Sided up for home delivery and it was good until I tried to order again. Now I'm not in the delivery area. Funny how it worked the first time and they took my money for the year. Six months later and I'm still waiting for help!

Recovering from a recent ankle surgery and used an electric charged shopping cart. When I turned it on it told me 12 hours of charge. After picking up some cat litter and cat food I got a low battery warning and the cart stopped moving. While limping and carrying my items I told 3 different employees that my cart ran out of battery. Not one offered to getme another. I'm not concerned that the battery died, mechanical issues happen, im appalled at the lack of compassion and customer care.

We were able to find most things we were looking for, though, many items were out of stock as is kind of the norm right now. The associate that helped us at the self checks was helpful and pleasant to interact with.

Why is it there are people running all over this store and only ever 1 till open. I actually fill my days and clearly I need to find another place to shop if I'm continually unable to get in and out of this store in a proper timely manner. Stupid. This store without question need new management

My son had to have a tire replaced while traveling. The tire shop told him it would be an hour, it took 3 1/2 hours. They sold him a very aggressive tire not a highway tire and replaced the wrong tire!! See the pictures of the tire they left on the truck and the tire they sold him. I will NEVER again use Walmart for service. They don't know what they are doing and have no idea how to tell time!!!

I won't use their grocery order pick up service anymore. I was given a very green brick of cheese and that was the end. The pick up order pickers are a little reckless with their carts and don't seem to care about customers trying to get through aisles. It's always crowded in there so I try to avoid going here unless absolutely necessary. It's not the worst though. They usually have what I need when I do. Although I am getting irritated with the difference in prices. I will do order pickup if it saves me 40% on an item. Which is the case for a lot of their non grocery items. I do compare pricing when I'm in the store with their online price and, if i'm going to save enough, i'll order it for pick up.

Menomonie Walmart is a joke. How can you not have anyone in customer service at 5:30pm and then an employee tell you they won’t be back for another hour and there is no one in the store that can do a return.

Over the last year, this location has become run-down, dirty and poorly managed. In the attached photo you can see a moldy avocado in the pet section, which I've noticed has stayed in that spot for about a week and a half and counting (really curious how long until it's gone now). I would say 25% of the items in the store are on the wrong price hook. Many Rollbacks are not really rollbacks anymore, and they will cost more at checkout, and the employees lie to customers about going and doing a price-check. There are random items scattered about the store that never get returned to their respective slots, telling me they don't even care if they're bleeding inventory. The Vision Center is never staffed unless you call and ask if they're open, at which point, it suddenly become staffed, and your wierd for asking. And, like 2 years ago, they also made a huge loud ruckus when a "friend" wanted Plan-B.I rate: Not EpicUpdate:Less gross, more crowded. Pallets everywhere make going down an aisle with a Large customer barreling towards you like a Packman ghost quite intimidating sometimes. Many customers have a formidable profile that the narrowed aisles cannot accommodate at the same time as myself. I'm not a fan of having to take a detour through the baby aisle because I can see a menacingly rotund individual coming my way, and I can't imagine that's enjoyable for the menacingly rotund to witness either.I rate: Not Epic

There are maggots in my potatoes. I ordered for pick up because I work twelve hour shifts. So. I have the sticker ON THE BAG OF P with the date even on it. The time. Got them on June 20th. Wow wanted tires installed on my minivan and the installer is so slow its been over 2.5 hours to get 2 tires changed but don't dare say anything or they threaten to stop work on you auto for any kind of questions. Really bad employees and a horrible choice by me to have tires done here. I also as a older person did not feel safe speaking to technician because of his mad attitude and didn't bother to ask any of the questions I had for fear of being assaulted by the mad little man. Won't ever go there for tires again.

We order groceries from this wal-mart often, and never have any issues. If they are out of an item, they are usually very good with substitutions or quick to let you know they do not have your item. The staff is always friendly when bringing groceries to the car.

It was a good experience. Clean store. Friendly workers and no issues the young man at register was very friendly and helpful and kind. All in all it was a great shopping experience with no worries stress or issues to speak of. We shall return to this store again in the future for sure.

Ok. What I saw today gets a 2 and the supervisor gets a two. Getting to the check out I was distracted by an older woman reprimanding a boy. I thought they were probably family. The way parents berate their children in public is horrible. But no….. it was a supervisor demanding a summer worker give her “ something.” “And the other one too! You’ll get it back at your dinner break.” This was probably the associates first job and it’s only June 6. I get she’s feeling like a babysitter, is tired, maybe angry. However, Walmart is a workplace and one that hires students. Seasoned associates are supposed to be modeling good work behavior. How would I handle this? Find a place to talk quietly after I took several deep breaths. Does she reprimand all her underlings in the front isle? He was a kid. He was a brown kid, too.very poorly handled. Was his error in judgement explained? Like many people, I go there as little as I can. It can be insane. And with behavior like I saw today, they don’t care about how they look to the community.

I spent my day off at the auto center today for tires. I was there from 9-4:30 just for tires. Waited 3 hours for my tires, and had to run and get my mother’s vehicle because she was getting her tires swapped that she had bought elsewhere. Waited another hour just for them to say they can’t do her tires because the tread didn’t mean there requirements. Then ran back to switch vehicles and go home just to see that 3/4 of my center caps were missing because they didn’t fasten them in the hub. I went back and they said they found 1 in the parking lot. So then the technician sent me on a wild goose hunt to go buy center caps. Went to an auto shop and a salvage yard 30 mins away, couldn’t find any. Called them back and said I would just order them online, then I had to go back there order them and show them the receipt. Had to fill out an entire form just from them to not be able to reimburse me today, they’ll have to finish the form tomorrow. Avoid this Walmart if possible and get your maintenance done elsewhere.

Was looking for a little button cell battery but they didn’t have it and the relatively few button cell batteries they did have were approximately half sold out. The store did have a good deal on Maruchan ramen (just in time for Back To School), nice selection of high grade cheese, and three types/brands of edamame (枝豆).

This is one of the better Walmarts iv been to. The employees at the self check out are attentive if you need help and make sure to point you in the direction of the next available register. The store is clean and pretty well stocked

Ordered on Friday night for Saturday morning. Nothing delivered by Sunday. Called to pick up on Monday. Sorry sir the order was returned. Nice lady said they would re shop the order. It will take about a half hour. Got food home and missing items from the list. 3rd party delivery system does not seem to be working out. Not a happy camper.

Parking lot was interesting as I refused to go into that hell whole of a store! Plenty of people watching as the wife did her thing inside. The cart guy almost took out several cars with his little buggy mobile and seen him ram the cart holder harder then I'm going to ram the wife tonight... 5 stars for the parking lot experience

I just called menomonie store stated that i left a bag and they found it. The person i asked was very fast talking and very very rude. Stated i needed a receipt to have someone who is in town thereas i live 25 miles away, but my receipt was texted to me. How inconvenient and rude. I spend 300 plus a week in groceries there. U will no longer profit off me! One very upset customer! And i will spread the wird! I will post on facebook! And newspaper as i own one!

Do yourself a favor and use the pickup service. Better than trying to walk the cluttered aisles. Even then, you will be treated like a number, maybe have gallon jugs set roughly on your box of wheat thins. Ooh I love huge corporations 👍( also if you leave a bad review they WILL have the store manager call you at home Monday morning to tell you you're wrong) yah, don't be calling me !

Normally a one stop shop... All my needs but my recent visit(s) to automotive to buy 4 new tires with a mount and balance which previously a few days prior I received a quote and the website showed they had them tires in stock but when I walked in the staff showed in stock but found none. Now I'm on disability and am working with Workforce Development to finance this but I can't deviate from the quote. Walmart says they can't special order but received whatever the truck brings. I've attempted to discount a set to reach that monetary amount to equate the quote. No luck.
