Went today for the first time and had a great experience. The woman working was super knowledgeable and friendly (and even gave a treat to my dog too!) it’s very spacious with a great selection of stuff. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood and I’m sure we’ll be coming here often!

I have been going to this store for 14+ years and every time I come in I always leave smiling. Whether we’re walking down to the new location by our apartment or I’m stopping in alone, the staff is always helpful and friendly. They’re also always understanding of my shy dog and he has finally taken a treat after a few weeks of coming. Thank you Liz and staff for always being so amazing!

This is our favorite pet store in Madison. Their selection of food, treats, toys and gear is top notch. They also have a freezer section I want to check out on our next visit.You can tell each item in the store is carefully selected. There is no plastic waste and the owner is very generous with her donations to local rescues, so you can feel extra good about spending your dollars here.My Shiba Inu enjoys the shopping experience, too, which isn't a given. She can be sensitive to noise, etc. Here though, she happily checks out the bins and picks her own chew, and always gets a treat from the cashier. (They ask first.)The store is clean and nicely organized, and the front steps are cute with paw prints on them. I highly recommend stopping by!

Nutzy Mutz has fantastic products and amazing staff. My dogs love the variety of dog chews, and the staff have helped me pick out just the right dog food for my aging dog, and for my puppy. The staff know what they are talking about and can guide you to exactly what you need, and with a smile!

I won’t shop for cat food, treats, or litter anywhere else! Our cat does so much better with energy and feeling full on food and is even more snuggly! Not to mention the people who work here are so nice and even have offered to help me carry things to my car. Hands down, my favorite Madison pet store

Very friendly helpful staff. They really love cats and dogs. Good selection though could be bigger but the store is small. They do well considering the size. They carry my favorite clumping litter - Fresh and Natural unscented litter. No one else does. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Love this place! It's really a great little pet supply store. I've been shopping here for a few years, it's where I buy all of the food/treats/toys for my two dogs. They carry high quality products and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This is my neighborhood pet store and I couldn't be more lucky to live a block away from this gem. Great selection and if the food is more expensive than the big stores it is only by 1-2%. My dog is a bit shy so he loves the small store with the familiar faces and free dog treats. Will order for you if they don't have it and returns are easy. Thanks for everything!

I'm a foster for one of the local shelters and came to this store looking for help because I couldn't get the cat I was looking after to eat. The store clerk, Betsy, who was working at the time gave me a few suggestions to help. Sure enough, when I got home and gave her food suggestions a shot, my foster cat started eating. It was a big stress off my back and i thoroughly appreciated it. Glad to have a store nearby with a staff that knows what it's talking about.

A great selection of toys, natural treats, food, and even jackets and boots for dogs (the first I’ve seen in a store other than Petsmart, and they carry more sizes and variety than Petsmart). Very friendly staff, including their shop cats.

My dog's favorite store! Friendly staff and good products. I get Swift's treats and dog food there. The only problem is that some of the best treats are on the floor in pails and my dog likes to steal some, which I then have to buy.
