I had the signature burger, which was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and just the right amount of messy. The fries? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with just the right sprinkle of salt. We had ordered 4 flavored cones online which says it'll be served in a cup. I would assume if it's an ice cream cone in a cup, it's just flipped in the cup with the cone. We didn't get the cones so we asked for them. They only put like an inch of ice cream in the cup so when we scooped it into the cone, it barely went above the cone. It was literally like 4 bites of ice cream. Not worth the money at all. I had filled out the form on the website about our disappointing experience. No response. Filled it out 2 more times, no response. I messaged them on Facebook, they'd respond, but instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they just kept going around in circles with questions. I finally asked if I could get reimbursed or some free ice cream coupons, gave them my address and yet nothing. They had so many opportunities to make this right and haven't.

Best burgers around for a great price. Excellent fish fry on Friday’s too! It’s a casual dining room and a fast food atmosphere but this food tastes much better quality and other places. Betsy is the manager and she keeps this place very nice. She has a young crew working there and the customer service is exceptional. Accurate food and delicious.The ice cream is super good. One of my favorite places to get a peanut butter fudge shake.

Tom's was recommended to us by a business acquaintance. We have been here twice. They do not offer Slushy products at this location. We've only used their drive through, have never dined in. The drive through experience was great. Our first time here we notified the attendant that it was our first time. He was very helpful, and described the items we requested to us accurately. Kids meals are really good, they include a cookie, and your usual items. We got a Tommy Boy and the Tom's Classic Combo. The cheese curds are great, better than Culver's. The shakes are pretty good as well, not stellar. As mentioned above, they could not make any slushy products, which is unfortunate. For as much as we ordered, the service was still very fast. The burgers were tasty, and fries crispy. It was a good recommendation, and one I would make to anyone looking for a good fast food option.Kid-friendliness: Their kids meals include a large cookie.

We went through the drive through, we're told to park in spot 1, after 5 minutes or so they came out with coupons and said our order was messed up and it would be a little longer. Then we watched FIVE cars go that parked after us but got their food first. After almost 25 minutes of waiting my wife finally went in and they didn't even have our receipt or order! Then they found it by the drive through window and STILL didn't make my wife's burger right!!! They compensated up with some more dumb coupons (free small cone, free small fry, etc.) None of which we ordered anyway!

Ordered 2 small twist cones. Simple,easy order. Was only 1 car waiting for their order. The girl at the window loudly tells the guy getting the cones "that's too big for a small" which we heard very clearly. She made him go remake the cone, she gave us the first one and the guy brought the next one. We asked him if she made him throw it out and we are pretty sure he nodded,but he didn't want to get in trouble. The cones were pretty much kiddie sized.. Pretty sad. Won't be back.

It was my first time ever trying Tom's. The place was empty, I was literally the only customer. Stood at the register to order for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. My food came out approximately 15 minutes later. My burger was tossed together, very sloppy in appearance, basically falling apart after one bite. Onion rings were over cooked. Fries were hot but not very good. The next morning I was on the toilet 3 times! I will never eat this trash again. Ever.

It was refreshing to go into a local fast food restaurant today and get amazing service from the workers. The young man who took our order was polite and friendly and thanked us for our business. This is not the standard of service that we have come to experience today from most other locations, where I rarely even get a smile let alone a thank you. I want to thank the staff for their great service tonight. It has not gone unnoticed.

I ordered 2 Haddockwiches with extra pickle Only!! I get to the window and I asked why it was so expensive and she said, well you ordered 3 sandwiches... I said, NO, I asked for two of them with extra pickle only. She gave me the two and I went home. Then I went to get the sandwiches out and there was tartar sauce all.ober them. NO PICKLES!! I can't eat mayonnaise..food allergies. So they were trashed. Never been so angry at this person. She just wasn't listening to me at all...

I really do love coming here. Its nice to have a fast food chain that is as unique as Toms is. If it wasn't for the employees being young kids and cocky at times i would rated it a 5. Has great options of food. I personally love the buffalo chicken wrap with a side salad. Great selections and great food.

I love Tom's, worked for Tom's, and continue to be a loyal customer. This location is the exception for me.A few weeks ago I ordered one sandwich, and after waiting for 10+ minutes, I was asked to pull ahead. Literally immediately, someone came out with my sandwich. It had been made incorrectly. When I asked for the slice of tomato that I had paid extra for, the staff seemed very confused about the fact that didn't want to give my sandwich back. I only wanted the slice of tomato that I had been charged for. The frontline staff went behind the counter and came back with a slice way too quickly for me to think they had washed their hands. I was disgusted and did not eat the tomato.For the time being, I'll go out of my way to visit a different Tom's.

I just moved to the area and tried this place out because it was close to my house, I thought it was going to be a typical fast food joint that was nothing special but I was wrong. I have been here a few times and everything I have tried has been great. The cheeseburgers are fantastic. The flavor of the meat and buns come together perfectly. The cheese curds are the perfect combination of breading and cheese. The mozzarella sticks are mini ones which is perfect because they are bite size and the marinara sauce is a great mix of zing and sweet. I haven't tried the ice cream yet but many people were ordering it before me. This place will be a regular stop for me.
