balloons for a gender reveal!!! When I finally get help the employee can't figure out how to refund without the actual product so she makes ME go find it and bring it back, where I wait in line AGAIN! I've also been to this location and needed assistance finding an item, only to find 2 employees making out in in the aisles next to the pharmacy! I could go on about unpleasant experiences and rude employees but I'll just say this location needs to get its act together.Update: Went to pick up a grocery order, had an item that was listed as "unavailable". Went into the store and it was fully stocked with 2 package sizes available.

This was a very nice Walmart, it wasn't crowded and the aisles seemed wider. It was very cold in the store which is a bit abnormal. When going to checkout there was an open cashier so I didn't have to be an unpaid Walmart employee checking out myself.

This is one of the best Walmart stores that I have been in. It was clean, shelves were stocked, and the employees were actually working and not playing around or on their phones. I will make the drive to go to this store rather than the ones close to me. Great job for having an awesome Walmart store!

I used the tire center and the guy in charge was extremely helpful. He explained what was going on, how look it was going to take, then went and helped do my 4 tires. Will definitely go back

This location constantly gives customers expired food through grocery delivery. This is disgusting and unacceptable. In person shopping is just as bad with the 60 year old Karen playing security at the self check out stations. She doesn't just profile people of color but also people with tattoos! Get a life you pathetic pos.
