Very clean, neat and organized. Good selection for a smaller store and occasional great deals. Overall prices are higher than Walmart for example on everyday things. They recently added on a nice big liquor store. The deli has great lunches, fried food and deli salads, etc. and great prices on that. Still has that hometown feel.

It used to be a friendly place to go, now they have some very snotty young people. Since the new hires in the deli, I go somewhere else now. I say lack of training. No customer service skills

I got yelled at by the assistant manager at the Luck, WI store!!! All because I asked him to please open up another cashier, since I had been waiting over 10 minutes just to get checked out. I left the que to go get something I forgot. I saw this employee coming out of the back room. I asked him if he could get more checkers up front because there’s a long line in the ONE check stand they had open. When I got back up front to pay, this assistant manager had opened up a check stand and was cashiering himself. There was a customer in front of me and when I approached his check stand, I commented to him that I was very thankful he was chipping in. I had an oven pre-heating at home & was glad to be able to get home fast. I couldn’t believe what came out of his mouth- he looked at me so angrily, I felt instantly sick. He gruffly told me (right in front of a customer) “There was only one person in line! He was shaking his head & very upset with me for asking for help😡I immediately felt threatened by his angry face & tone of voice & I left his line, went & stood back in line & waited another 5 whole minutes in line. I WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO THAT STORE, AS LONG AS THAT VERY NASTY ASSISTANT MANAGER REMAINS THERE!! Too bad too, I’ve been a very long time customer

Worked here for about a year in 2016-2017. The place was nice and it's what you'd expect from a rural small town grocery store. Prices are significantly higher than many other places, but again, that's to be expected for the convenience factor unless you want to drive to St. Croix Falls.I would also avoid the produce or at least consume it quickly after getting it. While I certainly had a couple of horrible people as co-workers and have had issues with a couple of personnel over time, most of them are fine and Paul, the manager, is a warm and friendly person.

Wouldn’t let me buy alcohol even at the age of 21. The lady thought I was going to give the alcohol to my wife. Which the lady could clearly see I wasn’t giving my alcohol away.

Nice place. Pulled up and the nicest, most fun ladies ever were in the big chair, invited us over to take a photo, and then someone came out to tell them that the store called the cops on them for sitting there too long. But they were nice. Not obnoxious and made us feel welcome. Calling the cops on them made us feel very UNwelcome!Went in, and sure enough, some young guy looking really bent out of shape, was on the phone with police. No. Idea. Why.On the flip side, Connor is a nice young gentleman. Very courteous, conversational and helpful.I have mixed feelings on going back. Connor was super nice, but getting the cops called on you for sitting in a public attraction for too long, that the business set out for people to sit in... just seems... Like maybe the guy that called is just an angry little man with control issues.Clean store though. Good selections. Maybe we'll go back and see what it's like again.[EDIT: Curiosity got the better of me, so I called to inquire. "The employees had some issue with the ladies."I wasn't there for the entire thing. But these ladies were sweet as Georgia peaches, and unaware that there was a problem until another customer came out to tell them that the cops had been called on them. They did politely clear out right away when I was there... Without conflict. In fact, it wasn't even the store that asked them to leave or informed them that the cops had been called. It was another customer.Based on the behavior of the guy in the store versus theirs, and the nasty attitude he had, versus how unaware they were of any problems with the store, I FEEL like he took something they did personal, and had to ruin their fun.Despite the explanation that the manager had, saying he was told that "some employees had an issue with the ladies", the whole thing still feels out of line, and in my own efforts to avoid conflict, I will probably choose not to go back.]

Employees are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful deli. there is hot food all the time until 9 PM. It's very popular for a quick bite with the local factory workers at lunch break. They have chicken, potatoes, corn dogs, egg rolls, and always a hot dinner special every lunch time. They also have a good selection of cold salads to go with your entree. The subs that they make there are the best in the area.....the bread is always so fresh and the meats and vegetables are are so flavorful, they win hands down over the national chains. And to top it off they are a much better value than the national chains.

Always great stuff here! Liqour store attached to the grocery store. Usually not to busy. Kinda pricey though I've noticed! Nice big parking lot with two entrances! Great selection of food! If you don't want to drive into town though it's very convenient!!!

I love the new self checkout they installed. Good variety of products. The deli is helpful whenever Im in, even if the order is for a ridiculous number of meals. They keep things stocked consistently-- very rarely are they out of an item, and if they are they let me know when I can expect more. Friendly staff. overall good store :)

This really is a nice grocery store for a small town. It is just large enough to have a good variety of food options. They have done some remodeling from time to time these past several years, so it looks pretty up to date too. The down side is that sometimes the prices are a little high.

Okay I can only give 3 stars for this grocery store. Positives are they have hot food- negative is the very small selection. They also have a very limited selection of groceries and didn't have the product I was looking for even though it is very popular and is standard in all other grocery stores I've been in. Positive -fresh bread and actually a very nice selection that's why I had to give 3 stars!! All in all a nice store clean and friendly staff but very limited inventory. They DO have a beer cave and a nice selection of hard alcohol. 3Stars- Thanks guys!!

Wayne's is stepping it up a bit. New coolers , New facade and an expanded store to accommodate their growing liquor offerings. I am hoping that the reduced hours are to accommodate the overnight construction schedule as it is difficult to shop before they close at 7 or 8 pm when I travel from the twin cities. New flooring is next I can hardly wait for my next visit

I love their deli chicken. The best. If I order more than an eight piece I call a head. I do this as a courtesy to the other customers because I don't wanna wipe them out. They have a better of when they should start cooking more chicken. I was snapped yrs ago by one of the deli workers for not ordering ahead...won't make that mistake twice.

I love shopping there, they have very fresh produce and the grocery's are reasonably priced. They are remodeling the store so it will be better than ever. Large beer and liquor area. All new.

Nice neighborhood grocery store. We got a bucket of the deli chicken as well as some groceries this time. Their prices are a little higher than Walmart, but the relaxed atmosphere and extra level of service keeps me coming back.

Convenient little grocery store in Luck, WI. It is clean and well kept and has a large attached liquor store as well as a deli. Prices are a bit on the expensive side, but that's what you have to expect for a small town grocery store in a tourist area.

Its very neat and Clean And staff is very helpful and polite. The lines r never long which is why I love this store, and the deli lady named Mary is the nicest lady there. I don't think she could ever not put a smile on someones face.

Love the small grocery store feel, staff always ready to help find things around the store. Yes, prices are high; but would rather spend it local and socialise with everyone! Plus coffee and cookies by the deli/bakery every morning! Who doesn't like that? I'll take Wayne's everyday! ❤ Love seeing what the bakery and deli has fresh. Produce had some of the best in the area!

Found the store prices quit a bit higher than other stores in the area. Wouldn't want to do weekly shopping there. Attractive store displays, but the clerks were not very friendly, so did not enjoy the shopping trip. Nobody appeared happy.

They are a staple of the community with above avg quality food offerings and great helpful staff. I highly recommend supporting them over the local Walmart. Yes it will cost a few extra dollars for the same type of item but the quality at Wayne's is far superior to that of Walmart.

Wayne's is too expensive for my budget and for what we are looking at and price-wise its way out of range for us we cannot point it's like barley's in the city so we are not in the cities and they need to make it more suitable and it for the income of low-income families and for senior citizens and not go high price on everything especially for fruits and vegetables when people do need those the most and the meat prices are so high so therefore I am very dissatisfied with Wayne's foods plus because they're just too expensive for our budget

When's is a good small town grocery store. They have a wide variety of things to choose from, and are very well-stocked. Their shelves always look full unlike our local Walmart who's grocery shelves always look half empty. The staff is very very helpful, check out it is always quick. And their prices are very good.
