DO NOT SHOP HERE. I am a traveling picker, I travel from thrift to thrift. I came here on a Saturday morning and while waiting for them to open, the store manager came out and literally told me to leave. Yes that’s right, because I have a small 5’x8’ trailer and they have 30 or more parking spaces that apparently fill up so quick right when they open at 9, I was told to park somewhere off their lot. $2400+ per year at this location and they don’t want my business. Just a very sad gesture. Out of 1300 goodwills I go to in the country and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. Seriously disturbing.

This store pushes strong artificial fragrance through the ventilation system that burns the eyes and makes your nose start running. Makes people with scent allergies feel nauseous. Customers beware! Had to quickly leave store for fresh air. Mentioned it to cashier but she didn’t seem to understand or be willing to share the concern with management.

They suck. Plain and simple. Crabby/rude staff. High prices. When you donate they only give you a coupon if you ask no matter how much you bring. I'm done giving them my business and donations. I miss cherry pickers. 1000% better than this joke of a business.

I travel a lot throughout Wisconsin and visit most Goodwill stores searching for treasures. Menomonie GW has employees that are helpful, hard-working, and kind, on a consistent basis. Yes, the store is small but always clean, and organised with new inventory daily. Prices are higher but are higher everywhere. Most Team Leaders are willing to consider a shopper’s viewpoint and respond accordingly. Then some shoppers are rude, demanding and disrespectful, and then responds in an emotional unfair review. An experienced Lead can approach the situation and make decisions that are for the benefit and safety of the staff and store. Scott, Taylor, Diane and Val are commendable in their actions for an excellent shopping experience. With a marketing background, THIS STORE is by far the best in NCW!

Always clean could use some better organization of craft area or a larger area for it. Not a fan of having to dig to see items, or seeing items just shoved onto shelves. Just a friendly thought here, I love the place

Walked in to return a couple shirts purchased from the Stillwater location within the 14 day return policy. I was very rudely told by the manager, Diane, that this location isn’t affiliated with that store. With now crossed arms she proceeded to say that there are only 21 locations in Wisconsin they are associated with. This could very well be true, but the sign is the same and it comes up like any other Goodwill location on Google. She could have easily said this in a less disrespectful manner. I see from the reviews I’m not the only person who feels this way.

My hometown Goodwill is an excellent shopping choice. The aisles are a little narrow for my wheelchair, but that is the only negative. The selection is fabulous, their is a wheelchair accessible public bathroom, and you'll find new as well as used items which makes shopping a treasure hunt. It is clean and the staff is great.

You have to REALLY pay attention to prices. Every time I shop there's items marked higher than if one purchased it new. Monday 6/15 I came across an item that retails for $1 brand new & GW's price was $2.99. It's quite irritating. I do dig the clearance items. The staff is always nice.

I was at the store to donate a box of about 40 CDs, a CD rack, a card game, some books, and some toys. I also wanted to return 1 of the 6 DVDs I had bought last time I was in. The manager whose name is Diane was very rude. She accused me of buying the movie and returning it after watching it which is not true. I didn't know I would be given a hard time about returning 1 item valued at $1.99 and within the return period stated on the receipt. That was the last donation I make to this store while Diane is still employed there.

Store has pretty good selection but needs decluttering and organizing. Prices are above average for used clothing. Toy isle was a disaster didn't even try to find toys for my grand kids.

We enjoy shopping at this store for women's clothes! They fo a great job sorting out the old stuff before putting out for sale! Great staff! Recommend taking advantage of their rewards program.

Bogus store. They have their fitting rooms closed. So you cannot try anything on, yet will not give your money back if something doesn’t fit. Makes zero logical sense. I will never shop here ever again. You should have at least changed your unintelligent policy to assist the community. Why would I buy something if I cannot try it on first? Oh that right, the Corona Monster is around every corner. Change your return policy geniuses.

The customer service here was amazing. A smaller Goodwill but we still found some reasonably priced gems. The checkout cashier was friendly and quick and what I assume was the store manager/team leader was also very nice!

Goodwill is a little over priced, in my opinion n the sale slip need to tell you better what it is you purchased (Hardlines pur, Hardlines gre , Accessories pur ) that really doesn't help when you are looking through them to find the receipt to take back the item. Other then that the store is terrible to try to get through because the isles n other items are way to close you can't get 2 shopping carts in passing down the isles, you have to remember that a lot of older, handicapped, shop in your stores n it is not easy to do that to begin with ad more people handicapped n older n people start to just leave do that to many times n you lose customers, n l am one of them l shop there a lot less because of what I've told you. It almost seems like you forgot that your majority of your items we're free cost you $0 dollars $0 n l would say it doesn't look like half of those items have been even wiped down. I also would say that with covid-19 going as long as it has n the amount of job loss , maybe just maybe you should change some of your policy drop the price on your free items and think about the people in the community that your in. We are all going through rough time. Maybe get back to the basics of what Good Will is about, l don't think you we're start as a business that was supposed to show a profit n act like your the dollar store or the old dime store. Very organized and neat, clothes organized by size and color. Nice things at this store, nicer than other Goodwills I've been to. The employees are all very friendly and very helpful! I will definitely stop again when back in the area.

Complete hole in the wall. Dirty, waaaaaaaaay too expensive, even for a Goodwill. Place is small and the employees the day i was there were very unhelpful. no furniture, hardly any movies, video games, music. This is by far the worst Goodwill I have ever visited. I saw stuff here (USED) the they were charging more money for than the WalMart RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!! worthless place.

The only way I can describe the Goodwill Store in Menomonie would be "a huge disappointment." They are overpriced. Clothing prices are close to twice the price of the stores I have shopped in across the US. They have no furniture and their donated new items are priced somewhere between Big Lots and WalMart's prices. I don't think we will ever go back.

The items are a little overpriced and not a large selection of items, but overall its an alright store. If you go in there with a general idea of what you'd like to purchase they'll most likely have something close to what you're looking for
