The best flooring experience I’ve ever had. Keegan was fantastic and guiding us through the selection of materials and promptly provided us with an estimate, scheduled the work, and completed the project in a matter of weeks. We installed brand new carpeting in the second floor, bedrooms and basement, and redid the runner on our stairs. The installers were meticulous and left our house looking brand new:) I could not recommend them enough!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED- From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by a kind man with a big smile, who turned out to be the owner Keegan. I explained to him that we were flipping our rental and what we had in mind. He showed me many different samples that matched our needs & budget. I was then able to take a few samples with me to find the best option for us visually in our space. Keegan came out to measure and had a date set for installation within a few weeks, which I was very impressed by. Install went smoothly and exactly as planned. It was a no brainer for my husband and I to then invite Keegan out to our house to measure for flooring at our personal residence. We had a few concerns due to our large/aging dog who had been struggling to walk across our flooring in areas without rugs. Keegan recommended a brand called Tough Core which exceeded my expectations after feeling the “hardwood” texture on the samples and choosing a color from the wide variety of options that tough core had to offer. Project #2 for us with Carpets Plus was then underway! Tim & Carl were our installers and I again was blown away thinking this entire experience couldn’t get better, until we hit the jackpot with this duo. They were prompt, professional, extremely kind, and friendly! They both kept me up to speed as they moved along day to day and kept things tidy/clean each day before leaving which I really appreciated. They finished install a day early and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.This experience has me wanting to replace the flooring in our entire house! Bravo Keegan, keep up the great work because you’re absolutely crushing it! I will be a guaranteed Carpets Plus customer for life! Thank you Keegan & the entire Carpets Plus team!

I am so happy with my new flooring! Carpets Plus of Manitowoc was highly recommended by friends and family who had worked with them. I was welcomed when I came into the showroom, which is very important. The customer service is outstanding!The different types of hard surface flooring was explained to me, and Tatum and Corinne were very helpful when it came to picking out samples, then helping me narrow down my selections down to my final choice. It was wonderful and very helpful to be able to view what my space would look like with the various flooring choices. Tatum and Corinne's eye for design was also very helpful to me in making my final decision. All the people I worked with were extremely personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful, from choosing the flooring, to measuring, to the final installation. I will definitely use Carpets Plus of Manitowoc in the future and highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you again to Tatum, Corinne, Bob, Chris, and Lucas!

I enjoyed my experience with Carpets Plus in Manitowoc. When I first visited the store, I was informed of the different carpets available, which helped in deciding what kind to choose. I brought home a few samples to determine which color coordinated with my rooms. They gave me an accurate timeline on the project and I am happy with how it turned out! I will definitely consider using them again when future projects come up!

We visited Carpet Plus with a referral from a friend whom had purchased flooring. My wife and I talked with a gentleman who knew his products inside and out. We checked out some samples to see how they would look in our lighting at home compared to the lighting in the store. We found a sample of vinyl flooring that would accent our carpeting. We made the purchase and everything was professionally installed. The crew cleaned up nicely when they finished and took the old flooring with them. I would recommend Carpet Plus as excellent to do business with. We have decided to do our laundry room as our next project. The product we purchased is made in America.

From the time I walked into the showroom I was greeted by a young lady and she was very helpful. On the day the carpet was going to be put in the 2 men were very good at what they were doing. They took out the old carpet and pad and took it outside. Then they brought in the new pad and then the carpet. It was very interesting to watch them how they sealed the seam and laid the rest of the carpeting down. They answered any questions we had They cleaned up after everything was done. I will highly recommend you to all my friends.Thank You

We've used Carpets Plus previously and had excellent service and installation was timely and professional. We had most of the house done a few years back, so when we decided to do a little redo of the floor in the guest bathroom, we just went back to Carpets Plus and again they didn't disappoint. From large to small jobs, they treated the jobs the same. Friendly greeting in the store, help with selection, measuring, ordering and arranging installation, all was handed professionally and quickly. We're now doing a complete remodel on our master bath and have already picked out flooring. It's nice to know we don't have to worry about service, installation or whether something will go wrong. We have complete confidence in Carpets Plus and can't wait for this new project to begin and to see the results. Couldn't recommend them more, just overall great to work with.

Keegan and his staff were all super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Instead of having to go buy material somewhere and then hire someone to install, Carpets Plus was a one stop shop! Carpets Plus was an amazing experience for us from the moment we called them. We did not live in the state at the time so everything was done virtually. The time that Keegan and Tatum took to help us pick out Luxury Vinyl, carpet, and even the grout for the vinyl was a lot to ask and they were both happy to take our calls every time we reached out to them.
