Best doggy daycare ever! Our puppy, Mozart loved it, and the staff is ALWAYS so kind and friendly. I even called midway through the day to check in and see how Mozart was doing, and was met with nothing but understanding and compassion. We will most certainly be coming again!Mozart was very tired after from meeting so many new friends and playing!

Just picked up our dog Ella from a full grooming service at Pet Me Scratch Me and it was a great service. They cut her hair exactly like our previous groomer had and did a top notch job. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very reasonable service prices. We’re looking forward to using this location regularly for our grooming needs!

We have been to other boarding facilities and nothing compares to the customer service and care our beloved pets received than at Pet Me Scratch Me! They were in contact with us about how our pups were doing and they were amazing with all the detail that they wrote. Highly recommend them!

Mac had a fantastic time and although was happy to see me, cried all the way out. This was his first visit. He played hard and came home filthy just like a little boy having fun! ❤️🐾 Highly recommend!

The groomer was very attentive and caring with our elderly dog Nelly. She did an excellent job. This is usually a very stressful event for Nelly and her stress level seemed to be much less. Thank you! You were wonderful!

I had an emergency with my Goldendoodle after Petsmart totally chopped her up and they got me in right away. Mackenzie and Deb were both wonderful and they did an excellent job! I'm so grateful I found them and look forward to staying with them for a long time.Thank you!!!

Dropped my grand puppy off for doggy daycare. They let him play hard gave him a bath trimmed his toenails! He looked and smelled great. And was very wore out. He ate and immediately fell asleep! Friendly staff.

Second time Deb groomed my Cockapoo. She was able to cut his curly hair without shaving him as so many others seem to do. I’m very happy with his look and he seems happy, too

I never have to worry whether my dog has fun at Pet Me Scratch Me. He is always eager to get into the building, doesn't even look back at hand off, and his smiles at pick up tell me he's had an awesome time at day care!The staff are knowledgeable regarding his breed's intricacies, and I trust them when he's within their care.

We love Pet Me Scratch Me La Crosse. Our husky/M.A.S. mix loves daycare here, and in the many times we have brought him, we have always felt he was safe and being taken care of thoughtfully. We've brought him since he was a pup, as you can see from his old 'Puppy Pawgress' card. Gus has family and dog friends here; although we don't like leaving him, we always feel comfortable bringing him here. Thanks Pet Me Scratch Me!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. My dog is young and this was his second try at a haircut. The first one ended with just a bath cuz they couldn’t keep him still enough to cut his hair. Today his haircut was not only completed but his ears cleaned and nails clipped. We’ll definitely use this location again for his care. We also will be trying half days at the facility. Staff also did a meet and greet for Rylee today and he had a very positive experience. I couldn’t be happier on how things turned out today.

I took my dog to Pet Me, Scratch Me for grooming after my regular groomer retired. I had been going to her for almost 30 years and was a little worried about taking Cricut to another place. There was no need to worry! They did a fantastic job and I was very satisfied with they treated both me and my pup. Thank you to the staff who were wonderful to work with.

We started taking our 9lb puppy to Pet Me Scratch Me in March/April and have been taking him to daycare on and off since. I have nothing buy glowing things to say about the experience. Our puppy, Fig, absolutely LOVES going to daycare. In the car he recognizes when we're getting close and starts to wag his tail like crazy. When we pull in he jumps out of the car and can't wait to go in! When we pick him up the staff tells us how his day was, and who he played with, etc. He's always worn out when he gets home, eats, then lays down for a nap. The staff is friendly, well informed, and passionate about animals. I would highly recommend Pet Me Scratch Me to anyone looking for boarding or daycare.

Our pup absolutely loves it here! He's always so excited to arrive and tired when he leaves. They even have theme parties for major holidays and will dress up your dog and give you a photo. Your dog will love Pet Me Scratch Me!

My two dogs seemed to actually enjoy the time spent. They were well taken care of and I plan to definitely utilize their services again. Extremely happy with the care they received. Both dogs enjoyed their time there but were very happy to be home again! Great service, great affordable price. I'd give them a 5 star recommendation!

Recently boarded our dog for here for the first time. She stayed a week and participated in daycare as well. Such a great experience!! The staff are knowledgeable and so kind. Our dog had such a good time and was well cared for. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

My dog is an anxious girl but this week I got word she had her best day ever at daycare. I credit that to the folks at the La Crosse location which is the only location she’s been to. They are patient and kind and I assume adapt to each dog’s individual needs.

Both the lacrosse and Onalaska locations are great! Never had any problems and our 7 year old dog loves to hang out with the other dogs there. Staff has always been great!

At 2000 miles away they took very good care of our girl. Every day I would text once a day and every day the customer service staff would respond in detail. Our even got a free bath. At one point they played with her to get her to eat, this is my food and so good and she ate. We left her 9 nights and every day with the walks she warmed up to the staff more and more. There was only one time that I noticed a different tone in the daily responses, I asked who it was, she texted she was a supervisor. A bit dry and unfriendly. I was surprised, just thanked her. Surprised because the staff there is amazing and friendly and took very good care of my girl. Thank you! I would use your services again.

Dude, this place is awesome!I had to travel out of state and had to board my 2 year old boxer/husky. Never boarded her, she is scared of other dogs and very weary of everything.I personally wasn't impressed with the Onalaska location. I went elsewhere and wasn't happy their either. I decided to go this La Crosse location and it was last minute. I booked her with 16 hours before my drop off. The lady at the front desk reassured me that she would be in good hands, Grapes could have whatever she wanted to be comfortable be it her PB bones, her favorite treats, her blanket, stuffy, ect. She goes out 6 times a day to potty and her playtime is what I paid for.I brought Grapes in and it broke my heart to see her shaking from fear, however the woman at the desk was very warm and welcoming to Grapes and gave her a hug and treats and I was able to leave feeling comfortable.There was an issue with my flight at the end of the day and I ended up going back to grab my dog fully knowing I'd pay a penalty since she was booked for 5 days which was totally okay. To my surprise, they told me not to worry about it and just charged for thr day and the playtime and told me how much of a good girl she was and how she had been doing. As she came out, she was no longer shaking was totally happy with the woman walking her. I couldn't believe it!Such a great experience! 100% will be back! Hope they get a groomer in there so we can come even more often!Thanks pet me scratch me!
