Great experience buying new carpet for the bedroom. Super helpful staff but not overly bugging you. The furniture has completely changed there. I used to not like the selection as it felt old-fashioned but it's been totally updated and they have beautiful sectionals and sofas. Lots of leather too.

I've been a customer of Rassbach's since Kelly was the owner, and they sold appliances. In fact I still have a fridge I got from Kelly back in 1998! Since then, they have provided flooring for my commercial properties, personal property, and a newly constructed home. I have bought countless chairs, sofas and beds from John and his staff. Prices are always very fair, and the service is unbeatable.

Bought a Spring air mattress from them. Within a week my wife and I felt it was sagging in the middle an abnormally large amount. We felt for a fairly expensive mattress it shouldn't be doing that so prematurely. Rassbachs swapped it out for a new one, no questions asked. Great customer service!

Great people to deal with. So much better service than those big Woodbury stores that sell nothing but junk and then won't help you out when it falls apart a week later. These guys have been so much better to deal with.
