I ordered my 5 year old a Bacon wake up wrap , he ate 1/2 before accidentally dropping it in his lap. When I went to help him put it back together the shell was moldy. The taco shell, had multiple spots of mold . When I went back and told the staff they rudely said I’ll make another one and made me , throw it away…. No apology, no refund offered or anything to makeup for my child eating mold… I’m attaching photos of the mold, and the recipe. When contacted the store via email the head of Dunkin emailed back right away , but the single owner of this location hasn’t responded at all !Very disappointed, and no longer a Dunkin drinker due to thisDietary restrictions: MoldKid-friendliness: Mold

Drinks made different every time. Price different almost every time. One time there's flavor and the next time no flavor. Employees unable for some reason to give customer the total of there items before they pull ahead to pay. No consistency at all. I'd say employees have had little or no training at all. If there's a wanna be manager they obviously aren't training or don't care about they're customers. Zero consistency at all.

Ordered an iced vanilla latte and received an iced coffee with vanilla syrup. Very obvious color and taste difference. Disappointing because of the $3 price increase between an iced coffee and a latte. Filled out the survey and was offered a free donut with a minimum of a medium drink purchase 🙄 worker was nice and had order ready, but closed the window before I could say anything

Need better communication telling people where to park when waiting for food because you will have to wait. Order was wrong, ordered sausage got bacon, ordered blueberry muffin n got a chocolate chip and the food was sub par n burnt. But they just opened so maybe they will get better.

My daughter and I walked over to Dunkin' to grab some drinks and a couple of donuts. From what I could see, the inside of the store was really clean. They have picnic tables with umbrellas outside that you can use. The outside area was picked up and clean as well. The employee, Parker, took our order and then brought our items out to our table. He was really nice and seemed genuinely happy to be at work.We will definitely be visiting this location again!

The last three times I have gone here for coffe A female worker with blonde hair and glasses keeps hitting on me after already knowing I have a girlfriend. She has tried being cute by putting extra stuff in my coffee Multiple multiple times now and I made her remake it. This time I came through the drive through and got two coffees and one of them had a knife hole cut into it. I didn't realize at first because it was just a slit in the side and was barely leaking, that is until I picked it up and coffee went everywhere in my car and all over me. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED NOW!!

Ordered there twice. Both times hashbrowns had no salt on em, the coffe was over powering and i couldnt taste the breakfast sandwich over the coffee.. my friend said it had no flavor. Id give it no stars. I applied there also and the manager asked me wgen i want a interview.... then proceeded to come into my current job and tell my manager they where taking 1 of their workers... unprofessional and dumb move. worked here n i can tell u its the worst place to work.. got fired for not changing my availabilty n got fired without given the reason why. it stinks, workers come in with their family and just hangout inside, this place should be shut down... its not clean or healthy place to work....

I ordered a blended vanilla and carmal chiller well it was suppose to be . Tasted like straight up strong coffee no flavor at all know whipped cream topping worse one I have ever had . Then I asked for a cinnamon roll and was given doughnut. I asked for a refund on both they told me they can't give refunds I straight up gave them cash for my order they never asked me if I wanted then to remake my drink or anything to make it right . Worse service ever I won't be going back that's for sure.

Most inefficient drive thru I’ve ever been through. They won’t take the order until they’ve finished the previous order. Sitting at your order booth for 4-5 mins at a time is absolutely the worst management, training, service. Drive to the other location, this one is not worth your time and surprise surprise, La Crosse has ruined another chain.

I’ve tried this place 3 times despite my first experience being negative. Each time has been negative in some way. I live right next to Dunkin Donuts and I won’t be coming back.First time: Got a small hot drink with a donut. The bill was like $12 and I thought that was pretty high. Once I got the receipt I noticed that that charged me for an extra hot drink and I had to ask for a refund (they did refund and try to make it up with a $5 coupon). There was like 2 other cars in the line so it’s not like they were busy and had a rush.Second time: Got a small hot drink and a blueberry donut. The coffee was only filled about 3/4 of the way. Donuts are just gross.Third (and last) time: Asked for a small hot Mocha and got a mocha in a hot cup but it was cold. Not iced, not room temperature, just cold. Can’t even taste the coffee. I dumped it out when I got home. Didn’t even bother to go back and get a refund or corrected. I’m just done.The only reason I’m not giving a 1 is because the first time they tried to make it right and I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they just opened and hopefully will improve…. Very disappointing.

I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing this new place. I have gone here about a dozen times or so and each time I get varying results. Few things to note, the actual drive though is very tight, if you have a big car I would think twice before taking the chances as there isn't much room for error. As far as food, the couple times we got food they were out of my bagel of choice and another the egg bites were so undercooked I couldn't even eat them. As far as coffee, its about 50/50 if they get it right or not.Also note there is no lobby here, it has a walk up window only. Should be great for those -30 degree Wisconsin days.Parking: Not much parking, but also has no indoor lobby.

Worst location. Ordered a iced coffee, refresher, 2 doughnuts, cup of munchkins, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Pull up to the window one person gives us drinks, shift lead comes and hands us one sandwich and says have a nice day. Informed her the order was incomplete. She brings the 2nd sandwich and 2 doughnuts which she slammed in the bag upside down and still forgot the doughnut holes/munchkins. I'd avoid location unless you want to double verify they actually did what they were supposed to. Hit the Northside location, they at least have common sense.

Ordered a curbside order. There were no designated curbside pickup spots. They were busy so I waited half an hour before asking how much longer it would bc. Lady said “can’t you see we are busy? I can’t tell you how long it’ll be” the “hot” black coffee was ice cold when they gave it to us and over 10 cars came and left through the drive thru while we were there. Was excited to not have to drive across town to the other dunkin but now I see that the drive is worth better service and food quality.

They are training people but this place is a mess. Lol got wrong items they had to fix while I was in line. Didn’t have a muffin and since I had ordered via the app the person wouldn’t refund me what they didn’t give me. They screwed up my friends order they had to remake. I had to contact corporate to get my money back. Not worth the hassle to come here.

Gone multiple times and all bad. Once the window person didn’t read the order and my boyfriend ended up HAVING to pay for someone else’s and our order. The window person messed up and made us pay more than double the amount. Another time they missed some food and the butter had things in it. Overall don’t recommend this location

Love the cute fall decorations in the drive thru! The walk up window is pretty nice and you can still see a nice selection of donuts just inside! New favorite La Crosse Dunkin location!!
