All round, we had a great experience here and I was very surprised at the staff at the front desk. They were so positive and bright. Even when I called to ask questions before booking, they were so nice and answered all my questions. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. I thought their process on how breakfast was served was great and very different. Overall, AMAZING and I love that they're pet friendly!

Stayed here for a Packers Game, short drive from the field.I must say I was very impressed with the hotel overall. Very clean, cozy feel, our bedroom had 3 Full Size Beds! What!??? Perfect for us because it was 5 of us traveling. Room was spacious, and clean.Staff was so attentive and easy to talk to. Hotel is super pet friendly, and cater to their dog guest too.Breakfast is include, you pre select your dishes ahead of time and can say we were very surprised by the entire breakfast set up. Food was delicious and maid to order.I would 100% recommend staying here.Rooms: After speaking to front desk, I learned that there is two rooms (could be more) that have 3 double beds. Price is the same as a 2 double Bed room.Nearby activities: Lambeau Field is about a 45 min drive for the Packers.Walkability: You can walk from hotel to many establishments near by. A restaurant next door is one of them. Walmart is also across the street.Food & drinks: Breakfast included and is delicious

We visited a friend in Manitowoc and spent the night at Harbor town Inn. So glad we did! These were the most comfortable beds we had slept in during the 2 weeks of travel. The room was clean, excellent customer service and the breakfast was made to order. No powder eggs here. Delicious! Good location too. The decor was modern yet, it was warm and charming. Highly recommend.

Seemed to be an older hotel that was renovated recently and was very quaint, cute, homey and clean. You could not get a more friendly and helpful staff. Thats with you get from a non chain establishment. Unique breakfast where you choose the evening before and pick a time you want to eat. Cooked to order. The whole town is super safe and friendly and plenty of food options+ nearby. Only downer was stairs to the second floor being my knees dont care for that. We managed. Try for a bottom floor.

Can't speak for rooms if a couple or family is traveling but mine was exactly what I neededFood & drinks: The made to order breakfast was an added bonus.

It was okay. Really did love the lady who was working the front desk during our check-in. She was super helpful and totally relatable. (Really, all staff we encountered was great.)Unfortunately, there were things off about the room. The bathroom needed an upgrade (see photos). The room smelt musty. I could easily hear the guests in the rooms next to us and outside.It's quite unlikely I'd go back. The bathroom and smell of the room need to be addressed for the health and safety of guests and housekeepers who clean the rooms. I don't want to risk booking a room and having the same issue again. 😕

VERY good for a 2-star hotel. The room was excellently cleaned, the breakfast is good and they had coffee. They also have a fun game room and a gym. This building seems newer too and it’s nicely decorated. Very well taken care of.Rooms: The room and bathroom and the sheets were super clean and it has a tv and coffee maker and a desk.Safety: The hotel was relaxing and quiet and the location is great.Food & drinks: You can order what you want for breakfast and also have a self serve pancake maker and coffee and other drinks.

They even picked us up (8) from the ss badger making 2 trips, no taxi was available.Bob and Amey were the best, souper great people.Breakfast was made to order, and very good. We were in town for the Green Bay Packer game. Hotels closer to the field were way more expensive than we could spend. I found Harbor Town and was happy to stay there. 30 minutes from the field - it was easy. Most importantly - the staff was very friendly and helpful The lobby and rooms were clean and bright. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient and the coffee was hot. Nice job by the local staff. We appreciated the smiles and morning greetings. Thanks, we will be back. (with our own pillows)

Only a 35 min drive from Green Bay if you’re looking for a more affordable place to stay for a game. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was included in the price. Only docking 1 star because we noticed our bathroom wasn’t very clean.

I booked directly with the motel and got a 10% AAA discount. The rooms were clean & the beds were comfortable. The first night was quiet. Our room was on the back side of the motel so we didn't have road noise. However, being next to the stairwell where people used to go outside to smoke resulted in many banging doors which kept me awake the 2nd night. We enjoyed having a refrigerator in the room.We appreciated the fresh fruit bowl and coffee/tea readily available. Due to Covid they didn't have self-serve breakfast, but you could order from a small selection and designate a time to pick it up. We would have preferred some milk and Raisin Bran, but the breakfast sandwiches were tasty, just not very nutritious.ALL the staff was very pleasant.

We couldn't have been happier with Harbor Town Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and clean. I particularly liked the fact that we had the option from the beginning to rent a room with 3 full size beds. No sleeping on an uncomfortale pull out. All three of us had our own comfortable bed. If there is a criticism I would have to say it was the breakfast. The breakfast service could use a bit of updating, the concept was great (we selected our breakfast from a menu and turned it in the previos night with a pick up time) but the quality wan not the best. That being said, we would highly reccomend the Harbor Time Inn to anyone heading to the Green Bay / Manitowoc area!

Very clean quaint place to stay. Friendly helpful staff. This place has a lot of charm. Breakfast was ok.The downside of this place was the outside. I noticed a lot of cigarette butts. Not sure if they have enough containers if any for smokers. It would look a lot nicer if someone would clean the butts up.

The staff were so friendly. When we first came in we were greeted with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The hotel itself was very nice very clean and was decorated beautifully. We have a large family and the staff accommodated to us so nicely even getting us an extra bed free of charge. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was spacious and very relaxing. Tue lady at the desk recommend a place for my family and me to eat and it was delicious. When we came back from dinner we were stuffed and lucky for us the hotel had a very nice fitness center. Along with a fitness center they had a amazing game room, they had a arcade game with Pac-Man and galatica and the kids LOVED it they spent hours playing on it. The next morning breakfast was amazing and was freshly cooked right out of the overnight warm. This inn was a dream and is the best my family has ever stayed at. Not to mention the prices we very reasonable. All in all my stay was amazing and I would definitely recommend to stay here.

They place me in shared room on the next day they rented the other side of the room . I waked up at 3 am from the noise I called fron desk lady multiple times but no answer. I fall in sleep and again waked up at 4 am too load noise and laugh I called a front desk again but again no answer I walked in to front desk the lady was working on business computer in the loppy which was for the gust and I told her the issue but she doesn't seem to be care and no solution was offered.Also,There breakfast is a joke ;egg omelet and cheese burger no other.I don't think I will return there any more.
