I can’t recommend Roseberry Bird Rescue enough.I posted in a local bird group looking to adopt two birds for our elderly neighbor on a very limited budget. I expected the backlash that I received because of course someone asking for cheap and friendly birds is a red flag in the bird community.Jessica reached out to me, however, and helped me adopt these two incredibly sweet and perfect cockatiels on our budget. Every step of the process was filled with love for the birds but was also judgement free for our situation.I just know that these two babies will be perfect for our neighbor. He will love them so much.

I recently adopted 2 Green Cheek conures, Gary & Sherry, as companions for my African Grey, Larry.The adoption process was professional and informative. The birds were in amazing condition showing that they had been well cared for and properly vetted.Through speaking with Jessica and Mandy, it is very obvious that saving these beautiful birds is their passion. Since I've adopted, they've been incredible with providing helpful information and guidance. I know if I ever need help in the future, they'll be there.

Amazing place run by incredible people. We are so lucky to have a bird rescue in our area, as there are more birds than there are homes for them at any given time. Jess is extremely helpful to area bird owners and sacrifices all her time to make sure families have what they need to succeed with their birds. The rescue birds live with her in her home as family. I don't know where she finds the time to do all that she does! Her and Chris are superheroes! We have 7 birds total and 3 from them.

I drove 6.5 hours to pick up two beautiful birds. These people take amazing care of them and love them like their own. The birds are not confined to cages, and get to interact with each other. They also get the personal interaction they need. Absolutely amazing people who are doing God’s work. Here are my babies safe and sound son their new home. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience! Jessica posted an African grey and I knew I was in love!! I set up a time to come meet her hassle free - she is super flexible and has been able to make almost any time I want to come meet a new bird work! Anyways, so I get there, I hold what I was hoping to be MY bird but she wasn’t really interacting with me. I felt bad but saw another Grey that I asked about. I was handed me Birdie and the rest is history!! Jessica and chris were great and had me in their home for easily over an hour just talking and getting to know each other and after that time we all determined with Birdies life before the rescue she’d make a great fit for me and my crazy home - kids, working from home, etc. chris and Jessica gave me as much info as they could on Birdie and have been here to support me through any questions I have. She is extremely healthy and A wonderful addition to our family! She was very affordable which can be a big deal! They are very fair with their rehome fees!After a few weeks of having Birdie I was contacted to share that they got in 2 more cannery winged parakeets (because they remembered we already had 1) and allowed us to come visit and adopt them into our growing flock. These two love what they do and are really hands on with the birds and making sure the bird is as comfortable as the person coming to meet them. I will most definitely be adopting from here again when the time comes!!! Thank you Jess and chris for allowing us to bring Birdie and Lucas and Lucas into our home and love them ❤️❤️❤️

Had to get rid of my bird because of tenants that could not handle the noise made me cry but because I called Roseberry bird rescue my bird Rio is doing fantastic thank you Roseberry rescue. You were here with in an hour and saved me from Eviction and they taught Rio to be able to be handled by anyone love you guys

Jess and her husband at Roseberry Bird Rescue were so great to work with. They were so kind and helpful, going out of their way to make time so that we could come meet and adopt Cordell. Based on Cordell’s behavior and calm demeanor, it is obvious that they love and care for the birds that end up here so well. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful rescue in our area!

Jessica and her husband have been so very helpful and giving with our adoption of Charlie and getting him accustom to our home. Charlie is an orange wing Amazon parrot and has a lot of medical and physical needs, and Jessica especially has guided us every step of the way. Because of Roseberry, we are able to give our sweet, grumpy boy the best forever home we can.

I am so incredibly impressed with Roseberry and the amazing care they provide all of the birds. Many of their stories are no different than dogs or cats who are rescued from bad situations, in the sense that birds are saved from abuse cases too. It may not be something you think about all the time, but it happens. The team can tell you each birds story of joining rescue, what they like to do for fun, how they interact with other animals, and etc. They work so hard to help get timid birds comfortable and its just amazing to see their progress

Roseberry is an amazing place. And awesome people to work with, you truly won't be disappointed. Jessica and Chris have helped me with my own personal flock due to some current and ongoing health issues I'm currently personally dealing with. I've seen Jessica n Chris work with some of these birds n it's honestly like she's some kind of "Bird Whisperer's." I had 2 OW Amazon's that were NOT tame by no means. You can tell that Mary Kay's best interest truly lies with the birds. She really makes sure that they go to good loving homes. My experience with her was such a positive one. The rescue is ran out of their home so you know these birds are well cared for. She also recommended a vet that she works with. If you've never owned a bird before she can tell you everything you need to know! My favorite part of visiting was the beautiful bird by the door that greeted me and said goodbye!! I am so excited to start my journey with my new cockatiel 😍

My husband contacted Jessica after my bird escaped and we weren't able to find her, she had been sharing our post in hopes she was found but in the meantime we decided to give a home to one of the cockatiels that Jessica had for adoption, she was super accommodating to our needs and helped us find our sweet Miss Daisy, she has been working with me almost daily to help Daisy really acclimated to her new home with us. She has helped me with training tips and tricks and encouragement along the way. Today we have had Daisy for 10 days and she is coming around she now will allow us to pet her head and she even is now sitting on my shoulder and adjusting nicely to our home and our flock! RoseBerry is such an amazing and fantastic place for Birds to be loved, and find forever homes! We got our Cockatiel Buddy from RoseBerry about 4 months ago...the moment you walk into their home, you can feel the love and care for each one of the feathered friends residing there!! Riseberry was able to re-home my African Grey when I was no longer able to take care of her. They did a wonderful job acclimateing her to a new environment and acquainting her with a new family. She kept in constant communication with me so I was able to know how my bird was doing and ease my anxiety about urrendering her. I highly reccommend Roseberry if you need to surrender a bird orif you are looking to adopt.

Just got done adopting a cockatiel from here, super friendly, very easy and extremely helpful!!! They even have cages and supplies with prices way better than a big store. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to add a new feathered friend to their family!!! There should be more people out their like them!!
