I usually order from the Calumet st location and never have issues there. But every time I order from the Oneida st location i get burnt food. I always do a pickup order online quick because of my busy schedule and its very disappointing when I pay extra for bacon on a sandwich thats burnt to a crisp. Just dont get hot food here. Its not worth it.

If you going to be a donut shop open all day then you should be required to have all donuts on hand. If not, you need to close shop early. I have tried twice to order from this location and they never have my order in stock. This time the store called me and told me this. It's very obvious they don't want to make money. I'm pretty sure I've never had luck with this location with my orders. This is a unacceptable franchise location who fails to provide a service to their customers.Kwik trip has better donuts anyways.

So, it doesn't seem like I should be offended. I am imagining right now, an angry manager and/or other person in their position, accusing me and coming at me for defamation. Well, that isn't what my intuition says. My intuition knows what to expect from her. How she will treat me. How negatively she will treat me.The harassment. The bullying. The bad treatment. I can already sense it.Questioning. Whether the exclamation point is a good thing. A bad thing. A negative thing. Who knows. Could even be open to interpretation, and/or execution (...in and of the words, line of thought/process/etc.).So, of course. I have to end this review with the following ((concluding)) statements: [Hiring manager] didn't seem very friendly. Poor management.Because I am a person who stands up for my own sense of dignity and respect. I actually care about myself. Unlike most other people.

let me say it gets harder and harder these days to get quality customer service. And with the high turnover rate hard to keep good help. This location in Appleton Wisconsin is wonderful and exceptional customer service. I’ve been coming here regularly early mornings to get my Dunkin. food isn’t that bad and the drink is phenomenal. Give them a try. Great people work here.

The food is fine, nothing to write home about, but edible. Donuts usually pretty good as well. But, lord help you if you get stuck in a long drive thru line in the morning, you’ll be there for a while. You’ll pull up after someone ordered before you and be told to “one moment please.” Then, anywhere from 3-5 minute wait. I’m guessing Dunkin corp is understaffing these poor folks, so give yourself some extra time in the morning.

Quick afternoon snack. Coffee, donuts and lemonade with strawberry boba. My daughter really liked the boba, thought it was quite refreshing! We went inside and were the only ones in there and were waiting quite a while before acknowledged, but employees were still nice. Clean and convenient location. Nice outdoor patio space.

Typically good but lately been screwing up my order almost every time. I also think it's very "lazy" they cant even spread the cream cheese on their bagel they just slap some on and expect people to spread it with their fingers apparently. This location is getting quiet lazy. Sorry but for how much fast food went up the service for most places vs the prices are not worth it.

Ordered a peppermint mocha latte hot and it wasent filled to the top. I was told there is space for whipped cream but I loooked at it right after I got it and there wasent any. I will more than likely go again but Im just saying Starbucks wouldnt do me like that.

I have been going to this location since it opened. I usually go thru the drive thru. The last 3 times I've ordered a large iced coffee with Butter Pecan and Cream, they have decided to add sugar even though I don't ask for it. So today I went in to order. They got the coffee right. But then I was going to order a donut, and there were knats or something flying around in the donut case and all over the donuts!!! When I said something to the girl behind the counter, she just said "Yeah, we've been keeping it clean and we just can't get rid of them" 🤢May have to start going elsewhere.

If I could give a zero, I would. Ordered a large iced matcha, got a large cup with legit all ice and barely any matcha latte. Called and was cut off MULTIPLE times. I’ve never had this happen with any other location. It’s ridiculous. You might as well go to the one off of calumet because this one is a joke.

Usually have good experiences with DD. But my last three nitro brews have all tasted so different and my last visit, I didn't even get a full cup. They just filled a 4th almost half evenq with the cold foam.

Ordered thru mobile app for drive thru pick up. Placed an order for 2 Boston Creme donuts and strawberry glaze with sprinkles and use a coupon for a free matcha iced green tea.When I opened the bag, the glaze on the donuts was everywhere on the inside of the bag. I have no clue why DD would serve donuts that are that gooey. Only redeeming item was the free drink. Donuts would’ve been better if the glaze was on intact.

Ya this place was not great. I went inside and immediately was hit with a smell I can only describe as manure like? I went up to the counter and was grossed out by how gross the floors and counters were. I know things get busy and sometimes the messes build up but this was not one of those situations. I ordered a coffee and a donut. I was given my coffee before the girls went back to talking behind the counter. I waited for awhile before realizing I was not going to get the donut I ordered ( I was the only person in the store and there were no cars going through the drive thru) idk not impressed by the service and how the girls were being pretty unprofessional for the work place. Over all, the coffee was fine but the smell and service didn't make it a great experience.

I'm here almost every morning. One drive thru lady who hands me my drink most office is super sweet and nice. My only complaint is that sometimes the same drinks I order every day can taste very different from one another. (Sometimes i can taste the flavoring and some times it's just bitter espresso)Today is one of those days I wasn't very happy with my beverage. But most of the time it's good.Not sure why drinks can vary so often though.

Fantastic customer service here. The coffee tastes superb and it really hits the spot. Medium iced, 3 cream, 3 liquid cane sugar, 3 Irish crème, 2 hazelnut, less ice. Thank me later.

Friendly employee, food tasted good. The problem lies in the gnats behind the counter and the lack of hair coverings. We found a hair in our food. When I went use the restroom I couldn't get automatic faucet to work. When I asked about it, I was informed they had been aware of the problem. Someone would be in to fix it tomorrow. If they knew of the problem then why wasn't a sign posted and hand sanitizer provided? I was about to handle food. There were no towels, just an automatic hand dryer....in today's age of infectious diseases, the lack of anything to aid in sanitation is completely unprofessional and downright disgusting.
