We needed a prescription for eye drops last night close to closing. Pharmacist Lisa was wonderful. She gave thorough instructions on Administratoring eye drops. (I overheard her say she was on hour 13 of her shift and was still upbeat and friendly) she was also able to help the guy in front of me with getting his prescription price down since his insurance was out of network. I was very pleased with my experience here

Pharmacy was great! Two open windows, multiple employees willing to help and were very friendly. Pharmacist gave great tips for administering eye drops in kids eyes. Wish we lived closer for this to be our home pharmacy.

Sarah at the pharmacy is absolutely wonderful, and she and a lot of other staff spent a ton of time this week helping us sort out an issue with our insurance. We really appreciate the above and beyond help they gave us.

my son ran out of his meds they dont have them in stock???? he needs them they said we would have to go to greenbay if wanted them !! we are going to sue them if something happens to my son there is no excuse for this they have the most messed up websight getting texts meds are ready for pickup drive there nothing phone calls almost daily ready for pickup get there nothing ?

Chelsea in photo dept was extremely rude. Ordered picture books online on Dec 10th and they said they'd be ready on the 20th. Went to the store to get them and she says they won't be ready until the 25th. Asked why I was told the 20th. And she says well I don't know what to tell you with an attitude. Cancelled my order. Call the 800 number after talked to someone who offered free overnight shipping only to get an email saying they'll arrive by the 27th. This Walgreens needs to train their staff better on customer service. Rolling your eyes at customers is not acceptable behavior!!!

The pharmacy at the little chute Walgreens is a joke. They have constantly been late sending out orders for us. My daughter has recurring prescriptions with a secondary insurance, and they forgot to send it to secondary even though we have been doing this for years now. Do yourself a favor and send your prescription to Smith for professional and on time orders.

I went in at 9:40 one night (20 minutes before close) and there weren't any people at the register, so I pressed the button that says "if nobody is at the register please press button for assistance". An employee comes over 7 minutes later and lectures me on how impolite it was to press the button while they are understaffed, then mumbled the total before dropping my change on the counter and walking away. I'm not sure what the issue was, as I only pressed the button once and was quite patient.

Sundays, February 12 2023 @9:00 A.M. , called Sara/Sarah (pharmacy) about my prescription, she was amazing! The pharmacist was too. It really did help to remember names, causes sometime it rings back to someone expected. Trust me that as long as you know you prescription, technician name, just let them know what you need. they will treat you with nothing but respect. FAR BETTER THAN CENTRALIZED SERVICES. @ Sara/Sarah I heard the urgency in your voice and the panic when the call rang back to your pharmacist. I really do appreciate how urgently you addressed my issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I except the cashiers to not care about their job, but the pharmacy staff is extremely rude and clearly don't care about their jobs or the people they are suppose to be helping. From the lower levels of pharmacy cashier to the pharmacist himself. Blatant disregard for costumers well being and time. Will not return to a store that treats their so costumers badly

It's not like me to let someone, or something get me upset...But my kid was in pain, had to go to urgent care, went to Walgreens in little chute to pick up prescription. Now I been coming here for years, normally the staff that I deal with are very professional. This was the first time I ever felt a staff was being racist, immature and unprofessional..Ella needs to be train on how to handle customer's...

Moved to this little town 6 years ago and this is my quick grab store on way home from work. Lovely staff and while it can be busy, they are always pleasant. Pharmacy... Well... its always busy however, staff has always gone out of their way to please customers within their means. Keep up the good work Little Chute Walgreens! Thank you all for putting up with us crazy customers. 👍

The night crew locked us in the store last night! 8-15-2017 They closed down the registers and store while my whole family was shopping! No announcement or anything. We went to the register at 10 and found ourselves alone and locked in. We called out several times, walking the aisles and whistled but no one responded. After a few minutes my husband unlocked the emg door and pushed it open. A couple minutes later a girl came up and acted like we just came in the store. We told her we've been shopping for 20 minutes! We never heard a closing announcement and she said they don't do it if they think no one is in the store! She was very rude with NO apologies! We had to leave our items at the register because like she said "we are closed!" And still NO apologies! I could understand if she had a sincere and apologetic attitude but NO she acted as if we had done something wrong!

Some of the new pharmacists are rude. I Asked if my daughter could get a flu shot she rudely said "we don't give flu shots to children under 7 and we are out of flu shots anyways" said it with an eye roll. If your in customer service have a better attitude!

I like Walgreens but this particular store has one older lady that works here and she is super slow. Sometimes I will have to spend 15 minutes in line just to buy cigarettes when there is only one or two people in front of me. I have been waiting in line when this lady was working and she will literally stop checking people out and just stand there and talk to someone she knows for like 3 or 4 minutes. I have complained about her to the manager on 4 separate occasions and nothing ever changes. Like I said before I like Walgreens, it is usually a quick stop to pick up a few essentials but when she is working I will literally walk in and see her and walk right back out and go to a different store for what I need. Just beware when you go here. Other than this one lady (who seems to always be working when I go in there) this store is great.

Ran super fast to grab some things for my daughter who broke her arm got to the store at 858 was just going to grab children's tylenol and was told they already pulled the drawer so they couldnt help me ... I'm sorry but if you close at 9 you shouldn't have your drawer pulled until 9pm!! I could have grabbed tylenol and paid in 2 minutes

this is not the pharmacy i have used since year 2000 when i moved up here. but recently "casey" the main pharmacist and since she left things are not the same for me not very friendly staff and way too busy for you. not as personal service i am used to. going elsewhere sad to say.

The new phone system is TERRIBLE! Seriously considering changing, i have a disabled son, so i call pharmacy a couple times a week, but this new voice prompting system is RIDICULOUS! Everything Else is GREAT!!

They also apparently don’t read laws and like to waste everyone’s time by confirming a script is ready 3 separate times and then denying it when you get there lol.Taking our business elsewhere.
