Kelly was great with my VERY matted cat. She knew exactly what to do & how to do it. My cat wasn't happy but she must feel better with all of the mats gone. VERY reasonable price too. I would highly recommend her.

We have been bringing our pups, Jack and Jill to see Kelly since we've had them. She's always amazing! We recently got a cat and I asked my fiance to ask if she trims cats claws (she's been scratching furniture). Kelly said to bring the cat with when we came to pick up the dogs and she would take care of it right away. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We brought our dog here for the first time today! We were very impressed with the environment and the service provided. The price is about the same as I've paid elsewhere, which is reasonable. Scheduling was easy (although they are a few weeks out) and the time was convenient; they even called to let me know when he was done. I also really appreciated that they let him roam and play with other dogs when he was done with his haircut, he enjoyed this much more than being in a kennel.The only potential downfall of the Groomery is that they don't accept cards, BUT they let me know when made the appointment and again when they called to let me know he was ready.

If you like being browbeaten and threatened by the owner, this is the place to take your animal. The grooming service provided to my two dogs over the years has been excellent.The owner most certainly is experienced and has great expertise, and relates extremely well to animals, but is incredibly poor with customers. Actually scheduling an appointment is a huge frustration. The owner relates very well to animals, and is completely incompetent when it comes to relating to the human being writing the check. I asked a question as to whether or not she had filed my dog's nails. To which, I was chastised, shredded, and I received a full blown dressing down full of four letter words that I will not repeat in this post. I wrote a check, waited for her to take a phone call, then expressed my dissatisfaction with how she treats humans, not animals. To which she then threatened to call the police. Stay away from The Groomery. Go anywhere but there. I have put up with this woman for years. Whatever the cost, or the expertise, it is not worth it.

Kelly was amazing. I had an appointment elsewhere and they had to cancel. I called the groomery and told Kelly my dilemma. My cat had a huge dingleberry, and his grooming could not wait another day. She got me in the same day, and managed to get my 20 pound cat groomed, shaved and dingleberry free. 😇
