This is the slowest Walgreens that I’ve been to and I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years. There are times I come during the week, during the day they will be closed and not for lunch breaks. Every time my prescriptions get sent it takes a long time for them to be filled even though on the app it says one time. I spend all days waiting and waiting like today and they are about to close. Which means I’m going to have to wait until tomorrow. I was off today and my prescriptions got there at 10:45 this morning. It is now 5:04 pm and they still aren’t ready. I hope they close this Walgreens down because it’s useless

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy they have you on hold for extremely long periods. It also can take days or weeks to get prescriptions filled. If you don't call to check on the status of your prescription it simply won't be filled. I understand this pharmacy is short staffed and it is very busy I blame the Corporation. Every customer has the same complaints about getting prescriptions filled but nothing has changed. Walgreens Corporation is aware of the problem but refuses to fix it because this Walgreens services a low income minority community in the city. I believe they will use this as an excuse to close this Walgreens location instead of simply fixing the issues ridiculous.

We tell people to please not use this pharmacy, the Pharmacists are stretched so thin and its so busy and they NEVER answer the phones, not even if you are an MD or Nurse calling about a very important pt med, they just put you on hold and don't even say hello, so now I put them on hold when they call us. Also people are allowed to steal anything they want with no consequence, why they have a security guard I don't know, and it is because the higher ups at Walgreens Milwaukee have no back bone and "don't want to look bad by having them defend their property or call the cops", I would never spend my $ at a place that practically encourages stealing and doesn't value the paying pts of the community

Hi grand rising today marks a whole month of me coming in everyday and asking if my son's medicine was ready today. They just kept shoving me to the side and I had to threaten the MFS with the judge and social workers for me to receive the medicine. This is a terrible place. I don't care if the parents are q mixed couple the children shouldn't be withheld. The female pharmacy technician was laughing like something was funny when I was expressing that my son didn't have his medicine. She also said she was scared and I asked her what she was scared for when I told them I was advocating for my 3 year old son.

THIS MLK Location is full of lazy WORKERS! including the store manager and pharmacy. They rarely are working in this location and pretends they can never pick up the phone for customers. Place you on long unnecessary hold times . Because they rather not assist the paying customers. Really poor sad customer service! I wish I could give this Walgreens zero stars . We deserve better here in our COMMUNITY. This is my 10th call it is currently 9:23 am they just opened ....

Horrible customer service . Pharmacy closed on Saturday and Sunday and couldn't get my meds. No one was willing to help. Customer service was the worst ever. Shut this place down immediately. Do not buy into the 5 star reviews. They are fake.

Their pharmacy has really gone down hill these past few months. There’s pharmacists who seem to not know anything- not very reassuring that they’re even giving the proper dosages/medications with how they all act. To add they also take over an hour to answer calls and tending to customers takes forever even when there’s no line. They also seem to not like helping people when they have simple questions regarding things they’re in charge of- always quick to tell you to contact your insurance when it’s not an insurance issue but something on their end. If this is your primary pharmacy I suggest switching immediately! Try any hospital that’s in close proximity to you or even your doctor’s office as most have in house pharmacies there as well.

Today me and my fiancé went to Walgreen’s on MLK&Locust in Milwaukee, WI. We went to the bath and beauty aisle to purchase body wash. Well of course it’s locked to prevent theft, however, there was a representative assisting another customer so my fiancé asked after she’s done with her (customer), could she help us. So we waited patiently for her to finish and when we saw she was done with the customer we reminded her we needed assistance. She the comes over to us with a irritated look on her face and tells us “here’s the call for help button if you need assistance just press the button for future reference.” Then snatched her keys and open the case. Once she grabs what I wanted, she slams the door down as if we were getting on her nerves. So I can as going to continue shopping however, I couldn’t help to feel some kind of way after that treatment so I went to the cashier and asked for the Manager. Well of course the girl was already in there telling her lie of what happened. When she came out I proceeded to inform her that her employee was very rude. But to my surprise, the Manager took her side. I used like this Walgreens it after this I will never patronize this location ever again.

I'm an RN at a mental health clinic. We will be deterring all of our patients from ever using this pharmacy in the future because it is impossible to reach anyone by phone. Not sure why this location is so unbelievably difficult to reach, but it is causing major distress to our patients, and subsequently us, because we cannot help them.

Every time I go into this location, the staff at the front and around the store are very welcoming, the fellow customers are SO nice and amicable, and the pharmacy staff is wonderful. I've gotten quite a few vaccinations here, and every time I leave feeling happier. (Shout out to pharmacist Ali and staff are just great to work with)

This store opens when it wants to. The staff is rude. The sign says they open at 8 a.m. but they rarely do. How are they still open? Sad because it's the only one in an area where it's truly needed. What help is it though when you spend your money to be treated horribly.

This location is the worst ever! The pharmacy staff talks and argues with their own staff. Witnesses cashier telling unprofessional to the Pharmacist as if he did not under her English. The pharmacy staff is always in violation of privacy, HIPPA, and code of conduct. It’s always a hold time longer than 10 minutes only to be talked down too about your prescriptions. They seek negative attention all the time including Store management. Ridiculous! Annoying! Upsetting! Disappointing for those who medical care is in the hands of unprofessional behaviors of Walgreens.

I want and some of the staff is not friendly and they don’t except bluecross blue shields for otc one of the staff said Walgreens in general doesn’t except it which is a lie because I used my card at Walgreens on east Oklahoma n it worked so I guess Walgreens can just pick n choose what otcs they wanna deal with

I came here to get my Covid vaccine and the service was excellent all around. I was greeted upon entry not only by someone at the door, but also an employee casually passing by. Both employees were very nice. All of the pharmacy staff were also exceptional and very kind. Drugstores are not known for their customer service, but this one is definitely doing everything right!

Most friendly Walgreens staff I've dealt with, we always enjoy returning for vaccinations. Dr Ali the pharmacist has the nicest bedside manner of any inoculator I've met and I never feel his shots.

Just a shout out to the awesome pharmacist at this location, a man named Ali (Walgreens on MLK and Locust). This spring he gave me both of my COVID vaccines, and today gave my entire family the flu shot. I don't know how he does it, but you do not feel any pain when he administers them. He's amazing and friendly and I highly recommend him for any vaccinations. Great experience.

I've never had any problems with any of the pharmacists. A few of the workers In the pharmacy seem inattentive, but I will say the best one to deal with is Latoya. She is very knowledgeable and if she even thinks she's not 100% sure about a answer she always checks with her supervisor. I will only deal with the 2 guys and Latoya because they all do a Awesome job and give great customer service.

Horrible service I called an asked when would my script be ready I was specifically told Friday that day comes now all of a sudden I can't get it until Sunday!! Why was I told Friday then is what I asked the reply was I don't know why you were told that. Very unprofessional an yes clean house they run that place terrible

The store is dirty and they are extremely slow. As a courtesy I left my prescription so they wouldn't be rushed on an evening when they were so busy. I came back two days later and still had to wait 20 minutes. I believe the store to be understaffed.The area around the pharmacy is just filthy. The walls and dividers have got smears of stuff on them. Old stickers have had the glue left behind and the ones that are left are peeling up. The floors in the entire place are just disgusting. I don't know who they are using to clean their floors but they need to switch it up. I will not be going back here.

Got my booster and flu shots today.. service was.quick and amazing. They worked hard to get me these as cheap as possible. Ali was great gentle and quick with the shots and funny too

Like many other reviews speaking on how bad the service is of the pharmacy of this locationis, this is an addition. Something needs to be done. Is this the only option to let it be known about their service. I think they need to clean house off the whole pharmacy crew, including the pharmacists.

This Walgreen's is so unprofessional they're customer service is just not right when enter they don't say welcome to Walgreen's. When I moved back in this Area which supposed to be the Hamrabee and mlk area:when me and my son would go in there their security guy would follow us around the store. Taken that we gonna to steal and if so Walgreen would not be my choice. But however there is one young lady works in cosmetic who nice to and always pleasant. Just like another reviewed they talk about other customers in front of customers. Just sad then the others dry faced girls just dry and unappealing. Not helpful but they will follow you around the store. I killem with kindness. Next the pharmacy its OK but they process my daughter prescription which should have been 30day supply instead of filing that they gave her a 7day prescription supply which was sitting in there computer. Then a lady that work in a area store mentioned she would not trust that Walgreen's send her's to the south side and she also says she may report this Walgreen's base how terrible its runs. Some of us don't accept unprofessionalism we did ask for bad and uncaring employees.

Honestly, it can be really hit or miss here. If the manager is on-duty I get much better service. The drive thru is always a wait- even when you are the only person in line. I try to avoid it if I can.

The pharmacy lack professionalism. Prescriptions are not filled in a timely manner and the staff is beyond rude. I asked why the prescription wasn’t ready when it was sent the morning before, the staff replied she never put it in to be filled. Why would I want to make more then 24 hours for a prescription that should only take a couple hours to fill.

On Wed. August 30th. I stopped at this location to pick up a scrip for my aunt. The pharmacy person Kashondra Russ waited on me. Very professional person and greeted my elderly aunt so kindly. My auntie who is near 100 said she had such a beautiful smile. She gave us great service......

Always a wait before you're acknowledged by a tech. I wish there were other choices in the area. I get a notification saying my prescription is ready, but have to wait 10 mins to even speak with someone to pay for it.
