We haven't used their services yet, but 100% will be!Today we picked up a foster through Wisconsin Adopt a Golden Retriever. She is very matted and smells pretty terrible. She is the sweetest though! We took her to Community Bark Dog Wash where we were greeted by the nicest front desk associate. She took to our Hannah immediately and saw the intense matting that she had. She got a colleague who also came-out and was awesome. They explained that we shouldn't bath her because the matts would get tighter and worse to deal with and explained they'd reccomend us finding a groomer we could get her into right away. They were busy and currently not taking big dogs.We found a place to get her into today and will certainly be bringing her and our other two dogs here in the future.Outstanding service. Rock on ladies!

Very impressed! The employee asked me whether my pups do better getting their nails cut with or without me. I told her with me. She let me hold my pups while she cut their nails. Another employee held one of my dogs while I held the one getting their nails cut. She gave them both treats once they were both done. She talked to them like I do. I was very impressed with the upbeat attitudes and the service.

I have been utilizing this location on and off for 7 years, since I’ve had my dog when he was only 3 months old. I have had 1 other unsatisfactory experience here but everything else has been wonderful.I did not appreciate my last encounter on 11/30. It's enough for me to possibly only utilize the Bayview location going forward.Groomer Olena assessed 3 de-matting fees during a pro grooming appointment she conducted. Communication is everything, I would have simply appreciated knowing that information ahead of time. It would have been paid regardless so it's not about the price. It's about providing awareness to the customer on changes. I've never had this fee assessed to me in my 7 years of utilizing both locations which I also found odd.I have had had 1 or 2 instances where groomers have claimed he’s matted before the appointment and after retract telling me everything was just fine. Aiden simply has a curly coat so I’m unsure if they just assume he is matted. However I typically do a great job at keeping his coat detangled. Prior to bringing him in though I did let them know he may actually have matting. I was upfront and also instructed to do whatever necessary to his coat because I like him longer. I was giving them the go ahead to cut him down if needed. If any additional fees would accumulate I would have assumed the groomer would have communicated and been as upfront as I was.On a positive note he does look great so she has some skill.I would also like to add I originally came in the Sunday before this appointment due to a scheduling issue. Which may have totally been my fault, I possibly requested the wrong service. When I walked in the two ladies were initially cold / uninviting. I was not greeted, they both kind of just stood there looking at me like I was out of place. Once they seen Aiden they then played with him and were social. I do appreciate them helping me get him on the books though for the appointment mentioned above.

Unprofessional staff and rude I don't recommend relying on those clowns for much. Do yourself a favor and find a professional dog grooming service because this place isn't it! Edit: Hi Kelly, we got your appointment request for Leo. Unfortunately after your partner yelled at our staff and myself, demanded free services (which were offered and not accepted), left a bad review calling us clowns, and degraded our salon stating we are not a professional establishment, none of our groomers feel comfortable continuing services for you. We are sorry it has come to this, but wish you the best of luck finding a groomer who fits your needs, please let us know if you would like us to send you his haircut notes. -Amanda, Store Manager *************************************I never yelled or demanded anything from this establishment simply some accountability for not letting us know their "stylist" was sick with covid my partner took off work went into our appointment only to be treated rudely and like it was our problem not their's. So I called and asked to speak with the "manager" only to be talked to with an attitude by whoever answered the phone, eventually Amanda got on the phone only to talk in circles and make it seem like it's not their fault that they don't know how to reach out and let their clients know that one of their "professionals" wasn't going to be able to keep their appointment. Never raised my voice Never demanded anything simple stated that if roles were reversed wouldn't you be annoyed? My partner left work missing out on work only to be told oh well? Look I'm not saying they don't do a good job with the grooming but, the hospitality and attitude of the staff STINKS!

For $19 I am able to bring our Parti Doodle Lily and complete a self wash and dry. We make use of Community Bark in between her full grooming. The staff is super friendly and I think the longest I've waited without an appointment is all of 4-5 minutes. Clean, friendly, and convenient.. so after she tears up the dog park at Estabrook the white couch stays white! Fantastic!!

You can get your dog bathed and washed and blow dried with an hour. Friendly staff and reasonable prices as well.

Jonah (my dog) and I had a great experience at Community Bark in Bayview! The front desk staff was super friendly! Jonah got the basic wash and came out smelling fresh and looking clean! Will definitely be back next time he's due for a bath!

Love this place. Anytime I leave a message I get an almost immediate response/text/call back. The prices are super reasonable and the groomers are awesome. They take care of our dog Doki when he blows out his coat twice a year (he starts dropping fluff bombs and I know it's time to schedule an appointment lol). Shout out to Riley, she managed to get so much fur off of him yesterday. When I went to pick him up she was covered in his fur (in her hair, eye lashes, eyebrows, all over her clothes - and she was really kind and just laughing about it - and Doki looked so good). So anyway five stars, happy to have found Community Bark.

Really wanted to love this place, but I was very disappointed. We did a self groom appointment. I chose to wash my dog here because it’s winter and I wanted to blow dry her off somewhere, instead of her usual air dry at home. Only one girl helped show us where the shampoo and bathtubs were. That’s it. I had to hunt around for a brush, no idea where the de-shedding tools were. I had to ask them where to blow dry our dog, no one showed us how to use that equipment. I had to ask where their towels were. The place was really dirty. I felt like I was bothering them every time I asked a question that definitely should have been explained at the start. I could tell how uncomfortable my dog was the entire time. We got out of there as fast as we could, I don’t even think my dog was fully dry. Overall we had a terrible experience and will not return. Not putting my dog through that again.

My husband and I have been taking our two mini-Schnauzers to the Bayside location for 5 years. It is a convenient location and we liked Raquella but she left recently. Our dogs were scheduled today for a full groom and their appointment was at 11:00 and we anticipated we would need to pick them up by 4:00 – 4:30. My husband called in the morning to let them know he may be 10-15 minutes late dropping them off. As per usual, a live person did not answer and he was routed to a voice mail and he communicated that if the tardiness was going to be an issue to please call, but no one called back. When he arrived, being 16 minutes late he was told he would have to pay a late fee and they would now have time to groom only one of our dogs. Are you joking? He basically told them to stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. I’ll do one better; you will never get our business again.

Love love love this place! That may even be an understatement. When me and my son walked in the door today it was clear that it was busy!!! However.... we are only a couple days away from Christmas so that was to be expected. I don’t want to waste any time in pointing out the AWESOME associate Tyler. He is the one who really made this experience for myself and my pup (Jack) exceptional! He was professional even though he was clearly running around like a chicken with his head cut off when we arrived. He treated us like we were number 1 and the only customers in the building (which we were clearly not). He took extra time in ensuring my dogs ears were SUPER clean (something that is complimentary when you pay for a self bark) but still, when your that busy it is greatly appreciated! He then brushed my dogs teeth and clipped his nails (those both being a side charge) but again with great customer service and great attitude regardless of how busy they were. I was blown away by the service provided to me and would highly recommended this establishment! To mention just one more time Tyler is definitely a keeper and should be recognized for his exceptional customer service as I am sure this was not just a one time act but an overall exceptional employee!

I've been going here for years. I have a long hair dog who needs to be groomed esp during summer time. My two favorite groomers are Amanda and racquella because they're the only ones who knows how to cut it the way I want it and are gentle with my dogs. They're both also very sweet, welcoming, and you can tell they love their job. I'm sad that racquella no longer works there.I BELIEVE SOMETHING HAPPENED TO MY DOG there. He was never afraid of entering and didn't mind getting picked up from groomers...until one incident. I requested a special hairstyle cut since I had a progroom appointment. When I got my dog I didn't get a good look at him til I got home (this was during covid so they brought my dog to my car and we didn't go inside). When I got home I was very disappointed because it isnt what I asked for. I called to get it fixed and shockingly was told it was the manager who did it...she did not do a good job. They were able to fix my dogs cut but since then my dog has been very afraid to go into the building, he even growls at the workers!, and it is soooooo hard getting a hold of the place. What happened to my dog when you fixed his cut???Every time I call to schedule an appointment, it alwaysss goes into voice-mail! I have to call like 5x to get someone and their online scheduling does not help at all! My friend scheduled a nail trim online for suggested dates and recieved no updates.she called them and they said yea they have her in system already for the appointment. Then why didnt you call???? I used online once and never again because i scheduled progroom and both dates I wanted wasn't available. You need to update your online scheduling so it offers only available slots. There are so many programs that gives you this option. The staff is alwaysss changing so something is going on with the management. The workers there no longer to care for dogs.

Very helpful staff! Although my dog has to get used to the process, it was a nice environment. We’ll be going back!

I have taken my two large dogs to Community Bark for grooming and bathing a number of times now and I have always been very satisfied with the experience. The employees there are all “dog people” and take great care of my pups. They follow our request as to how we want our golden doodle groomed very carefully, and she always looks beautiful when they’re finished. Our other dog is a shepherd mix and doesn’t need much grooming so she goes mostly for bathing. She is a bit high strung, however, and they are very good at making her feel at ease. We can’t imagine going anywhere else for these services in the Milwaukee area.

I have a large dog that doesn’t like baths or nail trims. She doesn’t mind it when they do her bath and they are able to get her nails done with a lil fuss. My vets office had mentioned that they will have to sedate her if her nails need to be done :) no sedation needed here- though she did demand an extra pair of hands. I have taken my foster dog here as well- they offer discounts for foster pets. I was vowed when they offered it - rather than me asking for it. It reflected a lot on how they do their business.

I’ve gone to Community Bark to bath my dog myself twice now and it’s always been a great experience! The tubs are large, they provide leads that hook up to the tub (so your dog stays put) as well as soap/towels for the bath. Afterwards you can use their dryers and brushes, again they have leads that hook up to the wall so your dog doesn’t run away while brushing on a counter. The staff has always been extremely friendly and personable! I’ve been to other self-wash places where you pay for time and soap, and they don’t provide a brushing area so it’s nice to know I can truly take my time without feeling rushed! Highly recommend coming here is you would rather save some money and bath your own dog! (Although you can pay to have them bath your dog) :)

We have been bringing our rescue pup here for the past 4 years for baths and nail trims. She can be shy and quite sensitive around her paws, but the bathers do a nice job taking care of her. She always leaves looking and smelling great!

Best dog wash. The staff is super friendly and hard at work if they are cleaning your dog or cleaning up and providing fresh supplies when you choose to wash your own dog. They also will trim your dogs nails and clean out their sara! Great prices and usually have great packaged discounts for frequent use. I strongly recommend the place as I give it 5 stars and my dog gives two paws up!

Incredibly impressed with this facility. I have a very excitable dog and they clipped his nails with ease. The staff at this location are friendly and professional, and the location is clean and welcoming. They are very helpful too, providing insight for better grooming methods at home. We will definitely be returning to utilize their line up of services at fair prices!

LOVE THIS PLACE! After my dog was left traumatized by a local groomer, we set out to find a new one. We decided to try Community Bark and were very satisfied. They have decent prices, friendly professional staff and are GREAT with the animals. My dog ENJOYS getting groomed again thanks to them, it is now our fav groomer! Also a lot of places take appointments and then leave your dog in a crate for hours, Community Bark DOES NOT, they take your appointment and start working on your animal until done which is a HUGE PLUS!We are so happy to find such a professional groomer!

They wash my 8 yr old Labrador, and trim her nails. Easy to get an appt - easy to drop off & pick up. My dog is very social - so she loves them. Highly recommend...OR you can wash your own dog. I prefer to leave that to the professionals.

We have taken our dogs to Community Bark since the day the opened in Bayside. The care our boys have received over all these years has been first class! Andrew and his team have always been attentive to our needs!I am grateful for the way they treat our boys like they are their own. We are very grateful to our Groomers and bathers and all those who work at Community Bark they are respectful and wonderful caring people. We are so fortunate to have Community Bark a locally owned small business in our neighborhood!

This was an adequate place to wash your dog when the weather is too cold for outside. The staff was friendly and explained things well.Tubs are so close that people are bumping into you & their dog soaks you. Ramps would be nice for older dogs with lack of agility. The employees wouldn’t have to help lift your dog in. Thank you Sir for your help. The drying area was ridiculous. I had multiple dogs hair flying in my eyes, & mouth the whole time.Thank you for a nice experience, but it could have been better. We must’ve been spoiled by his last place.

We love Community Bark! So dog friendly and the staff gives great advice or suggestions. We give our dog her baths ourselves in Community Bark's Brown Deer shop and it is amazingly easy to do. Even our dog doesn't mind her shower!. The staff is beyond helpful, all the supplies needed are provided which makes the entire experience the best.I highly recommend Community Bark.

Quick and reasonably priced. The last grooming I had for my dog took 4 hours and cost $100. At Community Bark, they were done in two hours and was 25% cheaper! They did a great job. I found out new groomer.

I mostly use the self-bark service - excellent, though the full-bark (drop my pooch off, and come back 30-45 min later) is a real joy. The folks here know his name, and seem to love dogs. While my dog doesn't get fancy grooming services, the dogs that come here for them, come out looking great. Definitely beats cleaning out your own bathtub or shower!!

I took my dog in for a self bark for the first time, when we got there I felt extremely rushed by the woman who helped me. I told her this was our first time coming in, she showed me to the tub I'd be using, set down the shampoo and walked away. She was incredibly short with me the entire time and kept calling my dog a girl after I told her twice he's a boy. I had no idea where the towels were and had to ask another employee. Once I finished I saw there were multiple other shampoos to choose from (she gave me the generic one). Once I got into the room with the blow dryers I was appalled. There were dirty brushes in the "clean" bin. I went to use the nail trimmers and those did not look clean either. The room was incredibly dirty. Which I understand it's not going to be spotless but I did not expect it to be in as rough shape as it was. The woman who got me checked out was very nice though. They didn't seem super busy, it was myself and 2 other owners/dogs there. Being right down the street I really wanted to like this place, but I will not be returning in the future.

My dog looked like a little bear when I brought him him (we picked him up as a rescue). Community Bark did an AMAZING job transforming him into such a handsome little Poodle. He lost about 3lbs in hair alone, and has been much happier since his trim. Community Bark was fantastic to work with and did a great job. We'll be coming back for as long as they'll have us!

I have been disappointed the two times I have washed our pups. The eyelets where missing and though the surfaces were clean the under -pinnings need a deep clean. Most of the workers are helpful and friendly. There is a young man who is newer who needs training in personal communications. In general I'm very pleased with the opportunity of having Community Bark a place where I can clean my pups without hurting my back.

The enviornment is so friendly and welcoming. I also love the fact that I can wash my pups myself or during a busy schedule, drop them off to be groomed by the wonderful staff. Additionally Community Bark Wash & Groom has reasonable prices for their services. Highly recommended.
