Pretty standard selection/prices for big box store. Staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. Easy to make returns when products don't fit/work out. Also fun Halloween costumes at pretty decent prices (less expensive than Internet buys in our experience). Who didn't love a sparkly shark and a little ebi 🤣The girls and I recommend!

I have been taking sassy for haircuts the petsmart salon and she just had her first full puppy haircut deluxe and she goes back in September. The only issue she seemed to have was when they tried to do her head she was trying to bite as being a puppy and they got her to settle down but didnt want to over stress her out so they didn’t do her head and said she should get better with the more times she comes there . My mom has been working with her and I help to keep her busy with treats to try to cut some of her ear hair and hopefully will make it easier for the groomer next time in September and I signed her and me up for puppy training on September 17 and will do us both good and get to know my puppy sassy better

Extremely bad sorting by price methods online. Shows most expensive brands as smaller bags as opposed to showing you price per pound.Money hungry is good for sales people. Not for people trying to purchase quality food for their pets.Recommend pricing out per pound for Purina and other top brands as opposed to having a drop down.Store is nice, staff has chased me down out of the door to show me that they did in fact have what I was looking for which was fantastic.Stop buying pure breads. Do more for the rescue effort.

So happy to see that all the hamsters are given wheels that are large enough for them. The only thing I didn’t like to see was all the improper cages for sale, which I hope Petsmart phases out soon, hamsters need floor space and a lot of bedding to burrow in!

Not going to this grooming place ever again... 1st experience - I brought all of my paperwork and was so excited about getting my new puppy... and they put the wrong dates for her shot information. I had a hard time scheduling online for the 2nd appointment. I had to call in to the 1-800 numbers... Had to bring paperwork in again. Found a "bug" crawling in my puppy right after picking her up and treates her for flea... 2nd experience - personally, I don't think she wanted to give my dog a hair cut for some reason. She gave me a hard time about the mistake on the dates... and then she tried to talk me out of the haircut because she said my dog was too young?!?!? WHAT? I left... and I'm not going back...

Grooming salon work is subpar. Kept my dog in a kennel for 4+ hours for an amateur cut we could have done better at home. When I tried to call to get a status update after 3 hours they didn’t even bother to pick up the phone…Would say you get what you pay for but they also charge close to $100 for a premium wash and cut…

We use the grooming service for our 16 year old Shih-Tzu and Amanda takes such good care of him. He always comes home with fresh cut and nail trim smiling from ear to ear, as he knows he is back to his truly cute self! Plus, special treats always come his way after this trip! They are cautious of his moles and special needs which gives us comfort in helping this old time make the most of his golden years.We are thankful and grateful for the care they give and the continued service they provide.

Was put in for a wash, brush and nail scheduled for a week back because they were too busy to take her at the time. No mention of bringing records of any kind during scheduling. Turn up for the day of the appointment and am told I need them suddenly. Say they cant touch the dog and immediately get the "you can talk to my manager" grift. I talked to the same groomers that scheduled me the week prior and said they didnt do the scheduling, dusting off their hands of their own mistake. Worst customer service, do not trust they'll do their due diligence.

Maya is extremely thoughtful and compassionate. She has giving me a huge peace of mind when it came down to our guinea pigs well being. Maya has made the process feel easy, I trust her with my babies. Thank you Maya for truly caring and making sure our fur babies are happy and healthy.

Very poor experience at this location for a grooming appointment with my dog. They do not have good time management at this location; I had my dog there on time and they told me they could not do his hair cut because he was "too big". My dog is 40lbs and it says this in his account that they had access to. Took off of work just for them to say they could reschedule for 2 days later. Will not be rescheduling and will advise anyone I know to avoid this location unless they are looking to waste their time.

This review is in regards to our puppy training with Lindsay (we were told to watch for an after class survey but I never got one). I just wanted to say what a good job she did with our puppy. She definitely taught us a lot and it is a good class for anyone with a puppy to get basics and some tricks down

I brought my perfectly health dog in and he left in a cast. The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of one is because of how management handled the situation. I brought my dog into his scheduled appointment time of 130pm. I mentioned how my dog gets anxious. Instead of cleaning him they put him in a cage and he was injured from that. I get a call 2 and a half hours later from the manager explaining that my dog was hurt and was taken to the vet. He's now on pain killers for the next week. Hopefully it doesn't get infected. On top of all that he wasn't even groomed during that time. If you value your dogs safety do not take them here.

UPDATE: Maya and other staff went above and beyond to remedy this situation for me! I appreciate their care regarding helping me get a new tank set up and taking so much time to help me!ORIGINAL POST: bought a 36 gallon aquarium tank here on June 9th. When I brought it home and began filling it with water I noticed it was leaking and immediately called the store to get a replacement. They were very helpful and took care of everything but it was a ton of work to clean up.Last week, the replacement tank they gave me ruined my floors, electronics and killed my fish because it too had a leak even though I only had it for 4 months. When I had asked PetSmart about it they had told me it was just glue residue and NOT a scratch that would result in a leak.I am upset because I tried everything in order to get a new tank since it was over a $500 investment after all the stuff for the tank that lasted only 4 months. I called every phone number they gave me and no one is willing to remedy this situation. I understand there are policies in place but I am literally grieving over my fish that passed away so young due to their product.

Place was clean and organized. Staff were helpful and friendly, wide selection of items. I bought 3 dog toys which are a bit more expensive but are lasting much longer than the dog toys my husband bought at walmart which only lasted a few days

I came here with a recently rescued dog who became my pride and joy. I was helped by a name named Jared who was absolutely amazing. He helped me out checked us out and even offered a coupon book for a little bit extra that brought down the price so much. Jared was very nice and awesome.

Sarah, a pet groomer at the Eastside PetSmart, does a fantastic job grooming my 11 year old Maltipoo. Sarah is patient, kind, and very gentle.I particularly appreciate how white she gets the fur around her eyes from the tear stains.Also, the extra care cutting her toenails. My dog looks fantastic, which helps her feel fantastic, I'm sure.

Nice place for the greyhounds to meet and greet. Animals are allowed in to help shop. Many people will stop to see our Grey's and ask questions. Staff there is very helpful and friendly. They also do animal training classes and grooming.

Great help on floor but checkout was blah (due to particular individual). I'd give another shot. Recent visit was to buy gerbils and supplies and almost 2 weeks later the animals are still healthy and thriving. Glad to have the new additions keep us entertained during quarantine.

I like the place. I like what they do for animal charities. It's just very hit or miss if they have things in stock. For cat items like health stuff and inexpensive litter pans. The shelves always have gaping holes.That said, their Halloween stuff right now is on point. If you like the spooky stuff - collars, t-shirts, toys.

Friendly staff, lots of stuff you might need, even for exotic pets like snakes. Very knowledgeable as well, and willing to answer all your questions. Got my little ball python here, and he's been happy and healthy since the day I got him! Couldn't be happier :)

Sadly, big box stores can't compete with Amazon/Walmart market place. I had decided to buy some pet steps for my dog and when I discovered the price Is at the store Was SO highthat I opened my Amazon app and comparison shopped. I was greatly disappointed that the big box store was more expensive. Otherwise the associates are friendly the stores is clean AND well stocked it's just not competitive. It's still a great place though to take your pet for grooming which will never be online.

I've bought my dogs food here since we got him, for almost 2 years. When he was 6 months he started having digestive issues so he's been on prescription food for a year and a half. I've bought his food here because it's the same as the vet but a little cheaper. Today they told me I can't buy it without a prescription. I have never once had a prescription with me when I bought his food in almost 2 years of buying it. My dog has no food, he had his last bowl this morning, because I JUST got in from out of town. And it's a Sunday so I can't even call his vet for the prescription. They wanted me to be bring him back and see their clinic for a prescription. So they're basically just trying to make the store money. If it is a policy that's been in place a long time they've just started to enforce it. Either way I hope the manager can live with my dog not eating tonight because of her, any other food makes him sick which is why he has the prescription food.

Do not bother making an appointment, the staff does not know what services they offer.From their own website, the Bath & Brush with FURminator says "This service includes a premium bath that features a premium low-shed shampoo, FURminator de-shedding solution, full blow dry, with up to 20 minutes of brushing with the FURminator & undercoat tools as well as nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet & sanitary trim. This service adds moisture & shine to the coat while reducing shedding up to 90%!"When I arrived for my appointment this morning they would not perform the paw pad or sanitary trim because my appointment was scheduled with someone who couldn't do it - so they were just lying about the services they would provide. Won't be returning.

Mostly a great experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I went during a puppy training class apparently and usually those classes are confined to a particular area that is blocked off; however it seemed to be everywhere and not particularly organized. Otherwise I would have given this location 5 stars.
