We recently dealt with a major tragedy involving our five outdoor kitties we were caring for until we could find a better situation for them. After someone likely poisoned them, Appanasha was able to see some of them that weren't as bad off seeming as the others. (We went to the animal hospital for the others.) Unfortunately, 3 of them didn't make it, but they helped to ensure one of those 3 had one more night of love from us and his two surviving brothers.Every step of the way, the folks at Appanasha were empathetic, responsive to questions, and very accommodating. It was two of the most heartbreaking days for us, but they helped us through it.Since then, they've been the vets for our two new kitties that we adopted into our home. They use blankets to help calm the kitties for their checkups. They helped get them chipped with chips that can read their temperature so they don't need a thermometer inserted into them every visit, and they were very gentle and caring for our survivor kitties.We are really happy with their service all around, and we're happy to have been able to move our other two cats there as well.

They take very good care of your pets and they don’t come off as overly pushy about doing unnecessary things or having to buy particular supplies. Still very expensive but compared to other places. We have had better experiences here than other vets in the Fox Valley areas.

After switching from another location to Appanasha, I know I made the right call! My cats have received compassionate, thorough care from the wonderful staff here. One needed an eye removed some time ago, and I was very nervous as it's a major procedure and my kitty is older. Everyone at the clinic treated us so patiently and kindly and made sure I understood the procedure and how to care for him afterward. I felt totally at ease entrusting my beloved kitty to their care. Everything went perfectly; he healed well and I had peace of mind. I would recommend Appanasha to anyone looking for quality care for their pet(s)!

Our vet clinic closed and we did not know where to go with our 4 girls (cats). We chose Appanasha because of the reviews we read. Good choice! I love the clear and concise information I receive, the kindness of staff and the follow up calls! And they were able to see one of my girls with a health issue right away.

Wonderful service. Inside is clean, welcoming, and smells fresh. We went for an end of life visit and the staff was beyond what we expected. The room was peaceful with very calming music. They explained everything and even had a special exit to the parking lot when we were ready to leave. We weren't rushed at all. Highly recommend.

I brought Apollo in due to a double ear infection. The vet said the infection was pretty severe. First ear infection for him too. Used the medicine and when finished after the 10 days, the ears were better than when I brought him in that first day, but not cleared completely. I called to see if I could get another bottle for the yeast infection due to the severity of when he was diagnosed. My dog is scratching at his ears and still shaking his head. I was told I would get a call on Saturday (no, no call) or Monday (today). At 5:05 PM I called to check on status. My request was sent to a vet that is out of the office so guess what! No medicine. I asked the receptionist if this is just how things go when trying to get follow up questions addressed because this is exactly what happened when I called after he was neutered, and I needed a stronger medication to keep from jumping over the couch, etc., and my question remained unanswered. Just like today. There really needs to be a better system implemented to avoid these situations. I am important enough when I am being requested to pay for the expensive visits, etc., but not important enough to have my concerns addressed if it is something that can be done over the phone. The one suffering here is Apollo. 😒

We recently had to help our beloved 16 year old chihuahua over the rainbow. The staff at Appanasha were extremely compassionate and professional as they helped my family through this process. From the time we arrived we were gently guided to a room away from all the other guests, provided the information necessary to make the right decisions, gently walked through the actual process, and finally allowed us to grieve our “little boy” for as long as we needed. We are very thankful you were there for us. Thank you Dr. Leider, Dr. Linsley, Dezzi and Karen. Our doggies have always had great care at Appanasha and would strongly recommend their services for the lifetime care of your precious pets.

Seriously, impressed by this vet! Where I come from, it takes months to get in. We had a possible sick pup and they were able to make a same day appointment for him! Then for scheduling his annual, they actually called to schedule his appointment sooner. Super impressed thus far!

So appanasha went through a rocky time there in the last ten years or so. For a while, every time I brought one of my cats in, the vet was different, and I had a very ill cat at the time. However. Since mid 2021 there's been a complete turnaround. If I need to get in same day with a sick cat, I can get in AND SEE MY VET (usually at least). When I call, the receptionist no longer sounds harried. When my pets have testing, results come back in a timely fashion. And the waiting room always seems to have a max of three pets waiting. What a difference! We love you Dr. Jansen!!

I had an emergency with my cat Bella, and my current vet had recently just closed for good. Appanasha was able to see her at last minute and took great care of her. She is still being treated. The front desk staff and veterinary staff all great and very kind. I have defiantly found my new vet for Bella.

I was first introduced to this clinic as they partnered with a dog rescue group I foster with. My dog had an emergency early one evening. My old vet couldn't get him in for 2 days. I wouldn't wait, so I called Appanasha & they talked me through the issue that night and saw my dog very early the next morning. Their staff is very caring & considerate. The vets are amazing and so very thorough. I will always bring my pets here. Highly recommend Appanasha Pet Clinic!

Nobody else would help in the valley from Green Bay to Oshkosh to Wausau! Appanasha pet clinic stepped up and saved Bella, 8yr old boxer mix from cancer! It's been almost 2yrs now and Bella is still with us bringing smiles to everyone she meets.I am SOOOOO GRATEFUL to the entire staff for the time I now have with her!!!

My 18 year old cat, Rooster, has been under the weather. Overall she’s not particularly cooperative and doesn’t travel well. I was very worried and she was so anxious that she pooped and threw up on the 20 min car ride.The staff cleaned up her crate and handled our situation with so much kindness and grace. I could not have made a better choice for my Roos check up. The vet called me promptly with a diagnosis, offered me a solution, and then went above and beyond for us.Thank you all so much for this experience, I am so grateful!

Our dogs LOVE Dr. Lindsley! She is always so patient and sweet with them and has always been very honest and reasonable with me. I would recommend her to anyone! The rest of the staff are all wonderful as well. They are so inviting and clearly love and have a passion for your pets! We never have a problem getting the dogs to go into the vet, they love it at Appanasha.

I noticed some symptoms from a chronic issue with my dog, and was able, very quickly, to communicate with Appanasha Pet Clinic and have a prescription ordered, filled, and available for pick up. The clinic knew my pouch and did not require an unnecessary visit. I appreciated the fast and professional response from the clinic and their willingness to leverage texting as a viable communication path.

Would not accommodate us for our scheduled appointment because we called to advise them we were running late which they said was alright. A whole different attitude when we did arrive. We drove from Oshkosh and THEY REFUSED to see us!?!Never again. And my FB page will relay this same info so others can know what to expect.

I decided on 4/5 because it was very frustrating to always be bounced around between different doctors. To make sure you see the same doctor you have to request it or schedule for them online. It's just confusing and you end up hearing mostly the same thing over and over or something else which feels like a repeat visit. Overall, my experience has been pretty good.

We decided to try Appanasha on a suggestion when our regular vet was not able to get us in. Our dog has had an ongoing condition, and we feel as though they have really taken their time with us, and had excellent communication along the way. Dr. Lindsley has been thorough in answering all of our questions and discussing pricing of treatments available as well. I would highly recommend their clinic to anyone.

My baby frenchie started getting red around her eye I scheduled a appointment, as the day went by it got worse I call they were able to fit me in that same day.. staff was very nice Dr. Patrick Laritson amazing efficient made testing & diagnose to her & sent us home with medication, overall the place is clean!!

What an amazing experience my Bella and I had. Everyone was so kind and truly caring. My vet was super amazing. She was so kind and caring also very informative. I am so glad they were taking new patients. I definitely recommend taking your babies here.

I am not a fan they somehow mistook my yr old dog for my 8 yr old dog. Even though they have pictures of them on their file. I ended up with a bill for overnight stay for one of my dogs that didn't need it instead of them. Just splintered her broken leg. I didn't pay the bill. I let it go to collections. I explained this to the collection's agency. The Collections agency wiped out the bill after i explained what happened and they dis their research. Because clearly, appanasha doesn't know what they're doing. If I could give them no stars, I would. Not to mention, their prices are outrageous.
