Good selection. Terrible costumer service. I asked for the price on a pair of jeans, the employee snapped cut on the tag, I looked again and no price. I put the jeans back disappointed. He then walked up to me w the pair and showed me sharply where the price was.. not even where he said it would be. Treated me like I was stupid. Which I even said don't talk to me like I'm dumb because I couldn't find the price.

During our road trip in September, we stumbled upon a lovely store in the small town of Luck, Wisconsin. Despite our limited luggage space, we wanted to buy something and ended up purchasing a belt. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they even converted the measurements to the German system for us.Aside from belts, the store offered a variety of high-quality leather products such as saddles and boots. It was evident that the store took great pride in sells top-notch items, many are made in the USA.We were happy to support a local business and would definitely return if we're ever in the area again. Overall, our visit to this store was a great experience that we'll remember fondly. Greetings from Berlin, Germany, and we wish the store and its staff all the best for the future.

Bought my boots a couple months back, they sprayed the “stretching” spray on it so they “fit” right. Wore them home, then the next day at work for a 9 hour shift. Then the following day NO GO!!!! I’ve tried the spray, and even taken them to two shops to be stretched. Still won’t go back on.way to rip me off, I’m a novice boot wearer as I just started them but at least I got a couple days of use from $250 boots right???I don’t recommend this place and will be flooding social media with negative reviews.

Bought a pair of boots from them a couple of years ago and didn't get a chance to get back there, now as luck (no pun intended) would have it I have quite a few dental appointments in Luck so we stop when in town always friendly and helpful. Seems everything is always on sale would recommend them to all my friends.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I stopped in to look at western boots on Saturday, August 15. The service was so above and beyond, it was out of this world! He really knew what he was talking about. He did everything in his power to make sure that my boots were a perfect fit. He didn't want me to buy anything that did not fit. He gave me helpful tips for boot care. I would most definitely recommend this place and go here again.

It doesn’t take long for you to realize you’re not in a big box store. When you’re asked how are you going to use your boots? What’s important to you in boot?I got an exclamation of the material and construction options. Shared with me the benefits and disadvantages with the different designs. Shared with me how to take care of my boots so they both stay breathable and last longer. So helpful when you’re investing in a quality boot. My last pair lasted 13 years. Love this store!Thank you

Very helpful staff, the owners are amazing!! They sell great brands at low prices. If you have a horse saddle that needs repair, consider it done! If you need something customized, they would love to help. They will take time and listen to details to make sure you leave with a product that will last and meet all your needs. I have and will continue to recommend luck saddle!

Paulette and her husband are genuine, caring, and educated folks, and I am so happy I gave them my business. I've recently had such a hard time finding a saddle that would fit my geldings.. Brought them both in on 9/25 and less than two hours later I was out of there with a new Kelly Kaminski Flex 2 that fit both of my horses! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Paulette, I will be back to purchase another Flex 2 in the spring!

My girls ride horses. They have to ride with bike helmets before I let them buy riding helmets. We go to Luck for summer vacation so they get to buy their helmet when we are here. We also got boots for one kid this year. I would like to see more of a selection of shirts and boot sizes for kids. We would have bought both for the other kid if they had the right sizes.
