The employees are wonderful and they are now working with local artists and caring a variety of new products! Add that to their great line of high quality, natural dog foods and you can't go wrong! And if you need someone to help take care of you pets while you're gone, they can do that too!!! Highly recommend them to any pretty parent, especially dogs!

I have been taking my dog to The Dog Spot for over two years. The staff is very helpful, friendly, considerate, and takes wonderful care of my dog. Charlie goes to doggie day care EVERY day (five days a week). He is well cared for and loved. He has made many friends and if there has ever been an issue with an aggressive dog they have been removed from the pack.On a personal note, while the business is for sale and the owner is not on site, these women that work there bust their behinds to take the best care of this facility and give superb care/grooming/kenneling.

The Dog Spot of Lake Geneva is a smaller homier facility than most. While at other facilities most of the time your dog will remain in their own run, at the dog spot your dog is out for all day play at no extra cost! My dogs love coming to the dog spot to see their friends they've gotten to know over time and they love the employees as well! Always happy walking in the front door. We're usually greeted by kind employees who clearly care for the pets we leave in their hands! It's not a hoity toity place, but my dogs seem to enjoy it immensely. They have healthy food and treats available in their store as well. The staff is always willing to answer questions or assist in any way possible! It's definitely the best place to purchase dog food and entrust your furry companions to while away on business.

Staff here are always super friendly, helpful, and kind. They are very passionate about the dogs in their care. We always leave our Chleo here when we go out of town, she comes back happy and exhausted :)They were have a collection of natural treats that Chleo really loves. I think they are all from Jones treats.We also do baths and grooming here and never had a problem.UPDATE: We recently had to find a new home for one of our dogs and asked if the Dog Spot could help. The staff went out of their way to help and had found a new home within a week! Absolutely incredible people! Thank you Alex and team!

This place is good to my dog and good to me. My little mixed breed dog has been going there for almost a year now. Roxy loves the other dogs she gets to play with and the girls that run the place. Roxy comes home exhausted and happy each day. This place is great in winter or summer. The dogs play inside when weather is too hot, too cold, or rainy.. and they play outside when it is nice.I have never worried about her while she is there and I am satisfied and will continue to do business there.

I have been taking my Siberian Husky intermittently to the Dog Spot over the past 5 months. I have found the staff to be kind, helpful, and caring. They have been flexible and accommodating with my needs as my schedule can be erratic at times. I frequently walk in and on many occasions, found the staff to be outside playing with the dogs. They are astute to my dog's socialization needs and when she requires "quiet time." The building and grounds have been undergoing some updating and looks nice. They do not hesitate to call me with updates when I ask for them (such as when I am on a road trip). While it may not appear to be a "luxury" spa, the services they provide are invaluable to the well being of my Husky.

It is closer tyi home. The staff is wonderful and cares very much about your dog. We have a large long haired old dog that gets groomed 3 or 4 times a year, they do a wonderful job with her

Amazing place! Our dog loved it! We have a Staff and he was running in their backyard the whole time he was there. He didn’t even want to go back home with us. And the staff is the sweetest! Thank you girls!

If there was a zero they definitely would get a zero from me! Horrible service and very unprofessional. On September 19th I called to make an appointment for my dog to be groomed and the only available appointment they had was Monday, September 24th at 12 p.m. and because I work two jobs and had to get my dog ready prior to September 27th before taking him on Vacation to Canada, I took what they had and since I work in Lake Geneva and reside in Delavan area now I decided to take my lunch break to take him to get groomed to only find out that they supposedly tried to get a hold of me "" and the receptionist that took my appt didnt put any of my information down to let me know that the groomers flight from Jamaica was delayed and were trying to get a hold of me to cancel my appt. and had to keep my dog outside tied to a tree because i had already spent my hour break, i was lucky that my boss was on vacation. I find it ridiculous that we have been taking my dog to the DOG SPOT since he was 1 and he is five now and not have my contact information.WORST EXPERIENCE! Unprofessional.

Nope wouldn't do it. I took my dog there a couple times. Paw pads not done. Ears not done and nails not done. Last time I went to get my dog no one was in the building, I told them my Bruno doesn't like cages where did I find him in a cage I found his collar and took him out of the cage finally someone came in the door so I could pay. 3chances done

Good place to board. Really seem to like pets. My dog seemed well taken care of and the staff was friendly. Seemed like my dog had lots of good play time. Definitely recommend.

Terrible service and staff is rude. Not to mention you can call and call and call no one answers or get a call back after numerous voicemails. I'll take my business else where! Took my dog in once for a bath told them he freaks out at dryers so dont use one. Come in to pick him up and hes locked in a kennel with a huge floor dryer on him! Really!! This place is a joke and very over priced!

This place is great . I was hesitant at first . The personnel and atmosphere is great . It was clean , they had a safe environment for the dogs to run around in . Mostly, the personnel was very personable and caring , unlike some other places.
