First - Their bakery is simply amazing! We have had multiple cakes from them and they always taste good and they do a fantastic job on the decorations. We got my Bridal Shower cake from them and guests couldn't stop talking about how good it was!Second - We used their floral department for our Wedding flowers and they were beautiful. Deanna was great to work with and she did an amazing job with all the flowers!

Over all this is a very good grocery store, clean, bright, good produce, usually quite reasonable prices, helpful staff. And real check out clerks, who can help arrange more help.Unlike the majority, for whom this place will be fine, and service great, I have some dietary needs (severe allergies) that make me quite picky--I am eager to survive. They have some gluten-free goods upon which I rely. But I sure would like to see more variety. Having a couple dozen common food ingredients on my allergen list requires time consuming label reading, and sometimes quizzing deli & bakery staff if possible to clarify exact ingredients. At least they help or may point me to some corporate info.Ingredient information is critical for me but the print seems to keep shrinking. Ideally, I would love a centralized source to scan and confirm all I put in my cart meets my needs, or help me quickly locate alternatives. In the check out line, or when I grab a shopping cart, I would love to enter my list of allergens and have the computer sort it out. I suspect others might also want such a service. Some sort of reliable, central information point to scan & validate--maybe I just haven't seen it and something like this is there. Put a big sign on it, if so. As it is, I often go 20 to 50 miles away to find a number of the best GF goods. That's lost business worth time & money to me.

This was my first time at a Piggly Wiggly and I was amazed at what a large and diverse store it is. One side of this PW, has a spirits room, seafood market, health foods, bakery goods, etc. The other side is your traditional grocery store. They also offer some Piggly Wiggly branded items (hats, t-shirts, etc.) Definitely a one-stop shopping event.

Nicest Piggly Wiggly I've ever seen. Great selection of items, salad bar and meat selection. The largest selection of air chilled chicken anywhere. I look forward to exploring it more.

Bad meat 3 times in the past 2 years. 3 packages of wings @ about $12 ea. with dates indicating that they were fresh. - smelled bad. Don't trust the experation dates! ,,, purchased this on 10/14/23.....expiration date is 10/31/23.....I particularly don't like the mold! I'm done!

It is a nice grocery store. The fruit, vegetable and bakery section is right at the start. Most of the fresh foods look real good. I didn't check everything. They also have self checkouts, good if only getting a few items but for a full shopping trip use the cashiers that is what they are there for and it supports the workers.Update everything is still good here. The produce is all good, lots of meats, not so good for fish but everything else was good. Very little wait to checkout.Some good sales but other things not such a good price as with most places the customer needs to know what you are purchasing and what you would be better off getting from another business.Still very pleased with my grocery shopping here.As before everything is good here.

Wendy took care of our 1-day fishing licenses. She was not only efficient, but very nice as well. Then we stumbled upon their amazing bakery...yummy.

Great store, amazing selection of Hispanic and Asian ingredients! Some things are pricey but it is lake Geneva... Really lovely staff.

Please get rid of the self-checkout lanes. I pay a premium price to shop there and want Cashiers. Plus your shrinkage rate is increasing. These stations are a clear sign to consumers that your company doesn’t care about your customers.

Deli food and sushi are great. Note to self - next time you want a cup of dressing to dip your sandwich in, walk over to the dressing isle and buy a bottle.

Odd! I don’t think I’ve been in a store where they allow hygiene products and food in the same isles!. The music was great. Had old school country on. Dwight yokahm! The store has a lot of everything, many different brands of the same thing. That is great, a huge positive. The deli and pastries selection is TOP NOTCH! Way. Better than sentry in walworth!

It's 8:30 the night before 4th of July and they have ONE register open...bogus. There are 9 carts in line. The checkout lady is a trooper though. Too bad she's alone. Not even a bagboy to help!

I've been a server 30+ years , I get it I know how the public can be. I shop at multiple grocery stores every wepek, and most deli workers don't like thier job and they show it ,that's fine. I must say the pigs bakery and deli department has some(Not all) of the rudest workers, especially the deli. Others see it too, the face of the other customer saids it all, when you see the transactions between staff and customers. The staff makes you feel like your bothering them, and God forbid you ask for the meat shaved because that's going to take an Xtra minute of work, oh no. This is unfortunately the attitude most of the time. Customers make joke about it in line how the staff is scary (in a funny way). I just travel down to lake geneva meat to get boar heads lunch meat. I get it cheaper there and a smile. I hate to blast staff but this is an insult to the art of customer server at some of the lowest levels I have encountered.

Former employee here so believe me when I tell you I have experienced the store first hand. The store is disgusting especially the deli department and don't even think about using the bathrooms! You may think that d&d is bad for not donating the doughnuts they didn't sell. However in my opinion this pig is worse they throw out the entire buffet of food at night. Was told its thousands of dollars they are tossing a night! Also all of my Former coworkers and managers were lazy and rude! Sorry for the lengthy read but everyone deserves to know. Thank you

This store does an excellent job in keeping carts out of the parking lot. The bakery is pretty good, and so long as you don't arrive too late, the selection should be there throughout most of the day. The employees are friendly enough, but WOW are the majority of the clerks slow. You would think this was a way to push the self-checkout, but the checkout process was always slow. The self-checkout takes a while too due to lag when you scan an item and occasionally has issues scanning altogether. The staff overseeing the self-checkout area is usually on it in resolving the issues, but it is still a tedious process if you have a whole lot of items.Ultimately, this is the example of a small town grocery store - high prices and overall blase service experience. This has to be a management or ownership issue because the East Troy and Delavan locations are not like this.

The produce we got wasn't the best (looked good on outside, but opened up to rotten food). An what we did want to get they were low in stock. Otherwise it seemed like the normal grocery products where nicely stocked at the time.

I did call the manager on duty and she said she'll address this, so I'm giving her 2 stars. The male clerk asked me (female) if I was going to use the Senior discount. Clearly I don't have that privilege yet, he was just trying to be mean. I had just asked him to be careful to not bruise the fruits, is that a crime at Lake Geneva Piggly Wiggly? I've seen how these clerks throw around the customer's bananas, like I'm okay with paying for/eating bruised bananas. They don't have a self check-out so I was forced to deal with the uncaring and mean clerk. Hopefully he'll be more successful at scrubbing their urinals.

Nice local alternative to Wal-Mart. Friendly faces and good customes service. Also, they have good sales that Wal-Mart does not which is important nowadays. Often buying different meats and other stuff when they are on sale.

I've been going to this location for a while now , couple of years and the selection is good and meats and the staples are very good. Pricing has gone up everywhere so I don't think that's the store. I picked some fresh pastries and other stuff for my team meeting my last trip and they haven't disappoint.

Couldn't agree with Jennifer more on her review most of the deli workers at this store are beyond lazy and rude ordered boars head olive loaf didn't realize it but the woman gave me the other brand just so she wouldn't have to open a new package and if there's more than one person in line forget it

The entire deli and bakery departments are top notch. We got our wedding cake here and it was absolutely delicious. We also had them do the flowers for our big day and everything turned out beautifully. The bakery did a great job with the cake tasting as well. All in all our experience at this Piggly Wiggly was just as good then as it is now!
