Great experience. The owner is courteous and professional. I was looking for a rear engine Snapper riding mower and although there were no new ones available (they no longer make them), he sent me a video of a used one that they had. Within a day, it was prepped and I picked it up at a reasonable price. Great customer service!

The store is stocked much better than when the previous owners had it. Surprisingly they have quite a bit of fishing supplies, was even told if they didn't have something I was looking for to let them know and they would stock it!

Never have anything you need. Went for caulk one day, was out of kind needed. Went for goo gone today, guess who didn’t have that either. Needed multiple things that they never have, a hardware store that never changes what’s on the shelf either. Bought a lotion that expired in 2010 just last week. Look for dates because a lot of things are covered under layers of dust also. Sad for the one hardware store in this town you end up running to Green Bay for almost everything that should be a simple trip to the local hardware store. Very frustrating.

Very helpful staff! Went in with a dyi/craft problem, not knowing what I wanted/needed, and was shown different options to solve my problem. Excellent! And Hank, the dog! What a good boy!

Fantastic store with unmatched customer service. While building our new home, my wife and bought an entire appliance package from Jim at Lemens. He made the entire process painless and beat the competition's price by quite a bit. By the time the appliances were due to be installed, our washing machine model was discontinued. Jim bumped us up to the newer model without any added cost. On top of that, Jim also personally delivered AND installed the appliances. I recommend Lemens to all family and friends and am a loyal customer.
