Slow service. Atleast in the pharmacy. Horrible pharmacy hours too. The drive thru makes it seem like it will be quick.but thats just an illusion. Not the friendliest couple people that work in there either. Some are but there are a couple that are just unpleasant. Straight up.

I've quite literally been without my anxiety meds for like 5 days now all because "the pharmacist isn't on duty", I tried getting them twice now during the hours they were supposed to be open.

Horrible pharmacy hours. Drive over there half the time they're closed, and 9a to 6p? How are people supposed to get prescriptions when most people work 9 to 5 jobs some even work later, they definitely don't make it easy to get your prescription. Are people supposed to take off work just to get there percriptions. We are going to definitely be changing pharmacies! Also shouldn't be closed on weekends if you're closing during the week at 6pm! I get short staffed but then be a better competition for other companies clearly yall need to do something because I'm jot the only one with these issues.

Pharmacy is a complete disaster. Call 1 day prior, prescription will be ready by 10am the next morning. Show up at 445pm the following day and the prescription hasn't even been started. They say half an hour and they'll have it ready. Go back 45 min later, still have not touched it. After they rushed to push the order out, Jess I believe her name was... at the front check out...absolutely condescending and full of herself. Cocky attitude and no way to treat a customer in any setting. I will no longer be ordering meds through this Walgreens. I will no longer be shopping at this Walgreens. Hopefully management takes these things to heart and helps people feel happy and healthy as the sign they post everywhere says rather than angry and sick.

Drive through implies speedy. If you've got a customer who you know is going to take a while, tell them to come inside. I'm at 12 minutes in line right now and counting...

I would suggest using another photo location. Multiple times now this location has not had the necessary materials to complete photo orders. They didn't have ink and were not able to find it anywhere because they have old equipment. Oh well, it happens. Now, just one month later I put in another order, and it turns out the store also does not have the standard photo size 4x6 paper. It's primarily frustrating because the website/app says nothing. I would hope for the item not being available, or even something along the lines of "We're sorry, the store you are trying to order with seems to be out of paper/ink, would you like to order from another store?". Advertised as same day pick up, I call to see if my order is ready a day later, I am informed the needed materials are not available and won't be until Monday. I decided to call around and it turns out the other stores nearby are stocked up and are able to fulfill my order in less than 11 minutes, way better than 5 days. Sticking with the S Commercial Street location for my future photo needs hopefully.

They have my daughters insurance on file but decided to charge me I told her why you have it on file. She said it didn’t cover that one, I questioned it and went back to the actual pharmacist had to refund me because she couldn’t look where it should be right on her file. Then I just went recently and it’s the same young girl snobby attitude she’s the younger newest girl their, they called said it was ready for pick up so I go to pick it up and she said you never came so we put it back already. I express to her that I’ll just be taking my whole families medications to a different Walgreens. I also had a technician say she can’t pull up my daughters acc because I’m not her do I remind you she is 1 years old, and I’m her father. The staff here is very undertrained as well as rude.

Twice I purchased items in this store. Each time I was charged the full price rather than the advertised sale price. Each time the cashier was unable to correct this problem and had to call for the store manager. I didn’t have time to wait for the manager the second time and I just walked out.

Items are always great. Customer service sucks. The older woman cashier is always rude no matter how nice you are to her and there is a younger man in the pharmacy that is always super rude as well.

Channing waited on us, did not say a word to us beside the total price. Looked at us like we were rude for bothering him. Left our six items and the reciept in a pile on the counter and just stared at us waiting for us to pick it all up and leave. We politely asked for a bag, he huffed and pushed it all off the counter into the bag and handed it over, still refusing to speak. If i could give zero stars I would. It saddens me to think that he could possibly be interacting with elderly or disabled customers needing help with medicines or other aid items

Walgreens Pharmacy is awesome. They send you a notice when a prescription needs a refill and then call your doctor for the refill once you respond RENEW to their text message. That's above and beyond if you ask me.

Horrible customer service. Beyond rude staff. Also false advertising. Would not honor the ADVERTISED price of buy one get one 50% off Benadryl. Only would sell me one box then blamed corporate. When I called corporate they said they had no idea why they would not sell me the two boxes. Staff went above and beyond to be rude and degrading. Will not be returning.
