Owner refers to himself as “king” in the 3rd person and talks to customers like he’s better than everyone. Trying to get a response from them, is horrible and takes weeks.What they offer per pop if selling, is a scam. Literally any company will give you more for your pop

We recently just discovered this store and my husband and I are obsessed. The owner is so nice and definitely knows her POPS! I definitely recommend this business. She’s willing to order specific ones for her customers as well. We’ve been here twice in the last week. We definitely will be frequent visitors!! I got my chase tommy pickles! So stoked for that. Just need to get him a new protector :)

Careful I traveled almost an hour to check the place out but apparently you need an appointment. Looked like they had an ok inventory of pops from what I could see from outside but wasn’t able to shop because no appointment. Also seen them turn down another customer because of no appointment. Not a normal store front.

Paid for a few pops that they had to order almost two years ago.Never got them,no refund,no nothing,just excuses.I could have,and should have just ordered them direct from the manufacturer,but I thought I'd give my money to a small business. I was wrong. I guess they need that 40 bucks more than I do. Buy from them at your own risk..

I would go lower than 1 star if I could. Never have I been scammed or had money stolen from me until I made the mistake of purchasing items here in February of 2022. It is now almost November 2023 and I still have not received my items or a refund. Shame on this small business!

Went to this fantastic place to sell a good portion of my collection and was instantly caught in a collectors heaven. The wide range of pops is wide enough that any collector won’t have trouble finding something they are looking for, or something they are not. You can really tell that the owners have genuine passion for what they are doing, and I for one cannot wait to go back!

Great place to hunt! Was in the area for a concert and stopped by to see what they had. We were told they just moved into a bigger store and are expanding to create a museum. Will definitely be back to check that out! Friendly people and great prices!

This place is AWESOME!!!!! Walls and walls of funkos. OGs to the new funkos they have them all, and if you can’t find what you’re looking for the staff are so nice and knowledgeable they will help you get your hands on what you want and need for your collection. I am from Florida this was one of the largest collections I’ve seen. I will definitely be back again. Thanks again!

If you like Pops, you gotta stop in here. Over 1000 Pops and they are constantly changing/addi g to their inventory. They also buy Pops if your looking to get rid of any. Another cool thing they are doing is bringing in people for signatures. I will be back here many times

Me and my dad were out of town for the 4th of the July and we figured we stop by this collectible store. Honestly, I've never seen a store have such an awesome funko selection such as this. We will defintely be returning the next time we vacation to Wisconsin. Can't wait to see what else this store will have by then! And of course, the customer service was incredible! Awesome work staff!

I live in Muk and didn’t even realize this store was here until me and my boyfriend looked up “Funko Pop”and this cute little store popped up not even half a mile from my house! Such a great selection of items and was greeted immediately when we went in. I couldn’t help but buy 5 different pops for my collection. They are so nice and helpful! Definitely will be back<3

I was able to find the funko that I couldn't find anywhere else at this store and for a great price. The woman (Paula) was amazing and friendly to deal with. Such a wonderful experience. We need more businesses ran this way. I will be back for more. Highly recommended.

Would strongly recommend caution when shopping here and would avoid if possible. Was charged 80$ for 4 pops with 1 of them not even being an exclusive. 2 of the pops I purchased were part of a larger collection of which I own most of and this store up charged me about 5$ more than retail (even harder to find ones were cheaper online). Did not honor a return and was not given a clear reason as to why they would not. Hopefully others see this before going in and can avoid the same mistake I did.

Such a wonderful experience with the owners being so kind and answering the millions of questions we ask. I love coming in with my boyfriend and getting access to funko’s we’ve had trouble finding and being able to complete some of our collections. It is truly an amazing time and experience coming into King Funko. I truly can not say enough about how amazing this place is. 10/10 recommend coming here for funko pop collectors
