Jaclyn gave a good Review of my multiple Policies, She found ways to improve my Policies and lower my cost as well. We have been discussing some of the Details regarding my Life Ins. Policies for a while and she got back with me with answers as she said she would. She has spent about 2 hours with me this past month to do this review with 2 Office Visits. In person Visits are good, never Rushed and she is always willing to do research if needed to answer Questions. I have never had any major claims with her but I have had some smaller ones, She and her staff have always been ready to get them completed. I can say that Jaclyn and her staff as well as State Farm have always took care of my needs quickly and correctly.

They make insurance easy on you! Alexis is always on top of everything that I need and gets everything taken care of for me quickly! The claims process easy to navigate and Jackie and everyone in the office are there if you need any help with it, and the claims department is very fair and quick when it comes to paying out a claim!

We have been with another company for many years and decided to switch to State Farm with Bobbi Jo Riedl and she help save us $1400 a year on all our insurance policies!!
