We had a very knowledgeable employee help us. The did his best to get us the lowest price possible while still getting great quality.Delivery was within 7 days and i received email and phone call to shorted the 12 hour window. I was very happy with the whole experience.

What a joke!! Bought a laptop last month and a geek squad membership. Two weeks later laptop coded out. Took it to geek squad to look at it, and had to upgrade membership to get a little less than what they would have charged me. To top it off they did nothing! One week later it codes out AGAIN. Set up an appointment again to tell me I could replace it. Told me there was no more to replace and would refund my money. Ok, thought was alright and went to find another computer. WELL, there was the same computer sitting there. Was at a more higher price than I paid and told me I was out of luck, cause I already got a refund. Plus, now I'm out $200.00 for the geek squad membership I don't need. Never going back to best buy again!!! Total rip off!!

Nice place! They had a few cell phones I was looking at and was able to play around with them. Checked out the video games, too, but they have a nice variety of electronics depending what yohre looking for. I'm definitely going back at a later date for a drawing tablet!

Really enjoyed this location. Actually has a decent selection of physical movies which seem to be getting smaller and smaller at other locations. Only downside is the amount of PS5 games, but that seems to be an industry thing since most retailers don't carry many PS5 games to begin with with that shifting to more of a digital age as well. Over all the store was very clean, customer service was great. Highly recommend.

I bought Whirlpool Washer and Dryer from Best Buy Kohler and also opened a Best buy credit card (first purchase 10% cash back) There were couple of inconveniences throughout the process but those were all solved in the matter of 10 mins by one of the Mangers Casey. Casey is very cognizant and quick in solving the problems. I went prepared with the concerns and explanation but he dint need any and solved all the issues in no time. I’ll soon use the cash back in this store. Highly Recommended !

Stopped in for a computer printer. Employee asked if he could help me. He listened to what I needed and knew which printers could handle it. He made suggestions, and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. After waiting for over ten minutes I finally flagged down an employee. He said he would send someone over to help. Another 10-15 later I flagged down another employee. She took me to an area where she said the item I wanted was. Then she left. The item was not there. I then flagged down a third employee who took me to another area and he found my item (or so I thought). I then went to check out. There were two other people there waiting and no one at the register. Finally someone came to check us out. When I got home and opened the package, it was not the correct item. Now I have to return it. That will probably take forever as well.

This particular store has had abysmal service for years:1) I used to be greeted whenever I walked in, but not anymore.2) They have fewer clerks available, so the wait time to get assistance has gone up significantly.3) I ordered an item on line. They boasted ON LINE that they would have it ready within an hour. 2 1/2 hours later, I hadn't received any email or text update. I called before the store closed to find out why they hadn't prepared my order or contacted me, but I was on hold until after the store closed and my call went to their off-site customer service center. I canceled my order and got an email response before I even hung up the phone. Are they more interested in using refunds than actually selling anything?I will not be shopping there anymore. I don't like shopping at Walmart, but the same item was $32 less at Walmart AND they had it in stock AND they were willing to sell it to me. I don't work in retail anymore, but it seems that Best Buy is trying to turn away customers.

Applied for credit at the checkout and the cashier said we got instant approval. But he couldn't tell us how much or anything else! I even asked twice "instant approval?" and he confirmed it. Then when I got home, I called the store and there was no option to speak to a human, so I just chose any possible option. A woman finally got on the line. I told her I wanted to speak to a member of management. She said they could call me back, took my information down and said I was next in the queue, so it wouldn't be long. I never got a call back.

Walked in told them what I needed, they found me items in my price range and I am totally happy with everything I purchased. I bought a laptop, printer, head phones, mouse, cooling pad and extra ink for the printer. I spent about what I figured I would. A little up selling was used but it was not pushy and they gave me options and let me try on the different head phones , I did end up liking the more expensive ones but they are so much more comfortable. Over all a great experience. Took about a half hour to 45 minutes from entrance to exit.

Don't spend your money here. They refuse to take phone calls, and revert you to a 1800 corporate phone number. If they want to refuse customer service, and actually talk to someone, that will be less revenue for them. What a lunatic decision.

The people here are very nice and knowledgeable I didn't catch the managers name or the girl but they helped me buy a lg c2 tv and a sound system and they were absolutely amazing. Will definitely be coming again for their service instead of buying online

wish the prices were better but they cant control that. the staff here are amazing with their knowledge of everything in their department. they always have a smile on their face. last time i was there the employee made sure that after introducing himself to me he also introduced himself to my kids that were with me. even asking them what they were looking for. i wish i remembered what his name was cause id recommend him to everyone that visits

I like their store, but if you're looking to save some money, go into their store. Find an item you're looking for. Type in google and go find the same item somewhere else, have them price match that item for cheaper. Or if they dont price match for that same item. Go get ur item from that other store then.

The customer service rep did exchange my MacBook for a different MacBook Pro, the exchange program is excellent. However, I did receive an email saying that my total tech package has started. I never was asked about the total tech package or applied for the total tech package. I did call the customer service to cancel the request of a $158.00.

Cannot trust computers and humans. I was promised my computer would be shipped to me from Fox Point the next day. Now they cannot find it and most likely never existed. Obivously someone is not on top of their inventory. DO not believe them when they say it will be shipped or it is in inventory.

It's a nice clean store with very polite and helpful employees. Chase was absolutely amazing, helped me pick out the computer and explained everything i asked. I have small kids that were running around and he dealt with us with a smile on his face.

It would be great if I could just call the store directly, or if they kept items in stock. The last 3 times I went in they had exactly zero PC power supply units in stock. So I thought this week I would call first and save myself a trip.Their number routes me to a call center, which routed me to another call center, which then told me to hold and they would transfer me back to the store, and then someone accidentally hung up on me.I'm just trying to source a PC power supply and after 10 minutes of phone tag I gave up. I'll be ordering my parts online from now on.

Went to buy a laptop computer. Sales clerk didn't listen to us. Didn't offer virus protection. We requested, he handed husband card. No comment. We are going back to have geek squad install it. I would tell you his name had he name tag.
