I love Aldi but this one NEEDS more than one person working on each shift. every time I'm there, I only see one worker at the register. self-checkout is great but god forbid something goes wrong and you need help from the ONE employee working and they're busy ringing up customers. I was there for SO LONG with a very fussy toddler, waiting for help with an item that was supposed to be discounted upon scanning. HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR PUT MORE THAN ONE PERSON ON A SHIFT. I always feel so bad for the one person working. that's really gotta suck.

Always easy to get in and out. Produce is fresh. I prefer to shop here for fresh produce, diary, and coffee items. These tend to be priced better than the other local stores.

I recently visited Aldi and had a moderately satisfying experience. It was easy to navigate through the aisles, and the product placement was logical, making it convenient to find what I needed without much hassle. Additionally, the checkout process was fairly quick, thanks to their efficient cashiers who swiftly scanned and bagged items.However, there were a few drawbacks that prevented me from giving Aldi a higher rating. One of the main concerns was the limited selection of certain items. While Aldi offers a variety of products, there were times when I couldn't find specific brands or specialty items that I was looking for. Although their private label products are generally of good quality, having more variety would enhance the overall shopping experience.Another aspect that could be improved is the store's overall cleanliness. During my visit, I noticed a few instances of untidy shelves and spilled items that hadn't been promptly cleaned up. While this might be due to the high volume of customers, it would be beneficial for Aldi to allocate more resources to ensure a consistently clean shopping environment.There appears to be a lack of uniformity among stores when it comes to product availability.Lastly, customer service could be more attentive and friendly. Although I didn't encounter any major issues, I found that the staff members could be more approachable and willing to assist customers with their inquiries. Enhancing the customer service experience would go a long way in making shoppers feel valued and appreciated.In conclusion, Aldi Groceries offers competitive prices, a straightforward store layout, and a relatively quick checkout process. However, the limited selection, occasional cleanliness issues, and average customer service prevent me from giving it a higher rating. Nonetheless, if you're looking for affordable groceries and don't mind some minor inconveniences, Aldi can still be a viable option for your shopping needs.

Love shopping here at my local Aldi in Menomonie Wisconsin. The staff are very friendly here in very helpful. The store is always Stockwell and clean. If I could get everything I need here at Aldi. I would probably never go to any other stores. Aldi is always my first stop because I know I save so much money by shopping here.

I love shopping here. The produce is excellent and inexpensive (comparatively). Some of the off brands (chips, soups, cereals) don't taste very good, in my opinion; but you get what you pay for sometimes. Aldi's employees are always friendly. And I never have to wait long to check out. It's a great place overall.

The prices are reasonable. Most of the off brand items even have good flavor. They also have different items that you really don't find at other places. The staff has always been friendly as well. I'm not sure when the self checkouts were added, but I feel they're a great addition & something that shows Aldi is growing. However, I'm somewhat torn on how jobs may have been lost to automation.

After finding a child ALONE in a car on 90 DEGREE day in the parking lot a worker came rushing out to see if we needed to smash a window to keep the child safe. He waited, checking how hot the car is when security (store manager?) came out with the "parent". The worker proceeded to tell the man that what he was doing was illegal. Security pulled him away saying he was making aldi look bad sorry but the police should have been called and the male worker was correct in telling this "parent" to think. Security made aldi look bad, not the man defending this helpless child.

It's fun to shop here. Lots of good and fresh foods, constantly changing Aldi finds all day great prices. No Wonder they are WI least expensive place to shop. They don't have everything you will ever want or need but give them a try or 2. You will like what you find!

Pay your hardworking staff more so that the shelves get stocked. Chippewa Falls store is really understaffed. Your prices are higher so now pay your staff a decent wage. I found better deals someplace else today.

The workers are great. I just bought two boxes of specially selected cookies yesterday and they are over a week pass their expiration date. I got three little salad bar salads also, one day later they lost their favor and turning red (I paid full price for everything, nothing was a expire soon product). This is not the first time it had happened.

Expressed concern over snow being put in handicap stalls employee passed it on up the chair. Happy to report handicap parking cleared. Wow, that was appreciated. That is respect and service at it best... Thank you all for hearing and doing and not judging or defaming .5 star review

Good place to go shopping. The parking is really easy. The quarter carts are pretty cool especially for shopping with kids. (You get your quarter back.)I would recommend more vegan dairy options, or a suggestion box. I would like to buy vegan yogurt at the same place I buy my other groceries. I had some problems also finding soap products, but other than that pretty good.

Always enjoyable , clean, and the staff is friendly. They are always accommodating when I have a toddler in the cart and just move the extra cart down so I don't have to switch carts.... Cuz she's a climber and she is always strapped in. 😂 I love my local Aldi and shop there whenever possible.

I like there reasonable prices but don't like that they don't have there own plastic bags for customers. They make you use boxes or buy there bags and have make sure if you're going there for shopping always have 25 cents on you. Ppl don't think of that everytime you leave home

I'm starting to notice that Aldi is getting more and more expensive. Bought the same amount of groceries at a local grocery store and ended up spending less than at Aldi.

Tons of expired food on the shelf. Just bought chicken salad yesterday that expired over a week ago. Same with red pepper hummus. Moldy momma cozy pizzas on the shelf, Moldy raspberries, expired peanut butter. No customer service to return spoiled food or a phone number to call. Check expiration dates before you buy, you'd be surprised how much bad product is being sold at full price... I've only had this problem at the Menomonie location

Good store. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. They used to have good vegetarian options, but I can't seem to find them anymore. Hopefully they bring those back at some point.Edit: They're back! Fake chicken patties, woo!

Forget Walmart or any other monopolizing store. ALDI has been our first choice since I was a boy because of the wonderful prices and amazing staff there. They have the convenience of a large store but keep the personality and cozy feeling of a small private owned shop.
