Sylvia and Kayla were amazing in both their training instruction and personalities (personable, patient and positive). Taking both the “Beginner” and “Beyond Basics” sessions has made a world of difference for Willow in both her development and socialization. It was great to see her come out of her shell and respond so positively to the strategies we were taught in class! Highly, highly recommend!!!

When you first get a puppy it will only ever be one once. If you are looking for someone with a dedication only surpassed by her knowledge of proper training then Silvia is above and beyond the person to go to. I noticed I had a good amount of choices and browsed a few competitors, from other trainers to the big box store programs and if faced with the decision again I would go back in a heartbeat. Each week everything is lain out on a foundation building from the previous week. This leads up to a six week course in total with beyond great results achieved at the end. I will be continuing to the level two classes and will always recommend her to anyone looking at all for a beyond professional trainer.

As a first time dog owner with a sensitive and cautious dog, I had much to learn. Silvia helped my dog become more confident and relaxed, and helped me understand my dog better. I now have the relationship with my dog that I had always hoped for. Silvia is knowledgeable and understanding, keeps up with the latest & greatest in training, and has a great way of teaching. I highly recommend Best Friend Companion Dog Training, I can not say enough great things about them!!We took our German Shepard/Lab puppy their for the basics and we were provided with so much great and useful information. We have learned what to do and what not to do, both Silvia and Kayla are so knowledgeable! They explain and show you how to train your dog, not just give you a piece of paper and send you on your way.We plan to sign up Ranger for other classes!

One of the best places you can go to have your dog and yourself trained. The environment is perfect with limited class sizes to keep your companion safe and you get the dedication from the instructor that you need. Silvia worked so well with our little guy, who was extremely excited around dogs in the beginning of the training, and turned out to be a relaxed and more focused dog at the end. Looking forward to working with her in the future when we get our new pups.

Sylvia and her partner are so great. They are real about it and teach you to understand things don't happen in a day and also take lots of practice. If you ever have questions they are super helpful to help you understand. I love taking my pup here!
