I have a parcel box that is clearly marked right next to my door. This is so packages don't sit out in plain view and get stolen. What does your driver do?? Sets my package ON TOP of the parcel box where everyone can see it! Fed Ex has the LAZIEST DRIVERS!!!

Was waiting for an important package and drivers attempt in ringing our doorbell never happened. I’m guessing that there was a weak knock on the door and then sticky stating that we were unavailable. I would expect a little more effort on the drivers part to ring the doorbell when a package is out for delivery that requires a signature. It is very inconvenient to have to wait around all day for the delivery driver to arrive. A little quality effort would have been appreciated. Slow down, do it once, delivery it right.

My package was supposed to be delivered between 9 am and 140 pm. What a joke! Now it says by end of day... we'll see. I love wasting my time waiting at home for fedex....NOT!

Just shoot me and put me out of my misery. I will never use Fedex again. With UPS you know where you stand when having your package delivered. Fedex doesn't deliver on weekends. Then they say your package will be there Monday 9-11, then 11-1, then 1-4 then they say before 8pm. Why not just say 9-8pm. Saves the customer some grief.

Careless employees. CS provided misinformation that lead to an hour long round trip only to find an employee who refused to help. Zero care for wasting my time. Incapable of empathizing and trying to help. Felt like I was talk to a real life telephonic IVR humanoid incapable of decision making or rationalization unless pre-programmed to do so (of which, they clearly weren’t).

Delivered one package from this location but kept the other on the truck. I think the driver just didn't feel like moving it because they were heavy even though that's literally their job. Probably stole it later to cover himself too.

If i could give zero stars i would! I ordered a $1,500 phone from at&t on friday. Was told it'd be here monday. So i get the email that it has been delivered! Awesome, right? So i go check..... no package. I look at the proof of delivery picture.... its in some mailroom somewhere that I've never seen. So i call fed-ex 3 times that day. Zero help, "we'll open a case" "someone will contact you" blah blah, havent heard a peep.

Horrible delivery service!!! My camera had the delivery man dropping my kids x-mas present out of their truck. Then he left it in the rain!!! Not under the eve of my house or even in my garage which was open literally 5 feet away from where he left it. Worse yet three weeks prior they left $1500 worth of merchandise two houses down!! Luckily my neighbors are good people. Terrible delivery service I will never use them again. And I’ll request anything delivered to be sent anything by FedEx.

6 minutes agoFor 17 years FedEx has always delivered my packages just fine. Now 5 times in the past 2 months they seem to have forgotten where I live. My packages have been lost, delivered to an address not even close to mine 10 miles away!! Or at the house I haven't lived at for 17 years!! I've called and complained to no avail. Each time they say someone from the Mosinee plant will call me.....I have yet to hear from them?? How can I reach someone and speak to them. When I call the 800 number they tell me they will open a case? How do I get this problem resolved and get my packages????

Awful service. Ordered a Dog house that was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 11:30 and 3:50. I was tracking it and they kept saying that it was on time 3:50 got here and no by FedX. 4:00,4:30,5:00,5:30. Then I get a message that it wouldn’t be here for 2 more days because of the weekend. And that it was in a city 30 minutes away from me. So I called them and they said it was going to be here today. Sounded like they didn’t deliver on the weekend. What the Heck. I know UPS delivers on the weekend. I am so mad. They made me waste a whole day that I could have other things I needed to do. I wouldn’t even have given them 1 star if I hadn’t have had to. They better not waste my time today!!!!!

Simple store, served it's purpose. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to print a label for me that I had as a PDF attachment in an email on my phone, which was very helpful, as I do not have a working printer at home. They recommended what the right packaging would be for my item, and it was a good cost. The only thing I would have liked to have been better was the size. It was small and cramped, with two service counters very close together, and limited room to shelve packaging. I understand that the store size can't really be controlled, though.

The worst service ever. They tell you that package will be delivered by end of day, The agent at Fedex says that, it means from 8am to 8pm, Do they think we will sit there for 12 Hours waiting for the driver. End of day is end of day, not 12 hours. Terrible!!!

I had trouble with a package. FexEx's outsourced customer service was of little help.However, one of them eventually got me in touch with the gentleman who's in charge of this location.He was extremely kind and helpful.He put my package aside, and stayed after the close of business, just to make sure that I was taken care of.FedEx has always been my last choice for shipping anything. I only ever use their services when I have no other choice.That said, the gentleman that helped me out today far exceeded my expectations, and is really bringing up FedEx's average. Five Stars.

Never had a problem with deliveries and interactions with drivers have always been outstanding. My 2 dogs thinks FedEx rocks over UPS. The regular FedEx driver always leave treats for them:)

They never drop the package off. I always get a note needs to be signed for. Then spend hours on the phone with someone from a foreign country with whom I cannot understand. Only to have and drive from Wausau to Mosinee and pick it up a day later. Has happened at least 6 time now. This time they are not even giving me the option to pick it up. Garbage service all the way I would give negative stars if I could.

I have a package in my house and that belongs to someone else. It arrived on Friday at 12:13, according to the sticker on it. I called FedEx when I find out it was at my house, around 4:30. I told the guy my house is on highway H....the package address is on highway M.The dude said he can't help me with out the tracking number.So I said can you hold for a minute, I have to call my disabled husband to get it.He says "I can only hold for 2 minutes".As I set the Phone Down to get my cellphone, I loudly said..."This is for your benefit, not mine. I didn't deliver someones package to the wrong house."It is Sunday. And someone's 2 day package is still here!

I am a truck driver and I delivered to this facility four times a week every week. The people are very friendly they seem to be really good hard workers and the supervisor for the afternoon and evening shift is a very pleasant and beautiful person.

Horrible customer service. Can't get a hold of a real person when you call. Also, waited all day for a package that fedex said was coming today only to get a call saying we tried x3 and we're not coming back. Total lies. I would use UPS IN THE FUTURE.

whoever is the driver for the junction city area has got to be the laziest and stupid person. he has been told several times what my business hours are and where to leave packages and he is to stupid to follow simple directions!! he just left a $700 package in the grass while it is raining instead of putting it in the enclosed porch (fifteen feet away were he is supposed to drop packages in the first place)!!

My package was delivered to the wrong address. When I called customer service was dismissive and extremely rude.Luckily, the person who received my package dropped it off for me. I attempted to contact customer service to update them about this and the phone system hung up on me twice.

Horrible customer service. Pay extra for 2 day shipping place the order on Thursday and won’t receive until Tuesday. So no big deal it’s at the fedex store I’ll go grab it. Called said yes it’s there you can go pick it up. Get to the store told yes it’s there but I’m not able to locate it must be on a container. Well then why im the he** would I pay extra money for 2 day shipping to receive it in 4 days. Not including Sunday. Use UPS their 2 day shipping gets to you in 2 days. I’m the same order I placed the items shipped by ups were here in 2 shipping days.

BEWARE Absolutely horrible. I had a package shipping to my PO box. Mid shipment they change my address to an address I lived at a year ago. I drove to that address and thankfully the people who lived there had called fedex and a man had been there and already picked up the package. I call fedex back and they say no fedex guy picked up the package and that they don't have it. So now my $400 product/package is lost thanks to fedex. I call and they seemed to shrug it off like not their problem. Well it is their problem. They are the ones that lost it. The supervisor told me to file a claim, but that doesn't reimburse me my $400. So mad. I can't do anything about it and I'm out that money and product. Don't ever ship through these people. I have half a notion of filing a report with the police. One of their fedex workers has gone and taken my package and not recorded it into the system like protocol and now it's gone? Just like that? I'm going to shrug off $400? Absolutely not.

Driver left first expensive package on porch, didnt knock on door to let us know it was there and It ended up getting stolen. Shipper is sending a new package and fedex wont even let us put a signature required on it so it doesnt get stolen again. DONT USE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! stick with UPS

Horrible service, never heard my door bell or anyone knocking at my door. They took my package and would not allow me to pick it up, says it will take me 2 more days to process that request. My fedex is down the road from my house! Why would it take 2 days to process a pick up!!!! Horrible horrible and will never use their service again!
