The only store in the area with top notch service. Other grocery stores have lines 8 customers deep and smaller isles. The bakery bread looks odd wth? Tastes great tho. The Most expensive store on soda.

I like Festival Foods. I understand they may be pricey, but all their departments offer an amazing variety. If you follow their ad, you can find reasonable deals that are very competitive. Very clean environment too.

After a long day I stopped at the Festival Foods Deli to pick up dinner for my family. The Associate (Helen or Ellen) was so cheerful and pleasant and brought a huge smile to my face and spark to step. Thank for making my day! Management, she deserves a raise!!

The quality of Festival has really gone downhill in the last years. I have noticed that their prices continue to be the highest in the area, but that selection and quality have declined. The fruits and vegetables are not fresh, often have noticeable mold or soft spots. Sale items on food are often very near (or past) expiration. On my last visit ( April 22) the sale bagels had used by dates of March 8! Management in the store does not seem concerned when I report this to them. I’m going elsewhere to shop ….,

Great location people are super helpful, they don't have everything I'm looking for but thats every grocery store except woodmands lol. Prices are crazy high, when you go to pick up 4 things and it's over 20 bucks, I just leave. There have been times where I go to check out and it's way more than I want to pay so I just leave everything at the checkout line. I do understand that our economy is just not good and I'm not blaming the store.

Whenever I walk into any Festival Foods in this area (doesn’t matter which of the three) they always smell like rotten meat I don’t know why they can’t rid their stores of that rancid smell! I didn’t even get what I wanted because they don’t seem to stock Mountain Dew Throwback whenever there is a Pepsi sale 😣

I have recently discovered that there is an upstairs here where you can sit and eat and I rather enjoy it. I use the area for my lunch break while at work so that I can get a break from the office/coworkers and actually enjoy and recharge. 🙂😉I've adjusted my rating as well, after a couple of years. They seem to be getting some more items in.Only complaint now is that there was a small bag chip display by the deli and premade sandwiches, FINALLY, and, bam, it's suddenly removed. I don't want to have to walk around for a bag of chips way at almost the other end of the store, nor buy a BIG bag of chips for a lunch - I want to grab and go. 🤷🏻‍♀️Staff at deli/premade food area are always rather very nice as well. 🙂

There are many grocery stores to choose from now. You pick Festival because it's local and you expect superior customer service. That didn't happen today. My wife has been a festival shopper for 6 years since we moved to Wisconsin for some reason her account wouldn't for discounts wouldn't show up when she entered her number. Instead of letting us have the discount today (which she purposefully chose items that were on sale groceries are really expensive) The customer service attendant said nothing she could do she is out the money for today. That is unacceptable and could have been easily fixed. PickNsave it is going forward I guess.

Asked cashier twice if she scanned the store ad, she said yes. Guess what, it wasn't. Another trip to the service desk to get my refunds. Quite common at this store. Service desk lady was very kind and asked about all my purchases to make sure I got the ad price on my items.

Nice grocery store, very clean. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Prices are a little higher than other stores. Produce is fresh and lasts. One of my favorites is the Bourgondy Spoon Roast. Overall a great family friendly grocery store.

I do almost all of my grocery shopping here.I find most of the foods I’m looking for easily and quickly. Nice variety of foods to pick from, and great deli, bakery and produce options.Workers are friendly and always say hi.

This is the flagship storefront for this area. The building is huge but we were able to find everything easily. The wide aisles make navigating easier, even during busy times.

I had a very unpleasant shopping experience here today. There were two youths spraying air freshener in the pet food isle as I was trying to shop. I looked at them and then when I turned my back they were right by my cart. I asked them if their parents were there and they said yes. I informed the customer service clerk and insisted that they be spoken to. . When I was leaving they were playing with balls in the foyer were the carts are. I called back to speak to a manager hoping that they would be made to leave. Several elderly customers were just going in and I was fearful for them. Also, I do not wish to purchase products half used up. Very frustrating for a Friday after a long week of work. Couldn't finish my shopping.

Great location, clean, helpful staff. Lots of allergy free options for food and it feels well organized. It is a little pricier than some of the other grocery stores in the area, but you can knock down the bill a bit by looking for sales or using the ad.

This is the best Festival. The store is bright, clean and well organized. The sales are great. The employees are trained to be friendly and very helpful. The customer service is excellent! Hard to find these days. Also the employees seem to stay.

I was here for the opening of the cafe in the front of the store and they did a fantastic job! The employees were friendly and up beat even though they were all trying to learn how to make the various drinks and learning on the fly.

Last night I came here to grab a few things, specifically for one item in natural foods. This was around 4pm. I come to the service desk (I didn’t get a name), and I found a CSR browsing on her phone!! I stood there for a few seconds hoping she’d notice me, instead of not working like she should’ve been. She finally noticed me, and seemed quite bothered by my simple request of getting some help in natural. Like I was putting her out, keeping her from whatever was so important on her phone…. This is unacceptable now and I know it definitely wouldn’t have been when I was an employee of festival. In fact if we had been discovered to have a cellphone on us during our shift we’d have been fired on the spot!I finally get some help in natural and I don’t know if this guy was the manager of that department. He gave me some sorry excuse about a sale item (pink tag) not being in stock. I used to work for festival, in natural. We always kept sale items, pink or yellow tags, in stock, no matter what or we put a “out of stock” tag where the product goes. I was very disappointed. Did he offer to get my information so I could get the product at another time? No. This is what I always did for my guests when I worked that department. My experience went far below my expectations of what this company is supposed to do.I’ve had other issues with this store (poor bagging namely chicken with chemicals), non communicative/sullen cashiers. Also; other employees on their phones when they should be working. This is not the festival I remember working for in the past.

Very disappointed!Makes me sad that I have to write a negative review.I use to work as a cake decorator at a different festival location.So I know, that festivals has a policy's to "Never say no, and to make it happen."Especially in the bakery department.Well apparently, this is not the case, at this location.We stopped here, after I had just gotten an ultrasound, and wanting to do a small suprise gender reveal, tonight with my mom and sister.My sister, was given an envelope of the baby's gender, and had gone into the bakery department and tried talking to one of your employees, "Chris".My sister explained, she was aware that it was last minute. That all she wanted was 1 cupcake filled with the color of the gender.(She had worked as a festival employee as well)The employee didn't even stop what she was doing, to eveb focus on her guest, and simple just said "it would need a 48 hour notice." (Which the store I worked at, this is for only specialty cake flavors). That all the cake decorators were gone for the day.She was too busy counting the food stuff on the floor."Didn't even ask if my sister wanted to place an order."What happened to try to find a solution, or someone who might be able to better assist, to make it happen.If she couldn't fill a cupcake, why not offer to put a boy or girl baby themed pick or ring on the cupcake, and put it in a box, or put a pick and ring, in one of the white bread roll bags?I don't know how long she has been working there, but she clearly needs to work on her customer service.

Normally have no issues with shopping here til today. Got a few things on deals an once home an looking over recipt realize they didnt honor the sale price on a few items an i technically overpayed what i should have. Bought hams for sale at $2.99# an got charged $3 99# is just onenof them.

The produce & meats are always fresh. ALL the staff are very friendly, helpful & informative. BEST OF ALL ~ NO COUPONS they scan a code on the store flyer & you get the sale prices on anything you bought off the flyer! We absolutely LOVE IT!
