These guys(gals) are awesome. I highly recommend them for smart service and quick turnaround. Whatever you do don't take your Mac to Best Buy for service. The worst.The Mac Guys fixed my work computer and finished it in a quick turnaround.Life saver!I was surprised there are no Apple Stores anywhere near La Crosse or near this area. Super happy that The Mac Guys store is here.

Awsome GALS!!!!!!Spent 2 days at AT&T Tomah.Couldn’t get my phone to update. Went to library for 2 hours to try their WIFI. Didn’t work. Left plugged in overnight next to my router. This did not work either. Multiple hard resets and still nothing. These amazing women, took care of my software update dilemma in less then 30 minutes. And didn’t charge me at all. These ladies are the REAL DEAL!! So so HAPPY!!!! ❤️🙂🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you QUEENS!

Having my MacBook Air monitored by The Mac Guys provided me with a notification that my computer was within 10% of maximum storage. I called and inquired about when I could bring it in to resolve this issue. Heidi was helpful over the phone and when I stopped by the store, Brooke immediately looked over my computer as I watched her reduce used storage by over 50%. Absolutely impressed with their knowledge and customer service!Thank You!!

Great experience with the young woman who served me. She was friendly and patient and did not talk down to me when I asked questions about my Ipad. The answers were probably pretty obvious to her but she did not patronize me and I appreciate that.

Amazing. I walked in, and stated my problem. The lady at the front desk got a crinkled brow, a determined look on her face, started in, then said "I'm sorry, I should let you know if you want me to do this it will be 'x' of dollars", I assured her that was fine and she dug right in. Five minutes later things were fixed. I'm a pretty good IT guy but she went down a whole 'nother rabbit hole and fixed my problem. A problem I had spent four hours on the night before. Money well spent. Time well spent. Two hours later I brought in a crashed hard drive I thought they could try to reclaim the data on. Point was, I was ready to cash in the hard drive and wouldn't have given them the business if they hadn't taken care of me earlier. I'm a fan. Now I'm a client. Thanks MacGuys.

My phone wouldn’t turn on, no matter what I did. So, made an 18 mile round trip to the Mac “Gals”. They had it running perfectly in a matter of minutes. I’m so glad to have them close by for troubleshooting. I’m highly recommending them.

Yesterday, we brought a laptop and thinking it would need to be replaced because we couldn’t get into it. Within five minutes, staff figured out the problem and fixed it. She was very skilled, focused, and friendly. We are impressed!

I use my ipad to take notes in all my classes for college and I woke up the weekend before finals week and everything from the past semester was gone. I took my device here and they immediately knew how to fix it. It took less than 10 minutes and I had everything back. I highly recommend this business and have never had a bad experience having devices serviced here.

I'm so happy The Mac Guys are located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. I have had nothing but the very best in service for all my devices for the past 20 years (yes, 20 years) and I feel the service price is comparable to anyplace you go. I love this company and the techs who work there... all very personable and willing to help you. Can't go wrong here.....

Dropped off my Airpod Pros (1st gen) for a warranty replacement. The guy I dropped them off with took my information and said they'll let me know. I called back after 2 weeks of not hearing anything, and found out the guy wrote the wrong number, and that the Airpod Pros had the same issue, but were beyond the warranty date. Went to pick them up, and it was $41.15 for diagnostics. The first guy didn't tell me that there was a fee. I explained the situation to Reese and he took care of the diagnostics fee. If you go there, I recommend you work with Reese.

I took a half day off work to get my screen repaired. Dropped off, returned two hours later only to be informed ‘Apple’s system is down’. I purposely went to The Mac Guys to get better service compared to Big box retailers. My time is valuable to me. If yours is equally, I do not recommend. I was extremely disappointed.

Came in with a problem on my Macbook and they told me the steps they had to take to fix it. Gave them my computer for fixing and was ready in about 2 hours. The gentlemen who helped me was very helpful and understanding. Would recommend this place for any issues you have with your Apple devices.

Last year I had some online security concerns and randomly called them with questions. The gentleman was beyond patient, informative, and very helpful. Last week I spent numerous times being put on hold with Best Buy with a battery concern for my laptop, I never talked to a human. Called Mac Guys and they got me in right away. Very happy with their customer service.
