They are so fast with the nail trim. We have to make sure there is two groomers in. Finley as many HATE their nails trimmed. The crew there go so fast it’s done before the dog knows it. Very reasonable too!Love it!

Our Great Pyrenees, Bruno came to us as a rescue and we weren't ready to do nails and do a full grooming. McLovin did a fantastic job getting him in shape and looking beautiful.

Update: We had an appointment and after 5 hours without any word we called only to find out they hadn't even started yet. When we finally receive our dog he looks like they rushed to finish his haircut. He has so many patches where they missed. I feel so bad for leaving my dog there. He was locked in a cage for so long. And they raised their prices by $20. We will NEVER return. I strongly recommend finding another business.

Awesome, awesome people that work here. Had a kind of an emergency for my dog to get his nail clip because it got hooked and snapped off on a blanket. Couldn't find a vet that actually took new patients and for dogs. But just walked in. I promise I will make a appointment.:) Abby was so loving and caring with my dog, pretzel. Absolutely wonderful. I felt like they took their time. They genuinely love the pet. They worked so well with my very Scooby-Doo scaredy cat dog for a nail trim. I felt so comfortable bringing my dogs to the moment I walked into the door.

They gave 2 of my cats,beautiful lion cuts! They didn't nick them at all,and they were alot calmer than pervious groomer were with them.groomer had more experience too.I will be coming back! Staff is very good with animals and humans too!

They did an excellent job on my two cats. One had a short & thick coat; the other was long haired and had some knotting. In my opinion, the price was quite fair right and people were very friendly. I will go back again.

The staff is great and they have a nice facility. My pup loves going here for the spa treatment. They do very well (even with nervous dogs) and keep a pet profile so they know how to handle your pet, concerns and what they normally get when they are there. I dont take my dog anywhere else.

As soon as we walked in my dog was Shaking horribly. You can hear the animals in the back crying.We dropped him off and I couldn’t get rid of the feeling that I left my dog in a horrible place. He was supposed to do a over night for a trial.We picked him up later that day, and he stunk really bad and you could hear the animals crying worse then before in the back.We found that in just 3hrs he had shredded his blanket with no heads from the owner. Very neglectful as this could have caused an impaction if we didn’t catch it.I highly highly do not recommend. Especially because if you scroll down far enough you can see reviews from neighbors telling you that this will go on all night.Edit:As you can see from the owners response she doesn’t know what was really happening.It wasn’t my dogs first time boarding, we actually were testing this place to see if it was of a good standard compared to the other locations we have been to.She also called me multiple times and texted me very rudely about how I must be a new dog mom and am just being over protective. Wanting to talk to me so she can educate me on the situation, as I am not understanding everything. Which came off very condescending.I would have talked with her if she had approached me nicely. But that was definitely not the case.BEWARE they have poor customer service and a facility that does not look/feel safe.

Love this place. It is very reasonably priced. They keep the dogs separate so if they have issues being around other dogs you don't have to worry since they are let out to potty and stretch their legs by themselves. The staff and owners are great and I have never had an issue the numerous times I have brought my dog here. I even come up from Oshkosh now because of how good of a job they do. If you need a good, reasonably priced boarding place for your dog, this is it.

Dropped our 12 week old puppies off here. We're a bit nervous just because of how young they are and we have never left them somewhere yet. Had a great experience. Dogs were a bit anxious, but they came out very clean, fluffy, and happy to see us. We also received a hand written note on how the appointment went and things to watch out for that they noticed during grooming. Not only the note, but helpful advice when picking them up.I would definitely, 100% take my dogs back here, and recommend this groomer to a friend. Our puppies are still very fluffy days later even after rolling in the mud during the recent snow/rain storms

I have an elderly rescue dog who had terrible dental plaque. The vet wanted to put her under anesthesia and clean her teeth to the tune of $1,500.00. I brought her to McLovin to try the ultrasonic cleaning and it's absolutely incredible how clean her teeth are!!! I will be bringing my other dog here to get his teeth cleaned as well.

Do not recommend for cat grooming. Brought my two cats in for a trim and deshedding treatment. I dropped them off and didn’t get them back for 6 hours. One of my cats was able to get washed up outside her kennel, the other one was washed inside her kennel due to her being aggressive (which they said 90% of the cats that come in are) so they’d be able to handle her. I picked my cats up wet and both kennels were full of their own FECES. I paid over 100 dollars to Mclovin Pet Spa, I would at least think they would clean up the mess in their kennels and have them dried off, nope. Will not be returning.

This was our first and only time. My dog is scared of being groomed. The last two groomers i had worked with him but he is difficult so they ask not to come back. So we come here... what a mistake. He was to get a hair shave, nail trim and teeth brushed. I was told 2 hrs. 5 HOURS LATER. I go to pick him up. The underneath of his neck looked like he had rope burn. I asked what happened and they said that he freaked out and started spinning in a circle like a tornado really fast and did it to himself. That I looked closer at him and all the blood vessels in his eyes were burst. They said that was because of him doing that as well. I've talked to people, I've done research and I've gone from past experience. This was abuse. Please, do not take your animals there. They don't care!!

Very kind and special folks. This is the only place that will cut my kitties nails. She is naughty and doesn't like it but they have a special touch and are able to help.. My Vet won't even cut her nails without medicating her. I highly recommend McLovin.
