Val’s willingness to share info and help online are sincerely appreciated. Very pleasant correspondence over email with a couple questions I had and felt like he was truly interested in my project. Shipping was fast, prices seemed good, free shipping always feels good to the consumer.. also nice to support a local WI company. I’ll send my friends his way for online orders of radon supplies.

Great small town company to do business with. Ordered some radon install stuff and pedestal sump cover. Very fast shipping received products in 48 hours and ordered right around Christmas on top of it. Had a few questions. The owner answered the phone and gave me the info I needed to complete my order. I would not hesitate to order from Val again.

Ordered a product from Healthy Air Solutions. Did not include everything in description. Emailed several times and finally received a reply indicating they would provide a partial refund. Over a month and no refund was provided nor any replies.
