I hate this place. I only went because it was the only place I could get a pound of milk chocolate. I found it right away. I also realized I wanted some pretzels covered with white chocolate. I couldn't find them in all the logical places. I asked a worker and I went towards where she said. They weren't there. I asked again at a nearby counter and he found me a nice man (employee) who tried to help. He walked me 3 places and couldn't find them either. He asked another employee and she looked it up and told him a couple aisles to check but I don't think he remembered the number. We went several places again and walked back and forth in the last aisle several times. I remembered the woman said they're in a tub and I finally saw them up high pushed way back. I had no clue where I was so he directed me towards the checkout. When I was checking out I noticed my chocolate was open and the plastic wrap wasn't covering it. I went back and got a different one. I guess other people like Walmart. But this was my shopping trip from hell on a day when I needed to get home. I'm never going back.

It was Walmart. Everything depends on what time of day and what day of the week you go. Daytime hours you'll get the most professional employees, evening hours you'll get the highschool kids who could probably careless. After 10pm don't plan on getting fast service from electronics, fitting rooms or the sporting goods desk because the normal employees who work there have gone home. They'll have to find a 3rd shift manager to help you. The service desk is also completely closed. Typically that goes for the checkouts as well. One 3rd shift employee works the registers for one hour a night after 10. So be prepared for that. Early morning is the absolute best time to be there. Stay far away on Friday and Saturday nights, after 8pm. That's when all the teenage customers come and make a point to trash the store.

Welcome to Walmart. I'm sorry you're here. But while you're here, enjoy our selection of things to consume. There's so many things here for you to consume, there's something everyone will love to consume. So please, grab the things you want to consume, and go ring yourself out because we don't want to pay cashiers. Oh! We forgot the most important part: after you check yourself out, our geriatric retiree door greeters are going to insist on looking at your receipt and cross checking it against what's in your cart, because we don't trust you as a cashier.

So I went there today to return diapers because that particular brand did not work for my son (probably 5 small packs in total). I had no idea that Walmart had to throw away returned diapers that were unopened. As I am placing them on the counter, the team lead, (Max, I believe) started the conversation with “wow that’s a lot of diapers going to waste” I at first didn’t know what she meant and she continues to go “We have to throw away diapers” and made me seem like the worst human being possible, as if I have any say in Walmart’s policy. Her tone of voice and attitude was very much the opposite of customer service oriented. I was simply returning them so I could buy a different brand of diapers for my son. In this economy baby items are a lot more than they used to be, so why am I getting shamed for having to return diapers, to get money back to buy more. I wish I was in the position to simply donate, but that’s not reality these days.I hope management can see this, and let her know to maybe not start a conversation like that again with a parent trying to return diapers, and maybe it will prevent her from making a mother feel terrible :/

Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Location is clean, sometimes inadequately stocked. The staff that round up the pick up orders tend to be in the way majority of the time.

We came here to get some last minute Christmas shopping done and had a good visit. Our photo pickup experience was smooth and the workers were very helpful. The store was pretty well maintained in spite of the large holiday rush of customers. Shoutout to all of the Walmart workers holding it down at the Manitowoc location.

We've been shopping here for 20+ years. Their pickup and delivery options are convenient and reliable, but shopping in store has gone down hill over the years. Not terrible, but not special either.

Walmart is Walmart. I avoid it whenever possible. People checking receipts at the door is crazy, especially since they have maybe 1 actual cashier working at a time. Maybe ok to check receipts for BIG ticket items that don't fit in a bag, such as a TV. Photo of my last visit, just for fun.

Better than average Wal-Mart. NO APPLE PAY though; (Come on Wal-Mart)!! Store layout is nice. Great selection of merchandise. Would have given them four stars except for the checkout experience. Self checkout service still appears to be in beta testing (cumbersome); the regular lines tend to be slow.

I do not like going into Walmart at all. It is hard to find someone to help you find what you need. The self checkout is unpleasant, to say the least. They are constantly not working correctly. The bagging area is so small that you have to put your bagged groceries on the floor. When one of them needs a manager to ok something, they are hard to find, and when you do find one, it takes a long time to get them to help. The greeters are very nice, and are always smiling and ask how you are doing. Other than the greeters, i would recommend driving to Green Bay or sheboygan Walmart. They are so much nicer, cleaner, and helpful

They might as well close this place down since they have the lousiest customer service I've ever had.I asked the lady for a specific kind of water she appears that she's writing it down I go to check out and find out they got me the wrong water took an extra 20 minutes waiting around well everything I just bought is melting or going aside highly do not recommend this Walmart store.The one in Chilton is less busy doesn't feel as big it's got less items than what I'm used to buying but at least they're on time with when you order something they got the right one.What a waste.

Order 65 in Vizio TV on October 26th, 2024 Walmart sent me a box of fruit snacks. I ordered the item online. Paid for it. It is now October 28th of spent 24 hours at least on the phone with FedEx and Walmart. The TV went to the fruit snack people. I got their fruit snacks and all mark. All Walmart can do is refund my money. I am sitting here with no TV. I have breast cancer. I canceled one of my radiation appointments to move it later in the date of Thursday the 27th when it was all supposed to be delivered when I got my delicious fruit snacks

Well, its Walmart, kind of sums it up. I've always found shopping at these stores to be one of my least favorite experiences. The place is always packed, which makes it feel like I'm trying to shop at a six flags or a carnival more than a store. The employees range from don't know to don't care, can't blame them, and it seems like most of the people who shop there lack any sense of common decency. I can't stop to look at anything for more than a minute without someone attempting to either push Infront of me or just outright try to jam their cart into mine. I've also noticed that Walmart is pushing more of their online side and carrying less of what I need in store. I get why, but if I can't go in and get what I need immediately and have to order online, I'll just order it from somewhere else entirely. Hopefully we get we get a Target at some point in the future.

We bought eye brown steaks and when we got home and we opened it it smelled funny Like cheese I am disappointed because this is the first time that it happened to us it said 10-15-2023 and it smelled nasty 🤢 I am happy that we didn't cook it and give it to our 1 year old daughter if we did we probably wouldn't get the meat from Walmart anymore I am just letting you know that and who ever puts the meat in the meats can you please talk to the people who puts it out and if you don't and if we do eat it and we get sick or our daughter gets sick we will never buy meat from you guys again I'm sorry but it comes to our safety and everyone else safety and this is upsetting nexted time we will not give you a second chance so nexted time tell them to look at the meat before putting it out please for the love of God

Normal Walmart. Has grocery side and home goods side. At this time they do have a pick up today option but no grocery options. They have self checkouts. Bathrooms in the front and family bathroom in the back of the store. Open 24/7. They have a deli and bakery department. They also have a pharmacy.

It's the store we all love to hate. You've seen one you've seen them all. Do away with the self checkout! You can pay 6 employees to watch me like a hawk you can put them @ a checkout register!

Shopping now takes more than double the time. They rearranged everything and not in a logical way. I have a bad knee & back, I write my grocery list in order of where things are because I am in agony by end of a normal shopping trip. I have used the pick up service but twice I have gotten Apples with a bite taken out & opened "better than bouillon" jars. No doubt the person grabbing them had a lot of orders to fill and just didn't notice which is why I returned to doing my own shopping. I will definitely be going to a regular grocery store after today. Just spent 2 hours searching for a list of 20 things. Didn't get 3 because I couldn't find them or a person to help me. It's like they have less staff than they did a few months ago. If you are a place with decreased staff, do not rearrange your whole store. People like familiarity. My teller was nice ....

So sick of this location grabbing my son when he is walking out with a cart full of stuff and asking him for a receipt. Well for one if I'm going to do the job of other and check out my own items I will not show my receipt. And two the guy that grabbed my son's arm to check his receipt was lucky I didn't call the cops on him. I'm sorry if you don't trust people then open all the registers back up again.
