Been here several times. Mainly to pick up Chicken Feed for my small flock of hens. To me, its a smaller version of a Fleet Farm, or Farm and Fleet. Lots of different agricultural and livestock products. Small selection of clothing, pet supplies, hardware, automotive, etc. It's a well laid out, and clean store. Friendly service.If you want to start your own flock, they sell young chicks, in several different breeds. They were selling some on this occasion, at a reduced price. I was very tempted. Maybe next trip in the spring.

My online order was damaged by a third party delivery service. I called the store and spoke with Ron and he went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and even delivered a new item to me personally. Awesome customer service, will shop here more often!

UPDATE TO ADD: The price compare the store manager refused to honor is an UP TO DATE price I have confirmed is still current.Don't support this manager. He does not care about his customers or his staff. Witnessed him being quite nasty to a cashier about having to come to the front and help with a price compare transaction, which requires a manager to sign off on anyways. Which I know, as I make this transaction worth a few hundred dollars about twice a month, and a family member is employed at this store. Then refused to honor the price compare we literally use twice a month, on an item purchased by the pallet, requiring a flatbed trailer to pick up. I have never once had an issue with the manager asking that next time we have updated paperwork for the transaction, as we've been doing this for a few years now, I entirely understand from time to time new information is needed, but as this is a routine purchase and requires particular equipment "just coming back another day" isn't easy either. This manager, who I'm well aware is in charge of the entire store, refused to do so. That we spend hundreds or more a month at his store is apparently of little consequence. That I've overlooked at times waiting excessively on pick up, and in fact being forgotten and having to call back in to the store to get loaded up for pick up, doesn't matter. I'm sure he's not aware I've also at times had to work alone at my own business while my help, who also works at this store, has left to fill in gaps in his staff schedule, because it seems they can't quite keep work shifts filled there. Perhaps because TSCs wages aren't up to snuff to make the nasty tone and sarcasm I saw dealt to the poor cashier worth employees staying on? Extremely disappointing to witness all around, and I've never had this type of encounter or poor attitude with any other manager at this store - and again, I'm here at least twice a month making larger purchases. They need to put someone else in charge at this store, but until they do, I'm taking my money elsewhere. I will absolutely not support anyone who treats their customers or staff this way.

I looked online for horse pasture seed. The site stated 7 bag's in stocks. I drove over an hour to the store. The clerk said that they'd put all seed away for the season. Extremely disappointed 😞.

I’d like to give a HUGE shoutout to “Marcy”. She was the manager on duty at the time of this interview. She understood my issues I had with a defective product. I got a refund for everything that was not working 60 days after purchase. I will continue doing business with the company. Again thank you so much for helping me out and being understanding. I will continue to bring my company’s business here to tractor supply. She made it a GREAT experience

My son and I were shopping for a pellet smoker in the Mukwonago TSC and the representative, Matt, went above and beyond to help us discover what was in the store for immediate purchase as well as where to check online for other items not in the store right now. Matt is a proactive, go-to guy. You don't find many of those in todays retail big-box marketplace!

Initially I was really excited to find everything available at Tractor Supply Company. However due to recent reports by customers of the failure with some of the private label poultry feed, we were motivated to look into the ownership of TSC. Look it up for yourself. Not good. We won't be shopping there again.

Love TSC! The gentlemen in Mukwonago at the service desk are always helpful and knowledge!They usually have a great variety of products for all my animal needs! Only downfall is when you call and ask if there is a specific item in stock they don’t seem to enthused to help but other than that I’ve had nothing but great experiences.

Always greeted and welcomed with a smile every time i walk in the door.Most staff are SUPER knowledgeable and eager to help! Not to mention super friendly and really try to engage with customers.I really can’t complain about anything!! Only thing I wish is that all of the staff were a little more knowledgeable about the baby chicks. But other than that I love this store and frequent the one in Burlington! I will always be a loyal TSC customer because of the great friendly service I always receive!

I have never had an issue with anything I bought a MR. Buddy heater and it works great. the staff is so nice and friendly to the dogs when i bring them in since my one dog loves to watch the baby chickens. Store is clean and they always have a solution to what you need.

On-line states they have a pet wash at this location in mukwonago… went and they don’t… so don’t take your dogs for a bath here.

I came in today to look for chicken feed and other miscellaneous chicken supplies and I talked with multiple store associates about chickens and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend going there if you're looking for chicken information or supplies, as they have a large selection of feeds, feeders, and other chicken equipment. They have other stuff, but I have only had an experience with chickens. Highly recommend!!

This should be the first stop for any new dog owner. Their prices and quality on food, crates, pet carriers, leashes, collars and more are tremendous. Following the recommendation of a quality dog breeder with 30yrs experience paid-off tremendously.There is one reviewer who left a 1-star review.. He expects the dealer/retailer of a Troy-Built product to fix it after he's used it ten times in over 30 days. He has unrealistic expectatations and the review should be removed. He could easily have abused it or neglected maintenance in that period.

Employees are great and very helpful. Animal food is very reasonably priced.Contactless pick up has been great.In store supplies seems to be very limited for fencing. I frequently have to buy online, wait a week, and then get all my supplies. That is pretty annoying.

The staff is nice but this is the second time they didn't have my dog food in stock during sale week. If you want the dog food when they are out of stock, you have to drive 25 minutes to get it at another store. Although it's nice to bring your dog inside, it's getting to be a waste of my time when they don't consistently have it in stock. Much easier and sometimes cheaper to buy it elsewhere on line with free shipping. I emailed corporate to let them know of the stocking problem but was blown off.

We usually stop in at the Mukwonago Tractor Supply store 2 or 3 times a month. Our purchases are a bit spontaneous and varied, from lawn and garden type tools, snow tools, occasional pet supplies, and more. There is a good assortment of the various items we tend to use. We have always found the store to be clean and well stocked. The employees are helpful and willing to answer questions and assist in locating items in the store.

Bought a troy bilt from them and it broke on me in less then 10 uses. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do because it was past 30 days. They do not stand by their products. Would recommend going to a locally owned store where they actually care about customer service.

This is the cheapest place ever! I got a big sack of bedding for $9.99! Also I got a cage for $39.99! Also I saw a big pack of bird seeds for $10.00. This is the best place ever to go pet shopping!

Not too impressed. I bought a wheel hub assembly for my trailer, the guy said it was most likely a pressed-in wheel bearing so that's why I bought the whole hub. Once I got home and removed and disassembled my bad hub, I found out the new hub kit did not have a wheel seal, and it was also not a pressed in wheel bearing. So bad news, I had to return the hub, good news is I can just order a wheel bearing kit from AutoZone.

Tractor supply is great for any farm needs a tad more pricey then farm and fleet but are more conveniently located with gas prices going up, its a better option. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.

this is a farm store.. i came in for roller chain...out of stock on more than half the sizes. and only one or 2 boxes of the ones they did have.. I needed #40.. they were out. i need it today not next week... disappointed.. where is Fleet Farm when u need it..
