We just bought our 6 year old a Nintendo Switch from the Menasha location, we couldn't be more pleased!!! I had a great experience with this place the other day; I called them up to ask if they had a copy of Read Dead Redemption II for PS4. I spoke with Bailey. When we spoke on the phone, she told me they had two copies, one for $19 and one for $14. I told her that I had an old PS3 fat boy that I didn’t think was worth more than about $20 and asked her if I could trade the console for the PS4 game. Bailey, said they would need to take a look at the console but that they would consider the trade. Worked for me. When I got to the store, Bailey had already done her research on my PS3 and it turned out it was worth more than I thought it was. She said she wanted to make me aware of this before I agreed to just trade the console even for the game. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her honesty. She could have kept that information to herself and taken the trade. Her honesty showed a tremendous amount of character on her part. We ended up working out a cash sale on my console. She sold me the $14 copy of Read Dead Redemption II for $8, and she gave me a chip for 10% off my next purchase. I walked out with the game that I wanted, cash in my pocket, and a discount the next time I came in, when all I was expecting when I showed up was to leave with a copy of the game.I left very happy with the service that I received. Bailey, was awesome; friendly, easy to talk to and get along with, and above all else, honest.Thank you, Bailey. I appreciate you.

I was in search of a specific vintage item and was referred to this business (Fast and Easy Pawn). I live over 11 hours away from this business and thought there’s no way I will be able to purchase this item. I called and worked with Jessica. She was so easy to work with and helpful. Every question that I had was answered, which made me reassured they had what I was looking for and it was in great condition. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Went there to buy a gun. As I walk in all the peoples on the counter just turn and stare at me not even saying hi or welcome. I went to the gun counter for 15min and no one came to ask if I needed help or anything. I look at them to see if anyone was there to help me but all three of them was just standing there talking and staring at me so I just turn around and walk out. I'll take my money somewhere else.

I’ve been going to this pawn shop for the last 4 years. Every time I go, doesn’t matter if I’m buying, pawning, or selling the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They’ve always treated me good. It’s not like what you find at a big brand Pawn Shop. Your not just another customer. If I’m buying I leave feeling like I got a good deal. If I’m pawning, because something unexpected came up, they try their best to get me what ever amount I may need or close to it. You ever have a problem with a product you buy, let them know. They will make it right. Nelson, Pam, and the new guys Larry, and Caleb, have always made my experiences there great. I won’t go to any other shop now. I have bought a lot of stuff from there and will continue to. It’s not all about the money for me. It’s about the people there and feeling like I not just another customer. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

I have been a customer of this pawn shop for many years. I have never went away unsatisfied especially with their customer service. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They have always helped me, and they did it with excellence. I have visited other pawn shops in the Valley, but the last couple of years I exclusively come to Fast and Easy Pawn in Menasha. When you go there ask for Nelson, he is awesome to work with. I enjoy spending time with him he is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I will continue to be a customer as long as management, staff and purchasing policies stay the same. This is really a great group of people that work there and I will drive past another pawn shop to do business with them. I been going here for a little while. Always had great service from employees. Bought a few guns here. The manager nelson new his stuff. I hate to see someone leave with great knowledge of guns. Especially if your always buying guns from here. I hate to lose great knowledge & have to buy guns elsewhere. Because the selection quality go down. Cause the next guy doesn't know or have idea what he is doing. But hopefully the company is smart & will do the right thing.

I go to this pawn shop a lot to buy video games and movies for really cheap. Staff is amazing and it seems like they only hire the best of the best. If you had a bad experience with them, it’s probably you.Never seen someone successfully bargain with them tho. so either take what they give you or sell it on your own.This is a REAL pawnshop. Fast n Easy doesn’t pretend it’s a luxury store selling used items like Pawn America.As soon as I pull up and see the faded exterior of Fast n Easy. I get excited to see what new items they’ve got. Never had such a personal connection to a store since PDQ.

I have been going to this pawn shop for about 5 years and have never had any issues with the service nor the place. Nelson, Caleb and Pamela are the best ever. I have spent $1000's dollars at this pawn shop for firearms, bows and tools for myself, my friends and family. If Nelson, Caleb and Pamela are no longer there, then I, my family and friends will never go back to this place. I have always spent extra dollar to go here over other places because of these people.

Everyone here is kind, friendly and as helpful as possible except for the tall older blonde lady.She is very rude, loves to cut people off and find the way to say no or that your product is worth next to nothing - literally the one thing she as good at the hour I spent there was cutting people down or low balling HARD when no one else there does that.Only reason I take a star off is I'm shocked, not only have I been treated this way I've seen her do it to a majority of her customers unless it's a local chum she knows. Very poor customer service from JUST her, but everyone else I have worked with in the establishment cares about your needs and serves their customers with dignity and respect - a trait that woman could use some training on from them for sure.Way to harass US Veterans, by the way!

Brought a coin there that’s worth 4500 and they kept telling me that they could find it for 600 but it wasn’t the same date. They know absolutely nothing about coins. Would not recommend going there if you are trying to sell coins.

Love this place, I stop in at least once a week to check for new items. Scored a nice set of studio monitors today. Nelson and his staff are kind, courteous and always willing to take the time to answer questions and test items before purchase. I've bought everything from guns to guitars, amps, pc's, tools. My fav pawn shop!

Clean store, have a great selection of stuff and it's a lot more spacious since they remodeled inside. Tons of movies, which are better priced than other pawn stores in the area if you pick the right day to go. Also a good selection of car audio, lots of guns, plenty of tv's and loads of tools, The worst thing I've ever had come from this store is a scratched DVD which they exchanged for free. 5 Stars for sure.

I have been going to this store for years. The employees have always been decent and give me fair prices and if I can't make it in on time they always offer me a courtesy hold. I live in Waupaca and still drive to this pawn store. Service is beyond compare I would highly recommend over the bigger chains like Pawn America.

I have only been to 3 pawn stores in my life but this one by far is the BEST around. Pawn America is a JOKE. The staff was so rude both times I was there not to mention they are not fair AT ALL with there pricing. If I ever go back to a pawn shop in the future it will DEFINITELY be this one.

I called. Was told there was a unlocked phone. After coming in and being helped by this lady I never would return or suggest this place. My first visit. The woman assures me the phone is unlocked. She can not get the old sim card out. Knowing what I am doing I suggested letting me try. She claims that I am not allowed to touch any property. She says if I break it I buy it. I replied if you break it I wont be able to buy it. She claims to have to run into the back for help. At the counter she forgets the phone charger. Come to find out each piece is to another high priced item. She keeps my charger then? I also wanted a battery charger. Once again takes my charger talking obsurd. After purchasing the locked phone, I call the company for my phone to be activated, the phone is locked. So, I wait and she once again plays with the phone and says I'm just going to give you all your money back. I pawned a ring that was 600 for 35. Right?? What money?? I says I was told I could unlock it possibly. She once again takes the phone in the back and now my factory reset phone has a password and I cant get in it. She now says I will give you in store credit only. What in the?? You said it was unlocked and it's not. You ended up with both chargers to my devices. You have my ring now and I was supposed to have it back. Give me my money back, now in store. Apparently ghosts made a password too. Very displeased by the service and quality of work. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Answering phone calls while handling me. I feel discriminated almost, and very very mad. I will be spreading my story. I hope she gets fired and you can work harder on product knowledge and customer service.

I only buy from the pawn shops in the area. I have bought a few items here. Selection is what one would expect. The reason for such a low review is the service. While not expecting Macy's level of service. I would not expect rude standoffish service. I will most likely not return....
