Whenever I need a small appliance or hardware, I check with Kitz and Pfeil. They usually have what I need in stock and of good quality. The personnel have the knowledge and experience to help you make the right choice.

Worst experience I've had shopping in a long time. Was only in the store for 5-10 minutes. My girlfriend and I were browsing around the store, and had come in for 1 part. immediately when we entered we were followed by 2 female employees. They were around us the entire time we were in the store. They once stopped us and asked if we were here to "actually buy any tools". as we shopped around 1 male employee stopped and stared at us with crossed arms for the entire time we were in a section. As we approached the counter to check out the female cashier did not greet, speak, or say anything at all to us. She was too busy talking to one of the ladys who had followed us up to the counter. When we walked out the door a male employee stared at us through the window, as we walked to the car, got in, put on music, and pulled out. Watching us the entire time very creepy and threatening. These workers must have nothing better to do with their time. Wont be coming back it was very uncomfortable and humiliating. The actual store was a mess and the product is all 10+ years old. Dead stock.

I came in to the Menasha store shortly after they opened Sunday, 7/9/23. I was immediately greeted by a young man named Josh. I called the store back to find out his name. I came in there for things I know nothing about. Carbon monoxide detector, drain cleaner, etc. He was so helpful and kind. It's very refreshing to see there are young people still out there who care. Thank you again, Josh for your help. You deserve a raise and a gold star!

Wonderful local hardware store. Very helpful staff. Amazing place to buy your garden flowers and vegetables. It is a little more expensive than department stores but the quality is worth it. The plant prices are still reasonable. If we are doing a project and need to replace something or need a different tool, we can always find it there. It is great that we don't have to drive far and waste our time going into big hardware stores.

I ran in for a quick drain unclogger; the person who helped me asked the right questions, and the tool worked great. (As great as pulling chunks of hair out of a tub drain can be, at least!) This is why I use my neighborhood hardware store: easy to get help and useful advice, and it was so much quicker than driving to a big box store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever... Went there for my first time last summer. Being it was my first time in the store, I asked for help on where to go. Got pointed to where I should go, waited in line forever, no acknowledgment, nothing said, just expected me to stand in line and wait for service. Couldn't even ask me what I needed help with. Second time I go today, go to get a key made, was waiting to be spoken to, guy sees I'm there and DOES NOT SAY A WORD... I waited 5 minutes and just left. Rudest employees, you should be embarrassed by who you have working there. My business will never use them again.

They are ALWAYS helpful. I usually only visit when I'm visiting family, but I love stopping in since they are unlike some of the hardware stores I have been in where they treat women like they don't have a brain or they can't do any do-it-yourself projects.

Most options are available but prices are high. Not much higher than they are at other hardware stores. The service and friendliness is pretty good. Their helpfulness depends on the time of day I'm more than likely what they have to do. Overall I'm happy and Shop there often as it is convenient and a close.

Awesome little shop for all your hardware and gardening needs. I came in to get something to kill the weeds on my property. I showed the employee who approached me to ask if I needed any help what I was dealing with and he was able to recommend a few different products without being pushy towards buying anything in particular. It was not busy and the checkout process was quick and easy. Every employee was friendly and made sure to make me feel welcome.

Great selection and service. Imagine a world in which you ask a sales consultant a question and not question to yourself, whether they know what they are talking about or not. (They will most likely ask you if you need assistance before you take the initiative). Love this place. Bonus: They send me coupons every month as well!

The people on the store side are always, warm, polite, helpful and friendly. The power center side some of the guys tend to be surly and rude at times. Three times i have dealt with Dan and each time he has been rude and unpleasant. I'll buy parts from them if i have to but they will never service any of my equipment again. Had a rider they worked on and that was a downright fiasco, never again.

Most of the employees are knowledgeable about some stuff, but more often than not I'm greeted with a blank stare when I ask where I can find something. The prices are far from competitive, the only reason I can find to shop here is when I need something ASAP and don't have time to go to a real hardware store. My advice would be that if you need more than two items, drive to Appleton. You'll save enough money to pay for the gas to drive there, and you'll find a better selection. Plus, the hardware stores in Appleton are open later than 1pm on Sundays.
