When I went to the store for my purchase on Monday, the older was very kind and helpful. When I returned on Thursday, I was never treated so rude when I walked in the door with returns. She was downright mean to me. I had my receipt, items were not used/worn. Another woman checked me out and was nicer. The previous rude lady was nice as could be to the next customer so sweet calling her "hon". I was polite but she obviously didn't like me from the getco!!!

When I go shopping at the Lone Rock Dollar general the ladies are always so sweet the store is organized and the cleanest I have ever seen the store they definitely deserve more money for all the hard work they do keep up the good work ladies

It's Dollar General what do you expect, not a great store to begin with but after driving for 3 hours my kids needed to stretch their legs and we needed more arts and crafts supplies so why not stop at this inexpensive store on the way home right?!? Oh my god so so wrong!We have shopped Dollar General before in a couple places but this was our first experience with this particular store and I will NEVER go back. The store is dingy and organized in a chaotic manner. No joke the second you walk in you have to stop and go wait am I really in a store?!?Shelves are half empty and aisles are cluttered with inventory waiting to be stocked.Be careful rounding corners while keeping your 6 ft distance you might trip over a 10" high foot stool sitting there with no caution notice or anything. I don't exactly know why I was shocked by this as it seemed almost every aisle was in a state of chaos. Surprisingly it seems as though nobody has been hurt bad enough in that store to sue yet or they would care more about safety.So anyways....You weave your way through crowded narrow aisles with no organization (almost like being at a highly dysfunctional yard sale) and piss poor lighting, not to mention lots of empty shelves trying not to crash into things or bump into people. Its absolutely terrible like honestly what were they thinking?!? Oh man lets cram a ton of shelves going every which direction with maybe a 4 foot wide walkway and call it a store. ROFL. It's so bad like seriously guys go a few more miles to a different store or different Dollar General it's bad 👎 😕Now don't get me wrong there was one pleasant thing about my shopping experience and that was the wonderful cashier, the only employee I saw in the store. I dont know if this is a corporate issue, if they are short staffed right now or what the issue is but there is definitely a lot of issues with this store.

There new General manager has gotten store looking better ... The hallway arnt as full and messy. She really nice talk too and helpfull if need something. We like the store now. if they could get the door fixed .. Think keep freezing. Other then the door think store looking better. She needs a raise she improving the store alot .. We will be back thank you for your help with our things Merry Christmas.

Love the store, but it has become very cluttered in the pathways. And service has really gotten slow. A lot of customers waiting in line. Was in when milk products was sittting out awhile because girl at till was be herself.and was busy.

Love the DG, Crab Orchards is the nicest one I've ever been in! Friendly and courteous workers, always right there ready to help..They have anything and everything you could possible need or want..

My favorite yet warmest real true store where I didn't feel malicious intent on my family in months!! I got nothing but love for all and we are all human and make mistakes which is okay! Very kind and lovely!

I went there today and on the website it said “Open” but when I got there I saw a note on the door saying “closed sorry” but there was plenty of workers there! This is was so dumb. I wasted my time going up there to see that.

I tried to call 5/11 at 9:50 AM, which is listed as a not busy time, but says the store is open. I received a message, "we're sorry we missed your call but, we're busy helping other customers. Thank you for calling Dollar General". Well, I guess I know where I'm not going to shop.

I like the dollar general stores, but this one in Lone Rock is always a mess and the shelves always need stocked, the almost never have enough help, but most of the people that do work there are very nice.

Nice place, decent prices, good products and a pretty large selection of items you need and seasonal things. The DG branded products are similar quality as name brand.

Found what I wanted. Thought it would be a quick in and out. Hate the new cash register set up. Noticed it at other dollar stores. Hate it, just hate it. Like the set up at Dollar Tree. I buy more there.
