We had so much fun here. The kids loved the Kwik Trip upstairs, climbing all the way from the basement up to the third floor in the climbing structure, and using the big crane. Everything was fun and each kid had different things they didn't want to quit playing with. I loved that there was learning incorporated into everything. There were 3 floors, elevators and stairs, restrooms on every floor right in the middle where you can get to them quickly and easily. They even had a sign saying you can get a change of clothes at the front desk if someone had an accident. Definitely one of the most family friendly buildings I've been to. I wasn't looking at it from an accessibility viewpoint, but as I'm reflecting back on it, it seems like it would be very wheelchair accessible too.

We had a lot of fun with our 2 kids aged 18 months and 8 years. There were activities for toddlers, little kids, and big kids. 3 floors of fun for $8 was well worth the price. There were interactive STEM and pretend play activities including controlling water flow in a model River, a dinosaur maze where you could dress up, a bank, a Kwik Trip gas station and convenience store, and a whole lot more. We spent 2 hours here easy and could have stayed another 2 as we didn’t get to everything before they closed.

Wow! This place is great! We took our 1.5 year old here before heading out of town after visiting for the Christmas lights this past December & it was wonderful. We are glad we arrived early, as it definitely began to get crowded as the morning went on. We loved seeing the therapy dog & the mini Kwik trip was definitely one of my son’s favorite areas!Highly recommend & will definitely be back!!

This is an AWESOME place for families! Kids enjoy everything here - from playing cashier to Kwik Trip to going through the dinosaur maze! We have an annual membership and we like to bring family and friends here when they visit! It’s open year round, but closed on Mondays. I wish it was closed a different day of the week, because our kids school is usually closed on Mondays if it’s closed, and we would love to be able to bring them there on those days! We usually can’t make it during the week when they’re in school because it closes at 5. While we love all of the exhibits they offer, they could use a refresh on some of them for the kids to enjoy! Even a traveling exhibit every year! Overall, this place is amazing!!

We took our almost 3 year old here from out of town, we spent 3 hours here and he would have stayed longer! Our local children's museum has been closed for the past year due to renovations and we decided to come to the la crosse to spend the day. We paid 8 per person, but spent 3 full hours there. 3 felt like a perfect age, but there were older and younger kiddos there loving it too. The mini Kwik trip was soooo cute.

So much fun! We spent 3 hours here and didn't even do everything. My 2 year old loved the water table, dinosaurs, air tubes, and trains. Adults will find it fun, too. Perfect place for indoor fun, especially in winter. My daughter was tired out (in a good way) after the whole experience.

I had high hopes since this is one of the only real kids attractions in the area but was severely disappointed. The kids in this place are wild. Parents did not watch their children and so, it made it very unsafe for our 18 month old. He almost got beat up by a 7 year old who started to throw a tantrum next to him. He almost got pushed over by kids running through the pool noodles. I was very disappointed to see clearly sick children in the place. I'd think it'd be common courtesy to keep your sick children at home to avoid getting everyone else sick. I was also seriously disappointed to find that they charge fully for parents as well. It ended up costing us 30 dollars and we decided we likely won't be taking him back. It was definitely not a good experience for us. I'm sure that isn't everyone's.

Great place for kids.Tons to do, a little crowded at times.Little gift shop in there. I remember many things from going here as a kid. 3? floors of things to do. A fake Kwik Trip with tons of grocery items and carts. A fake bank with simple money information. Couple inches of water along a big countertop to play with little boats. There are stages in the back for performers to visit.

It seems as if most of this children's museum is made for the ages of 2 to 5 or 6 in my opinion as anyone over 6 may find it a bit unstimulating if they are advanced for their age because imagination can only go so far when you need to use your own imagination to use their earth moving machine as it doesn't actually have any moving parts. I do love the idea of the floors and how they are set up but this museum can be a hidden gem someday if given the funding and support. I really cannot agree too how my children were 9 Dollars as well as myself and the children were not free or nearly free. That's really inconceivable to me.

So much fun for kids! The climber is BEAUTIFUL and I wish I was a kid just so I could climb this thing. Lots to do for kids of all ages. My nephew had his b-day party here and the room was nice then the kids all got to play until they could play no more!

There is so much to do for children of all ages, and adults that are kids at heart ;) There are free activities daily, summer camps for kids, programming for every interest. Big things come in small packages in this museum. There is a dinosaur maze exhibit, a 3 story climbing tower, a river, a crane to build a bridge, train and bridge exhibit, a plane flying simulator, and that's just the first floor! The main floor features a real antique fire truck plus costumes for kids to explore, an electronic floor game to play soccer, sort recycling, pop bubbles, and more. Experiment with moving air in a wall pipe maze with scarves, a pin impression display, colored lights, xylophone, fun house mirrors. On the too floor, climb a tree house, play with blocks made from naturally finished tree pieces, control the weather, gas up and get groceries at a huge Kwik Trip exhibit, play at a bank, give the forecast and newscast in the news studio, build a fort with huge foam building pieces, a massive barn for littles, a giant light bright, a shadow room, a piano, and tons more. The museum is wheelchair-friendly, which is excellent. My 3 year old son had an "accident." The front desk has clothes and underwear for boys and girls of different sizes donated by a charity to cover parents in case of such accidents ;) Plan to spend around 3 hours at the museum. Week days are least busy. The fun programs happen in the morning.

This place is just great! Plenty of interesting and interactive activities to go around... Can be a bit crazy during busy hours however...Edit: Bonus for the owner informing me of school groups and how to check for them. Kudos!

My kids absolutely love this place, the staff was great, and we would go here every time if we lived closer!. I hope management reads this becomes if they ever wanted to open one in my town, it would be great. My town needs something like this place. I have the perfect spot and themes if you ever would like to expand on down to Mayville!

I cannot say enough about this children's museum it was so awesome I went thinking like most of the children's museums we'd be there for a couple hours and the children would either be tired of it or the crowds like at the children's museum in Illinois the Kohl's museum are always so bad that the kids get tired of it cuz they have to wait in line for everything neither was the case we had to drag them out for lunch and come back and finish their day it was so much fun a three-story tall leaf structure that's netted so they can't fall off my grandbabies 2 and 4 kind all the way to the top of it and back down again they played so hard we had to drag them out for lunch time promising to come straight back and they were asleep before I was on the ice State taking them home that evening it was the most wonderful trip in the world for them the perfect size big enough to have everything but small enough you're not worried about losing them and it's not so crowded that they have to wait in line and wait to do everything perfect place for the children

Fun place for younger children. So much for them to do. There are many play areas, a Kwik Trip with store and gas plump, a pizza shop, a bank, a television station. There is a maze to go through that talks about dinosaurs. A mock river with water that you can change and play with boats. Teens would mostly find this place boring. Some tweens would enjoyand others wouldn't. I feel the cost is a little high.
