While we live past Whitewater, Wi, we always stop at this market. The variety is large, the produce well is cared for and fresh. Being a vegetarian I can not speak to the meats. Plenty for me to shop for however. The people are friendly and for me, I can find the coffee I drink without going to a bigger city.

Been holding off on a review, but it is time. Was in today for a quick run- was in the deli and I must have been standing by two corporate guys. They loved the display and look of the place and I’m standing there thinking “No way they actually think this is better”. It is sad to see what was once a gem in our community slowly being dismantled and turned into a store with no personality. You used to see the same employees visit after visit and now all those employees are gone and new faces keep arriving. I can’t imagine what the turn over rates have been or what their profitability has been. Rarely are enough check out lanes open and I’ve bagged my own groceries multiple times just to help the stressed out cashier.Given the prices- old produce- and lack of selections I can go elsewhere and get a much better experience. I’ve been taking my main shopping down the road to Sendik’s which feels how the Market used to feel.It would be great to see this direction reversed, but I’m not hopeful. Twas a sad day in Lake Mills when this sell out was arranged.

Nice store, friendly employees.Could have better sales. Food is expensive enough without having to go out of town to buy groceries.

This place has it all! There was plenty of free outdoor parking. The prices were very reasonable and they also use shop fetch which gives you bonus discounts. It is very easy to see from the road. It is part of a shopping plaza so it could be part of a shopping run. There are ashtrays outside so you can pit your cigarettes out before entering.

I understand the difficulty in currently hiring labor so I'll leave the poor customer service complaint out on this one. They're not going to force me to use plastic by offering cheap paper bags that are torn before I even get to the truck, and selling the same product for twice the cost on opposite ends of the grocery is just plain corrupt.

Four stars only because of higher product prices than elsewhere. The store is always clean, always stocked and always has friendly stuff. Love the suishi!

16.99/pound on ribeyes and $7.29 for coconut milk? Soda sales are 4/18. Your taking advantage of small towns and their limited access. Prices are ridiculous.

This was my first visit to Lake Mills Market. The store is spacious and clean and has a variety of products. All of the employees we interacted with were friendly. They have a great meat department and produce section. I went there to purchase Cruda Premium Raw Salsa, which was launched there today.

Used to be a good grocery store before festival bought them. Quality has gone down and prices up. It's the shame, original owners wouldn't have allowed this

Had what we needed but the markups on beef are a bit more than what we are used to back home. Luckily I wanted to celebrate and splurged a little bit.

High prices, produce is usually past prime, yet usually far more expensive than other markets. Avocados are often double the price you'll find elsewhere, and they're either rock hard, or rotten. Even prepackaged salads are often turning brown. Berres Brothers coffee is a full $2 more than anywhere else. I've found many items to be 20-25% more expensive here. It's also not terribly uncommon for items to ring up with the wrong price. You really need to pay attention. For example, when buying sale priced cabbage for St. Patrick's day, cabbage was marked at the bin at $.59/lb but it rang up at $3.99/lb. This is the largest discrepancy I've encountered, but there have been several. (This part of my review is also part of my original post, and continues to be valid. And one thing of note...every time I've noticed a price being wrong? I was charged more. Never once has the "mistake " actually saved me money.Sushi, at the deli, is good 9 out of 10 times. That 10th time, though, smells and tastes fishy, so the fish well past fresh. Also, for the love of God, stop marking so many different rolls "chef's special ". It's ridiculous, I was recently there to buy dinner, and at least 5 different types were marked this way, so no idea what's what. Just label it with a genuine description already. On the subject of the deli, they redesigned it this past year. It's horrible now. The food at the hot bar is always dried out and old, and the rest is prepackaged. I refuse to buy deli meat that's obviously been sitting there for days. I also tried "twice baked potatoes " from the deli, only to find they were actually instant potatoes. If you're just going to pedal reheated, instant, premanufactered food, I may as well just go to Costco and buy the prepackaged food myself, at a far cheaper price.I used to really like this market, but now it's only useful for emergencies or an item or two.The bright spot is the staff. Always excellent.

Way overpriced! I've gotten produce and had to throw it out because it went bad within 2 days. I only go in here if I absolutely have to. I would rather pay the gas and go to Aldi or Walmart. I can get a lot more for a lot less. They have a great gluten free section but it's so ridiculously high, I can't afford it. Sad. It's the only grocery store in town so they take full advantage. I miss Sentry!

Store is really clean, shelves are always stocked nicely, and staff have always been great. Expensive store compared to other local grocery and has almost convenient store prices on items. Kwik trip offers a few of the same exact products cheaper(little potatoes, cottage cheese, taco seasoning etc) It never deterred me away due to being 5 minutes from my home. Last night I tried using a $10 gift card issued to me for my allocated points for shopping in store. The gift card did not work, staff were very helpful and even tried the card at the service desk. Unfortunately no balance was on the card and it was never used. I chose to not continue my purchase because my reward tenor was not accepted. I still have a $5 on file for another gift card but won’t dare to redeem now.

Get what I need and parking is easy. Store has a very nice atmosphere. Typically not great prices except for some sale items. I ship here to fill our needs between trips to stores with better prices where we bulk shop. Great produce section.

Prices are too high. Getting a high profit on everyday necessities is a shame. But that's everywhere. I have gotten yogurt with a layer of mold, there was also a soggy salad and the dressing packet I grabbed was open and made a small mess, (honestly the dressing was probably Karma). The staff is mainly teenagers in high school, which is great, I always see them smile and get along for the most part. I hope they are treated and paid fairly.

Shame on this market ! I usually don't shop here . My husband wanted to before our camping trip two weeks ago now . You then had miracle whip on sale for a too good of price . Now I know why ! It expired may 2nd of this year ! What a dirty trick ! Don't shop here !

Unfortunately, the store has gone completely downhill since it was sold in December 2021. It has always been expensive, but it used to be quality. Since it was sold, the prices stayed the same (high) but the produce items now go bad in a few days from buying or the same day. I'm disappointed. I went this morning for a few things that I needed for the week and the lettuce/greens section was completely bare. I'm talking empty - NOTHING was there.

I love this home town grocery store as everyone makes you feel like family Derek, Laura, Jeremy, Gail, (Front end Managers, and associates) Heather, Kennan, (Deli Dept) and Lisa (Produce) are all my favorites equally they always make sure to go above and beyond for everyone, I can’t thank them enough, for all they do. Thank You to everyone for always being so kind and nice and making it such a wonderful experience every time I get to shop with you all.

Very clean store. Large variety of items. Tad bit on the pricey side. Some employees seemed less then thrilled to be there and work ethic showed

I have lived in Creek for 2 years and I'm livid I was unaware of this market. It has all the odds and ends ingredients I love to use but can never find and really fresh produce. Going there is my new weekly treat. It's the only place in YEARS that I found that has both cream of bacon and cream of asparagus. Do I need those? No. Do I want them? Absolutely. Mvp 10/10 it's also clean and all that other good stuff.
